We’re looking for a Gift Processing Administrator, to play a key role in the smooth processing of all donations received at our London office.
What does this role do?
As Gift Processing Administrator, you’ll:
- process all incoming donations, from uploading data to the supporter database and sending thank you letters, to assisting charity shops with the administration of Gift Aid,
- work closely with Gift Processing Officers on more complex work, such as problem payments or refunds,
- accurately capture supporter consent preferences, ensuring data is entered correctly and in line with regulatory requirements,
- support the Supporter Stewardship team with emails during busy periods.
This role is being offered as a fixed term, family cover contract until December 2026. Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Friday 21st November 2025, and will take place on Teams.
Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need some administrative experience, with excellent IT skills and the ability to prioritise your workload and follow procedures effectively. Strong attention to detail is essential for this role, as accuracy and data integrity is critical. While not essential, previous experience of working with a CRM database (such as Salesforce) would be helpful.

Role Overview
The Supporter Care Team are looking to hire two Supporter Care Assistant posts who’ll provide excellent customer care; engaging, involving and inspiring all supporters of Crohn’s and Colitis UK through building excellent relationships via a variety of communication channels. The role will involve dealing with donations, ensuring that our records are kept updated on our database, running reports, and undertaking general admin duties.
About You
You’ll have experience of working in a similar role, providing a high standard of customer care in a fast-paced environment, handling supporter queries and providing information in a concise and comprehensive manner. You'll need strong written and verbal communication skills to write engaging and inspiring content and messaging, you'll also be skilled at listening and responding to queries appropriately and be comfortable and effective at managing challenging situations.
You will have the ability to manage a busy workload and deadlines whilst taking ownership of problems to find a solution where possible, escalating to a manager where required.
Experience of Microsoft office is essential, as well as excellent administration skills and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Our Location
We are based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, so we are easily accessible by road and rail. In this role, there is plenty of scope for working from home, although you will need to be in the office for two days a week minimum. There will also be other times when you’ll need to be in the office for fulfilment tasks or to attend meetings such as our ‘All Staff Together’ days four times a year and you will also be required to attend fundraising events.

Reporting to the Senior Supporter Care Manager, you will deliver excellent customer care to supporters and potential supporters of Operation Smile UK. Main Purpose of Role:
The Programme Support and Administrative Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of CFAB’s programmes and organisational functions. At Snowdrop Project, we support survivors of modern slavery to recover from their pasts and rebuild their futures. We were the first UK charity to offer long-term, community-based support for survivors—and today, we continue to lead the way in trauma-informed care, advocacy, and reintegration.
Now, we are looking for a warm, adaptable Receptionist Administrator who can confidently handle a wide variety of tasks while being the welcoming face of the charity.
What we do:
We support survivors through personalised, one-to-one help from our amazing team of trained staff, volunteer caseworkers, and counsellors. We also connect people to local services, support networks, and community programmes, depending on what they need.
Our team helps turn houses into homes by decorating, painting, and finding essential furniture for those moving into council-provided housing.
We also share our knowledge through training and workshops with other charities, businesses, and organisations working in this field—helping to build a better understanding of trafficking and how to support survivors well.
To keep our work going, we raise money through events, donations, and sponsorships. We also contribute to national research and working groups so that survivors’ voices are heard and included in future policies and practices.

About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who is warm, approachable, and highly organised — someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and can represent the charity with professionalism and compassion.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable juggling a wide variety of tasks, staying calm under pressure, and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
They’ll have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Most importantly, they’ll be someone who takes pride in supporting others and shares our commitment to making a positive difference.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This role is responsible for welcoming staff, clients, volunteers, tenants and visitors to Snowdrop by creating a safe and welcoming environment and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.
Reception Duties:
This role is responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming, safe and friendly atmosphere for service users, visitors, volunteers and staff members. This role is responsible for maintaining front of house, welcoming visitors, clients and guests, answering enquiries over the phone, via email and in person.
Facilities Duties
Liaising with Facilities Manager and supporting with facilities duties such as scheduling and supporting with internal and external room bookings, coordinating scheduled works and ensuring access for maintenance and external contractors as required.
Administrative Duties:
This person will play a key role in administering certain financial duties and assisting the Head of Finance and Resource with their reporting duties, keeping the organisation running in a smooth and efficient manner.
Support the Wider Snowdrop Team:
To work with the team to coordinate excellent service delivery and support for volunteers and service users in line with the Mission, Vision and Values of the Snowdrop Project. This can include participating in team meetings, away days and supporting and promoting internal activities, creating content for internal and external activities as required.
