What does this role do?

As Digital Advertising Officer, you will:

• manage campaigns throughout the full lifecycle, from briefing with our media agency, to building and developing creative assets and copy, with a particular focus on paid social campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads,
• optimise and test campaigns, using platform data and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track KPIs, interpret performance, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to maximise impact,
• work closely with stakeholders across the charity to ensure campaigns are optimised, and all content reaches the appropriate audience.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for week commencing 2nd February 2026 and will take place on Teams.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need some experience of working with paid digital advertising campaigns, specifically Meta Ads and Google Ads, underpinned by a strong understanding of pay-per-click advertising and paid social. You will hold an integral role at the DEC for accurately and efficiently managing DEC’s accounting function, ensuring compliance with charity and donor regulations. About You

You will be a confident communicator, who can engage with diverse internal & external stakeholders, including funders and partners, creating a collaborative approach to meet varying commitments. You must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with senior finance leadership experience in the non-profit or NGO sector and demonstrate strong understanding of charity accounting standards and donor compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Processes

• Ensure accurate income/expenditure recording, bank reconciliations, and daily donation processing.
• Manage monthly accounting routines, prepare management accounts, and lead budget/forecast reviews.
• Coordinate annual and strategic budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Oversee income reconciliation across multiple streams and liaise with fundraising teams.
• Review and process drawdown payments to member agencies.
• Maintain and update accounting systems and support procurement processes.

Financial Controls

• Lead annual accounts preparation and audits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage pension schedules and benefits compliance.
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, Corporation Tax, Employment Taxes).
• Audit gift aid claims and maintain robust financial control environment.
• Update financial policies, procedures, and systems, support due diligence standards.

 

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Oversee appeal finances, income tracking, and fund allocation.
• Coordinate governance processes (e.g., Indicator of Capacity) with member agencies.
• Monitor legacy income and liaise with fundraising/legal teams.
• Deliver annual report and accounts; produce reports for executive team and committees.

Leadership & Team Management

• Deputise for the Director of Finance and Resources.
• Prepare papers for finance committees and membership groups.
• Oversee finance team members and provide leadership support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date fundraising and programmes data entry.  Accurately processing all incoming donations and pledges and ensuring others in the team correctly enter and maintain data.
• Develop overall data management structure of supporter records and processes.  Develop and maintain information management structures in the CRM system to enable accurate and timely information and reporting.
• Adhere to data protection legislation ensuring the way we gather, record and use data is compliant with latest policies, working closely with the Data Protection Officer.
• Handle all enquiries received through the CRM system, providing timely and appropriate responses.

Grosvenor Chapel is a Chapel of Ease in the Ecclesiastical Parish of St George’s Hanover Square.

Located on South Audley Street in the heart of what is fondly referred to as the ‘Village of Mayfair’, the Chapel has been serving the community of Mayfair and beyond for almost three hundred years.

Over the last three years the Chapel has been going through a period of transition, renewal and growth. We currently have a modest annual income, which comes from regular giving, occasional donations, and the hiring out of our Chapel rooms and car bays, and are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to help with the day-to-day management of the Chapel’s finances.

Whilst some tasks are covered by existing staff, the Finance Officer will have responsibility for overseeing the Chapel’s accounting processes, monitoring income and expenditure, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, overseeing service cash collections and banking, completing the monthly reconciliations and preparation of financial reports, helping with any VAT and quarterly gift aid returns. The role will also be required to support the annual budgeting process, year-end audit and preparation of statutory accounts.

Most of the work will be expected to be completed remotely, with attendance in person on site at least once a month for meetings and other activities.

We already have a strong community of swimmers and volunteers who care deeply about WeSwim. Our Fundraising Assistant will provide key administrative support to the Fundraising Team. Being based primarily at our Shrewsbury office, this person will be a key point of contact for our supporters in the office, and will assist with managing online fundraising platforms, email and phone communications and ensuring fundraising materials are ready and waiting to go out into the community.

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced and passionate Chief Financial & Operations Officer (CFOO) to join The Lifescape Project, leading the evolution, management and delivery of our financial and operational capacities as the organisation grows.

Our impact as a charity depends on excellent financial management and the efficient provision of supporting operational structures, policies and ways of working. As the organisation grows and diversifies, we need a dedicated Chief Financial and Operations Officer to lead the management and development of these critical functions in close liaison with the CEO. The CFOO will be second in command to the CEO and a key member of the Management Team.

We are a small and quickly growing UK-registered charity whose mission is to protect and restore wild, natural landscapes. We use the skills and expertise of our multi-disciplinary team (spanning science, law, economics, technology and culture) to develop projects that pursue this mission.

Our team has grown from just one to a team which will number 20 at the time of the successful CFOO candidate joining. This growth to date and planned future growth requires constant evolution of our financial and operational infrastructure and an experienced hand to guide this process, which is the core purpose of the CFOO role we are seeking to appoint.

We are excited to be hiring for this role, which will be transformational for the organisation, allowing us to develop our approach to financial and operational matters and support the continued growth of our team and impact. The role will act as second in command and will deputise for the CEO when absent. We are therefore looking for a highly capable and experienced finance and operations leader with the vision to ensure that we continue to grow in a sustainable, effective and efficient way.

We currently have a full-time manager and officer in our Finance and Operations team (F&O Team), which the CFOO will be joining to oversee, develop and guide all relevant functions. With the small size of the team at this time, the CFOO will be expected to jump into the detail in some areas. In the short term this will include delivering some of the more complex areas of the F&O team’s work, such as the audit process, multi-year financial planning and legal compliance, with support from other team members and external advisers as appropriate. If we continue to succeed in delivering our growth strategy, the role will progress over the medium term with increasing team size/supervisory duties and reducing involvement in immediate implementation. Remuneration would also increase in line with growth and assuming strong performance in the role.

About the role:

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves opening doors, building momentum and turning interest into long-term support. As Corporate Partnerships Officer, you’ll be right at the heart of our growing Fundraising team, actively identifying new corporate partners, starting meaningful conversations and shaping partnerships that genuinely add value. From first approach to signed agreement, you’ll play a key role in bringing businesses on board and inspiring them to stand alongside our work.

You’ll split your time between winning new partnerships and deepening existing ones. That means researching and targeting the right organisations, crafting and delivering engaging pitches, and managing a live pipeline of opportunities. Alongside this, you’ll steward a portfolio of corporate partners, building strong relationships with key contacts, coordinating activity, spotting opportunities to grow support and ensuring partnerships deliver real impact for both the business and Single Homeless Project.

You’ll quickly build a strong understanding of our services, values and priorities, using this insight to develop creative ways for businesses to get involved, from fundraising and campaigns to volunteering and events. You’ll track activity and performance through our CRM, using data and insight to strengthen relationships and retention. While your focus is corporate partnerships, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to support a joined-up, ambitious approach to income generation. • You’re genuinely interested in why businesses choose to support charities and enjoy turning that curiosity into strong, meaningful partnerships.
• You’re confident building relationships, opening conversations and keeping partners engaged, whether you’re developing something new or growing what’s already there.
• You’re comfortable working towards targets and enjoy the sense of progress that comes from moving ideas into action.
• You can bring a story to life, creating and delivering pitches or presentations that connect with people and inspire them to get involved.
• You’re organised and proactive, happy using (or quickly learning) a CRM to keep things running smoothly and spot opportunities to do even better.
