Job description

Purpose of the Role

The role will support Just a Drop’s fundraising growth, across a variety of functions and systems, with a focus on generating new business, inspiring continued support for our sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene programmes worldwide.

Just a Drop is an international development charity working to bring safe water, sanitation, and hygiene education to communities in need, transforming lives. Our safe water projects have benefitted over 1.9 million people since we began in 1998.

We’re looking for a confident, positive self-starter, motivated to take the initiative across a varied and interesting workload. Working in the highly committed and professional Fundraising and Communications team, the Business Development Manager will provide support to the team and take responsibility for certain areas of work.

The role is an important and valued role within the organisation, which will make a huge impact on our development. Over the past three years, we’ve seen real growth, and forecast further growth in the years to come.

This is a great opportunity at a positive, professional, and passionate organisation making a real difference to people’s lives.
