Job Title: Concierge

Location: This role is based in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), the service is a short walk from Ladbroke Grove (Circle and Hammersmith) station. Unfortunately, this service does not have step free access.

Salary: £27,000 (Full Time Equivalent)

Shift Pattern: 22 hours per week on weekends, Saturday and Sunday on a rota between 09:00 - 21:00 . You may be required to work outside these hours dependent on service and resident requirements including bank holidays. 

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Concierge to join our team based in RBKC who provide support to our residents who have multiple and complex needs which could include mental health, substance use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds.  

You’ll help create a safe, welcoming and well run environment, offering reassurance and practical support to residents when they need it most. This role is key to keeping our building, residents and service secure and responsive. You’ll do regular safety checks, monitor access, respond to emergencies, support residents with queries, keep records, and hand over to the team. You’ll also help maintain a clean and safe environment.

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring our buildings are safe by monitoring, completing welfare checks and responding affectively and appropriately to emergencies
• Maintaining professionalism and kindness with residents and visitors, attending to calls, managing deliveries and ensuring great communication with the team in line with policies and procedures
• Provide a daily report on resident activity, AINMs, safeguarding and concerns for handovers.
• Working with the wider team to make sure any urgent issues are picked up and followed through
• Remain alert and monitor CCTV throughout the shift
• Adapting to service needs to support risk assessments, safeguarding checks, and service standards
• Supporting residents to build confidence and independence, contributing to a psychologically informed space where everyone is treated with respect and dignity
• Noticing when someone might be struggling with their physical or mental health, and taking prompt action to prevent escalation
• Helping to keep the environment clean and welcoming from tidying communal spaces to reporting repairs and completing admin tasks accurately and sensitively
• Be a valued and reliable member of the team, completing handovers for colleagues for a seamless service
• Other duties include maintaining cleanliness, removing rubbish, reporting repairs, ordering supplies, and general tasks

Night Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker

Job Title: Night Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker

Location: Based in Catford in a well connected area near Bellingham, Catford, and Catford Bridge stations, with nearby bus stops. Please be kindly aware there is no step free access at this location and some of our other sites.

Salary: £27,000

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota which includes 3 to 4 night shifts a week between 20:00 - 08:30. There may be some flexibility required around these hours and work bank holidays as part of a rota, as per service requirements.

About the Role

We're hiring a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker to join our residential Rehabilitation Service team based in South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLAM). The Rehabilitation service works with adults aged between 18 and 65, from Croydon, Lewisham, and Southwark. You will be part of a service which offers 24 hour support across 2 buildings in Catford. The service offers specialist intensive rehabilitation for people who require more enhanced interventions than that which is offered within community services. Our residents typically stay with us for up to nine months upon being discharged from acute wards, avoiding admission into inpatient rehabilitation. We provide residents with support to step down into less supported accommodation, becoming more independent and integrated into the community. 

You will work directly with our residents to support them to overcome their personal barriers and challenges to achieve positive outcomes. You will do this through one to one support sessions, group sessions and activities, and general support with their daily living. This is not a personal care role, but is a role to rehabilitate and empower our residents towards independent living.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting residents with taking their correct medication
• Carrying out various health and safety tasks, including reporting repairs and maintenance
• Keeping support plans up to date using our online portal
• Remain alert and monitor CCTV throughout the shift
• Complete all routine night duties and any tasks handed over by the day shift or service manager
• Plan and deliver various activities which includes within the service and outside in the local community. This can include days out to museums and other areas of interest by our residents
• Carrying out housing management support including welfare benefits support

About You

We are looking for someone who has a true passion to support those who face challenges with their mental health. You will be able build rapport and trusting relations with others in a professional setting, and able to build positive outcomes. You will be adaptable and flexible in your approach, and understand that each individual has different level and types of support needs, you will be able to flex your approach to suit the needs of our resident groups. You will have an understanding and ability to help others overcome their personal barriers, and will be motivated to want to make a difference to people's lives. This is a fulfilling role, and is the perfect fit for someone who has a real passion in helping others.

• Previous professional or lived experience supporting people who face challenges with their mental health
• You will be able to show empathy and compassion to our residents, and different challenges they face
• You will be able to motivate, and empower others to achieve their personal goals and overcome barriers
• You will need some level of IT ability as we record records using our online CRM systems and use Microsoft programs daily
• You will have previous experience working with people with multiple and complex needs, ideally in mental health
• You will have previous experience in creating co-produced support plans, key working, and care plans
• You will understand the housing and social needs of people with multiple and complex needs and be aware of the social marginalisation that can be attached to people who face personal challenges

Level Water exists to solve a problem that shouldn’t exist: too many disabled children are still missing out on high-quality swimming lessons. 

Last year, our swimmers raised over £1m. This year we’ve sold out events in minutes and want to double the fundraising. We’re on the path to exponential growth and we need someone who can help us get there.

We're Level Water, a founder-led charity solving learn-to-swim for disabled children. We're not your typical charity. We own our events and run them like a business. What you'll actually do

This role owns marketing as a growth engine. You'll set strategy, drive execution across multiple channels, and be accountable for how marketing translates into event sign-ups, fundraising growth, profile, and impact. You'll work closely with the Fundraising Director to shape priorities, influence decisions, and build something that scales.

Drive growth marketing that converts

• Own end-to-end marketing for our events portfolio: from launch campaigns to sell-out.

• Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across social, email, paid ads, PR, partnerships, and whatever else works.

• Test everything. Audiences, messages, creative, channels. Find what works, double down, and scale it.

• Use data to spot opportunities: which channels are converting? Where are we leaving growth on the table? What could we do differently?

• Manage our digital advertising and paid social strategy with a ruthless focus on ROI.

• Grow our email database and social audiences with intent, not just for vanity metrics.

• Be trusted to repeatedly turn £1 into £5 or £10. 

• Define and unleash our audiences: help them share their stories in a way that turns experiences into future sales, and makes everything that Level Water does easier.

• Build and manage our captain and ambassador programmes as genuine growth engines - nurturing relationships, setting expectations, and turning influence into measurable impact.

• Proactively convert interest into action. This includes direct outreach (e.g. picking up the phone to captains, engaging top fundraisers, activating ambassadors) to ensure intent turns into ticket sales and fundraising.

Tell stories that build belief

• Find, shape, and share the stories that show our impact: the children, the families, the teachers, the moments that matter.

• Build and curate a library of content (video, photography, case studies, testimonials) that we can use everywhere.

• Work with freelance photographers and videographers to capture our events and programmes at their best.

• Create content that our supporters, partners, and prospects actually want to engage with, not just content that ticks a box.

• Manage our website (fundraising, events, and programmes pages) to ensure it's always up to date, compelling, and optimised for conversion.

• Ensure our impact reporting to donors is rich with content about our work.

• Use storytelling internally to build shared understanding, momentum and belief across the charity as we scale.

Build our profile and partnerships

• Position Level Water as a leader in accessible swimming and outdoor challenge events.

• Build and leverage relationships with press, influencers, local authorities, and stakeholders.

• Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities that align with our mission and drive growth.

• Amplify examples of inclusion within our pools, making them known and also making inclusive practice visible.

• Promote our swimming pool partners and recognise their contribution to our work.

Manage, measure, and improve

• Own the marketing budget and get maximum value from every pound spent.

• Manage our freelance network: scope projects, review proposals, and ensure quality work on time and on budget.

• Report regularly on what's working and what's not: campaign performance, audience growth, conversion rates, ROI.

• Stay ahead of the curve: what are the best organisations doing? What can we learn and adapt?

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bid Manager and Writer to join our dynamic Business Development Team. This is a pivotal, hands-on role that will play a key part in driving organisational growth, securing new opportunities, and retaining existing contracts. Working closely with senior colleagues and internal stakeholders, you will develop strong, persuasive bids and proposals that meet financial targets and organisational objectives. While you will work independently on bids, you will also be an integral part of the wider Bid and Business Development teams, supporting colleagues and collaborating with subject matter experts as required.

SIG is a complex and growing organisation, delivering a wide range of health, social care and criminal justice funded services. • Proven experience in bid writing and bid management, with a track record of securing new contracts and retaining existing ones.

As our Housing Lead, you play a vital role in supporting residents futures by working closely with housing stakeholders and residents to create tailored, effective move on plans. You help ensure people have the right tools, support and opportunities to rebuild their lives, reconnect with the community and move forward with confidence in their rehabilitation journey.

Some Key Responsibilities include:

• Act as the main point of contact between landlords, housing associations, local authorities, private landlords, wider Social Interest Group Services, and our residents
• Work with the wider team to support residents with their long term needs
• Provide specialist support to the wider team to ensure they are regularly trained and kept up to date with policies and procedures, including government changes

About You

Key Duties and Service Delivery

• As a Community Wellbeing Navigator you will be at the heart of the Recovery Service, delivering all aspects of the service, building positive relationships with those using the service and strong links into the wider community services within Central Bedfordshire.
• You will offer focussed 1-2-1 support where needed, to assist people to navigate through the range of other services within the community. You will offer guidance and information that reduces the chance that people will fall through gaps or continue to be isolated and disconnected from their communities, ensuring the right support and the right time that manages a range of needs.
• You will also deliver group wellbeing sessions and facilitate drop-in sessions that provide a safe environment for service users to talk openly and develop practical tools, techniques and coping strategies in order to manage their own wellbeing.
• In addition, you will assess individuals’ suitability for the service and signpost where necessary. There will also be opportunity to support events in the community to raise awareness of our services and build links with local organisations.

You will need to be empathetic and deliver a person-centred approach in a non-judgemental way, collaborating with people to empower and engage them.

The Role

​

The Careers Adviser will travel across East Sussex Regions to a broad range of school and college settings, delivering creative and inclusive Personal Careers Guidance, as well as assemblies and drop-in sessions as required.

​

Each student and each learning environment will be unique, so the opportunity lends itself well to candidates who enjoy traveling and working in varied locations, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and educating people of all abilities.

​

You will routinely liaise with Careers Leaders and senior school/ college staff to arrange and deliver activities for students during the school day. Whilst most delivery will take place between 8:30am and 4pm, travel before and after these times will be required and occasional attendance at parents’ and options evenings will also be required, but you will be given time off in lieu where this is applicable.

We would require you to work five days-a-week, term time only, with a pro rata holiday entitlement. If you would prefer part-time only employment (minimum of three days a week), this can be negotiated.

We're recruiting a Positive Engagement Worker to join the team in Croydon in a 27 bed residential property which specialises in forensic mental health, complex needs and dual diagnosis. The team offers psychologically informed housing and resettlement support that comes with additional help for individuals’ specific needs. Our forensic mental health step down services consist of four individual sites which cater for high and medium support for both, men and women. 

In this role, you will be at the centre of researching, sourcing, and providing various opportunities for our residents. This can include partnering with external employers for employment opportunities, liaising with colleges for courses and upskilling opportunities, or community based projects which residents can get involved in. The role is dynamic and you can put your own ideas forward to bring new ideas to the team to help support our residents have access to wider resources. You will work closely with the rest of the care and support teams to enhance the opportunities available to our residents. 

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

• Plan and deliver various activities which includes within the service and outside in the local community to help gain a sense of community and belonging. This can include days out to museums, community events and other areas of interest by our residents
• Plan in service events to bring residents together which could include group cooking sessions, games days, sporting events, and religious festivals.

You will work within a residential setting, creating a safe and comfortable space which our residents can call their homes during their time within the service.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota between Monday to Sunday varying shifts from 07:30 - 16:00 or 13:30 - 21:00. You may be required to work outside these hours as per service requirements. 

About the Role

We're hiring a Recovery Worker to join our team based in Ealing. In this role, you will support adults experiencing loneliness, isolation, and mental health challenges and providing pathways, support, and appropriate interventions that will enable successful resettlements, and deliver to achieve safer, integrated communities for our stakeholders. Marron House has 18 bed spaces and we provide personalised support around daily living skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, reminders to take medication and developing a structured weekly routine.

As a Recovery Worker, you will identify individual resident needs, and provide person centred, tailored support to residents to help them overcome their personal challenges and achieve their goals. You will do this through a combination of producing tailored support plans, activities, and partnership working. You will support us continue to work in a trauma informed way, and create a psychologically informed environment, which supports us in creating a safe, respectful, and responsive environment which puts our people and communities at the forefront. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lone working is part of the role, but you’ll always have a supportive team around
• Support residents with taking their correct medication as required
• Keep support plans updated on our online portals as appropriate
• Initiate appropriate interventions to prevent crisis or other risks.
• Ensure service responsibilities and requirements are carried out effectively.
• Ensure all participants understand their rights and responsibilities.
• Develop, participate in, and encourage participants to participate in the running and development of various projects and activities.
• Empower participants to make decisions to take control over their lives, by creating an enabling environment.
• Provide advice, information, guidance, and life skills training to participants as required.
• Recognise signs of deteriorating mental health, physical health, or other health implications 

About You

We're looking for a compassionate, motivated, and proactive individual with a commitment to delivering high quality, person centred mental health support. You will be knowledgeable of mental health and have an understanding and experience in how to support those who struggle. You thrive in fast paced environments and adapt well to changing situations, maintaining a non judgmental and trauma informed approach. Your ability to build meaningful, effective relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, while respecting and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion, sets you apart.

• Previous professional or lived experience supporting people who suffer with Mental Health
• Ability to engage with people from different backgrounds, build rapport, and empower them to achieve their personal goals
• Ability to show empathy and compassion and the different challenges people face; ability to come up with creative solutions to support them in their journey
• Ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs
• Ability and willingness to show flexibility of working patterns, responding to the needs of the service and residents
• Understanding of the different needs people with multiple and complex needs have and be aware of the social marginalisation that can be attached to people who face personal challenges
