Location: Homebased - We are interested in applicants located in Northamptonshire, Central Leicestershire, South Derbyshire the border with Leicestershire or Peterborough, as the postholder will be required to travel across these areas and other locations in the East Midlands area to conduct home visits to support carers and children. Travel is also required to attend staff meetings and team away days in Northamptonshire and other parts of the East Midlands.

TACT East Midlands Team have a unique opportunity for either a Supervising Social Worker who is ready to progress their career to a Senior Supervising Social Worker or a current Fostering Senior Supervising Worker who understands trauma and therapeutic parenting approaches. This role is being advertised on either a permanent or fixed-term basis. The duration of the fixed-term contract will be discussed/confirmed at the interview.

Overall Duties of the Senior Supervising Social Worker will include:
- An appropriate social work qualification
- Up-to-date registration with Social Work England
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years post qualifying experience in fostering or in other childcare settings for the Supervising Social Worker role or 2 years’ experience in fostering for the Senior Supervising Social Worker role.
- Experience in supporting and supervising 10-12 foster families to meet the complex needs of the looked-after young people
- A proven track record in working with and on behalf of children, respecting and maintaining their individuality, and promoting their positive development.
- Experience in group work and/or delivery of training.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations including the Children's Act and NMS Fostering Standards.
- Experience of working with/supporting looked after children and their foster carers.
- Ability to prioritise, plan and self-organise efficiently.
- Capable of using electronic records systems and IT effectively, including participating in virtual meetings and webinars

This role is key to driving forward our engagement strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring activity across Westminster, Whitehall and other administrations as appropriate in relation to the BPS’s policy and engagement priorities
- Driving policy development, building relationships with stakeholders, developing policy positions and producing briefing materials
- Managing the consultation process and producing consultation responses in collaboration with our members and other colleagues
- Representing the BPS on cross-sector policy groups and in external meetings with politicians and other senior stakeholders
- Building and maintaining relationships across the BPS membership, utilising member expertise and identifying opportunities for members to engage with stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in a policy, public affairs or political capacity, who can demonstrate success in designing, leading and implementing engagement campaigns to achieve wider organisational goals. It goes without saying that you should have a keen interest in the field of psychology and its impact upon society. Oral and written communication must be your strength, with the ability to influence, engage and build relationships with different audiences and stakeholders.

This impactful International NGO is a worldwide movement supporting healthcare services and sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) across 151 countries. They're now building a brand-new commercial team - and looking for a hands-on, strategic, and collaborative Global Marketing Advisor to help make their partner clinics and maternity centres more financially sustainable and locally impactful.
About the Role:
This isn't your average marketing role. You'll be the third hire into a dynamic new team tasked with supporting our Member Associations (MAs) - local, in-country health organisations - to strengthen their marketing capabilities and boost their clinics' visibility, credibility, and patient footfall.
Your work will directly help ensure that essential SRHR services remain accessible in low-resource settings by making their delivery models self-sustaining.
You'll work side-by-side with local teams in countries such as Nepal, Chile, Ecuador, Benin, Ghana and the Philippines. Your mission? Build impactful marketing strategies, improve websites and digital channels, and empower local teams through coaching, toolkits, and long-term support. Expect to roll up your sleeves - this is a very hands-on role, not one for spectators or delegators.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to individual clinics and maternity centres
- Lead branding, content, and outreach efforts to increase patient engagement
- Optimise clinic websites for user experience, SEO, and education
- Train local teams on social media, digital marketing, and community engagement
- Work directly with local marketing agencies to co-create campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on real-time data
- Help build commercial resilience in healthcare services across multiple global markets
You'll Need:
- Proven commercial marketing experience - ideally within healthcare, consumer services, or retail
- A deep understanding of how to drive customers into the clinical services they provide by using digital and traditional campaigns
- Strong coaching, influencing, and cross-cultural communication skills
- Confidence working autonomously and adapting quickly in dynamic, low-resource environments
- Hands-on experience optimising websites and managing digital channels
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the year (1-2 weeks at a time)
- Fluency in English; Spanish and/or French is a strong advantage
