The Role

As Wilder Learning Manager, you’ll lead a small, passionate team delivering inspiring outdoor learning and engagement programmes that connect schools, educators and young people with nature across Sussex. You’ll oversee the delivery and ongoing development of high‑quality accredited training, INSETs, school sessions and advice that supports schools to improve their grounds for nature and outdoor learning.

You’ll be an enthusiastic and confident leader, able to step into delivery when needed, and excited by innovation, collaboration and partnership working. Bringing experience of managing people, you’ll foster a positive, supportive and inclusive culture, encouraging creativity, continuous improvement and professional development.

This varied role combines leadership, project management and hands‑on involvement, playing a key part in ensuring our learning offer inspires and empowers educators and young people to connect with, care for and benefit from nature across Sussex’s land and marine environments.

The Person

As Regular Giving Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering one of the UK’s most ambitious mass fundraising programmes. Regular Giving at Manchester is a dynamic, multi-channel programme that raises over £1 million annually to support access to education and world-changing research. From direct mail and digital campaigns to telephone fundraising and donor journeys, you’ll help shape and deliver activity that inspires thousands of alumni, staff, students and friends to give.

You’ll bring energy, creativity and a proactive mindset to help grow our programme. Working closely with the Head of Regular Giving and colleagues across the Division, you’ll develop and implement new ideas, respond to emerging opportunities, and ensure our fundraising is targeted, data-driven and impactful.

This is a hands-on role with real scope to make a difference. You’ll be involved in planning and delivering campaigns, analysing performance, and reporting on results to senior colleagues. The role

About you

This role will suit an experienced finance professional who enjoys working in a mission-driven environment and is confident supporting non-finance leaders with clear, practical financial guidance.

You are likely to bring:

• AAT Level 3 or equivalent experience; professional accounting qualifications are advantageous
• Strong experience in financial management, budgeting and forecasting within a complex or regulated organisation
• The ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
• Experience of implementing or improving financial systems, processes and controls
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present financial information clearly

Responsible for all Continuous Professional Development (CPD) resources and activity of the Royal College of Paramedics, The primary role of the National CPD Lead will be overall responsibility for all CPD delivered by the Royal College of Paramedics, including ensuring the quality of content across the current and future range of platforms, (including video, webinars, events, podcasting).

About the role

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding our staff teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred behaviour support for the children in our care. You will carry out functional assessments, develop tailored PBS plans, and deliver both direct and indirect interventions to ensure each child’s individual needs are met. Recruitment Process

About this role

The Philanthropy Manager will own an assigned portfolio of prospects and donors at five to six figure level and act as the day-to-day relationship manager within that portfolio.

The role plans and delivers cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activity to agreed KPIs, makes timely operational decisions within scope, and escalates risks/opportunities early.

As Communications Manager, you will lead on several critical aspects of Martingale’s work including all external communications from social media to PR, and brand management. • Coordinate an effective paid advertising campaign across multiple channels.
