Our video content helps young people make informed decisions about their future. What you’ll do
As Post Production Manager, you will oversee the Video Team’s post-production operations and line-manage our Video Editors (1 x Video Editor and 2 x Junior Video Editors). You will lead the team in delivering high-quality video content for our platform, ensuring all output meets our editorial standards. You will manage the post-production workflow, support wider projects across the Video Team, and contribute hands-on to editing a variety of videos for the platform.
Your key responsibilities:
Assign post-production tasks to Video Editors and Junior Video Editors, manage the edit schedule, set deadlines, and sign off on edits that meet our high standards. Guide, mentor, and develop team members in editing skills and post-production workflows.
Manage key deliverables from organising footage on Dropbox to ensuring projects are live on the platform.
Manage a diverse range of video content, ensuring stakeholder input is considered while maintaining high editorial and production standards.
Review videos and provide constructive feedback to develop editors and maintain quality.
Ensure videos are on the platform and meet a high standard of quality.
Act as the point of contact for external partners and account teams regarding exported projects, handling any technical queries.

Quality programme delivery
Lead high quality professional development and school improvement programmes in our Pathway programmes and Open Learning for groups of teachers. These may be delivered in person, online or in school.
Deliver transformative consultancy support, working with teachers and school leaders to design and implement bespoke improvement plans for their oracy provision, including through in school and online consultancy support, and one-to-one advice.
Build credibility and purposeful relationships with programme participants, both at programme days and touchpoints, and on an on-going basis to drive impact in our schools.

You are an excellent teacher (primary or secondary)

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. We are seeking a proactive and professional Programme Officer to support the next phase of our Researcher Development programme. Working alongside the Programme Manager, the post holder will support the delivery of one of the four priorities in our five year strategy: “to create an environment that supports Wales’ current and future experts".This is an exciting opportunity to truly impact on the future of higher education and research in Wales. Having received additional funding from Medr, the Commission for Tertiary Education and Research, in support of our new strategy, this role would suit someone with the drive to shape and grow one of our major programmes, and who enjoys working flexibly with a dynamic and supportive team.

About the role
The Programme Officer (PO) will support the delivery of the Society’s Researcher Development Programme, which is already an important feature of Wales’ research landscape.
The PO will report to the Programme Manager (PM), and will work with the rest of our friendly, committed staff team to help ensure the programme continues to benefit researchers at different career stages, inside academia and across different sectors.
The PO will deliver a variety of activities. Their primary responsibility will be running the Early Career Researchers (ECRs) Network. This includes organising events and networking opportunities for ECRs, working with ECRs to ensure this work is relevant to their needs, as well as supporting the PM in developing the overall strategy for the Society’s ECR support and updating the ECR Network membership. The PO will support initiatives tailored for Mid-Career Researchers (MCRs) and assist with the review panels for the LSW Grants. The role also includes creating communications content to highlight the impact of funded projects and supporting the PM with reports for Medr and other stakeholders.

There are two parts to the Primary Science Mentor role. The majority of the role will focus on strengthening primary science teaching and leadership by leading our third Priority Areas initiative in North-West England. Through their knowledge of and passion for primary science education, the successful candidate will inspire transformational change in schools taking part in this project. They will build close working relationships with participating schools and create a vibrant and exciting learning community based on mutual support and the sharing of expertise.

We are seeking to appoint a Compliance Officer for an immediate start. Our University has a proud history of philanthropy stretching back to its foundation in 1900. With a clear vision to change the lives of the people of Birmingham, Joseph Chamberlain raised the funds required to build the University from citizens and corporations based locally and around the globe. Role Summary
We are looking for a Prospect Development Officer to join our highly successful prospect development team, working in partnership with our fundraising team to manage their prospect pools and portfolios. You will provide insight and advice on donors, trusts, foundations, corporations, and other organizations, collating and reviewing data and writing concise and informative reports for the fundraising team and senior stakeholders within the University. You will proactively identify new prospects, ensuring that biographical information is accurate and up to date.
