About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑driven Careers and Workforce Coordinator to join our Faculties Team, supporting both the Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine (FICM) and the Faculty of Pain Medicine (FPM).
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, quality management and practitioner development, areas that directly influence clinical practice and patient care across the UK.
In this role, you will act as the administrative lead for all matters relating to workforce, recruitment, careers and practitioner support. You will also play a key part in coordinating quality workstreams across both Faculties.
Your work will range from data analysis and resource development to stakeholder engagement and committee support, offering variety, responsibility and the chance to work within a collaborative and supportive team.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading workforce‑related projects and responding to queries across both Faculties
- Managing workforce censuses and surveys, including data preparation, analysis support and reporting

- Coordinating recruitment workstreams, including drafting person specifications, managing website content and organising Interviewers’ Training Days
- Ensuring workforce developments are clearly and accurately communicated
- Leading on matters relating to Advanced Critical Care Practitioners (ACCPs), including curriculum support and Higher Education Institution (HEI) accreditation
- Serving as secretary to committees and working groups, including preparing agendas, drafting papers, providing advice, taking minutes and tracking actions
About You
You will be an organised and detail‑focused administrator with experience managing varied workloads under pressure. You will have strong experience in committee administration, including accurate minute taking, and will be confident producing high‑quality written and database work.
You will also bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong IT proficiency (Word, Outlook and Excel), and the ability to interpret and simplify complex information. Experience within a membership organisation or medical education environment is desirable.

As Charity Officer, you will directly support our venues based at Redlibbets Golf Club, Cobtree Manor Golf Club, and Warley Park Golf Club.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Delivery:
- Plan, organise, and execute a range of community outreach and charity events, including (but not limited to) Fun, Food, and Golf, Community Cafes and School outreach.

Experience

About the role
The Senior Business & Resource Planning Manager is a role within Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement, acting as a strategic partner to colleagues and driving key processes and activity in areas such as planning, reporting, project management and operational improvements.
The postholder will support on operationalising plans and lead on the in-year tracking and management of budgets across P&A, and play a key role in supporting the P&A Leadership Team (LT) in making informed decisions relating to the resourcing of staffing and activity.
This role will also lead and coordinate on key aspects of reporting including internal quarterly reviews and also key accountability sessions for P&A with University leadership. Alongside this, they will lead on strategic projects that align and have been identified as being important to progress P&A and wider institutional goals.
The role is based within the Advancement Operations section of P&A and will be part of the section leadership team. The postholder will be closely involved in taking forward projects to review and enhance processes to drive improvements and streamlining across Advancement Operations. This area of activity will also link to the postholder’s focus on supporting the Director of Advancement Operations in delivering their agenda.
This is a full time (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% of time in the office. Typically, this equates to two days per week, but we’re very happy for colleagues to be in more frequently if they so wish.

This role will lead the delivery of Radnorshire Wildlife Trust’s new three-year Pentwyn Food, Farming & Nature Project, Cylch Bwyd, an initiative designed to strengthen the local food system while enhancing biodiversity and community resilience across Radnorshire.
The project focuses on two interconnected priorities:
1. Increasing education on food growing, with a strong emphasis on environmental impact, biodiversity, and climate resilience.

The role will be responsible for developing a range of volunteering opportunities for international alumni, which support Birmingham 2030 targets around graduate employability, student recruitment, student experience, research and influence. A key component of this role will be developing relationships with colleagues across the University to include alumni engagement and volunteering across the University’s international strategic themes. Who are we?
St. John's is a non-maintained specialist provision, working with autistic people, the majority of whom also have learning disabilities. Some of our learners have co-occurring conditions such as epilepsy, hearing or visual impairments, or mental health needs. We also support autistic learners who have an additional profile of Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) syndrome. We have a team built up of support workers, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, nurses, PBS practitioners, assistant psychologists, and more, to support us in our holistic approach to development.

The Outreach and Insight team plays a key role in identifying emerging issues and trends in what matters most to students. We transform a wide range of data and information about our casework and the sector into insights and learning. We also play a central role in using this learning to develop and deliver specific and targeted outreach to providers, student representative bodies (SRBs) and students.
The Insight Analyst is responsible for conducting data and information gathering and analysis on a wide variety of topics related to this work. You will be tasked with the creation and updating of Power BI reporting, dashboards and other data visualisation for internal use.
This important role involves collecting and analysing information from inside and outside the organisation with the purpose of generating insight to ensure that the overall outreach, engagement and communication strategies are evidence-based.
Once the need for analysis of particular information is established, the Insight Analyst works to deliver this in an appropriate and comprehensible format. This role has responsibility for ensuring a very high level of accuracy and clarity, ensuring that colleagues can rely upon what is presented.

Process – a development programme for women, non-binary and trans+ music makers. Structured across three strands for different abilities (Create, Define, Release), Process combines workshops, mentoring and masterclasses to build skills, confidence and community for underrepresented producers.
Out The Box (OTB) – hands-on analogue mixing workshops in leading London studios, giving emerging producers practical experience with desks, outboard gear and professional engineers while bridging digital and analogue production techniques.
