JOB TITLE: Senior Schools Education Officer - Digital Projects
DEPARTMENT: Education Team, Programmes Department, Foundation
LOCATION: Stamford Bridge (with regular delivery at educational establishments throughout the week)
CONTRACT: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
DIRECT REPORTS: Digital Blue -Education Officer
JOB FUNCTION: To lead, teach and deliver on behalf of Chelsea FC Foundation the innovative Digital Blue Project. This will include the delivery of a range of initiatives and programmes as we develop this area of STEM provision for our local beneficiaries, Foundation wide.

PLAY YOUR PART (Main Responsibilities):
- Oversee the delivery of our Foundation Digital Blue programme; in line with Foundation outcomes and line management of associated officers and coordinators to ensure all elements meet required standards
- Develop and deliver further Digital Blue programme schemes to inspire participants of all targeted ages involved in the programme – which includes the creation of resources and promotional materials.
- Work collaboratively across the Foundation on our Digital Blue initiatives to identify potential service gaps, and potential for further grants to develop provision.
- Work with the Schools Education Manager and Futures Manager to identify development opportunities and service gaps within existing programmes.
- Support the Philanthropic Partnerships Team and Grants Teams with approaching suitable partners and/or funders as identified to develop programme funding opportunities.
- Attend Local Strategic Partnership Meetings to raise awareness of our local provision, and then network to enhance new funding and delivery opportunities
- Coordinate and devise scheduling or the delivery of Digital Education programme, including schools based and stadium sessions
- To successfully manage relationships with participants, schools, community settings and partners as part of the programme.
- To undertake any other Foundation activities that may be required in addition to the role.

As one of two Helplines Operations Managers, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of ISWAN’s helplines to ensure our services provide accurate information, appropriate advice, and comprehensive support to seafarers and their families.
You will manage the development of Salesforce and be familiar with Salesforce reporting, particularly using advanced tools like Power BI and Tableau. You will be confident liaising with our IT support service on system issues and developments.

Who we are
Universify exists to create a fairer, more equal society where every young person can fulfil their potential regardless of their background. We equip young people from low socio-economic and underrepresented backgrounds with the skills, knowledge, and belief to fulfil their potential through education.
We work primarily with Year 10-11 students (aged 14-16) to increase their aspirations, improve GCSE attainment and to gain a greater understanding of post-18 pathways, particularly university, to make a more informed decision about their future. To achieve our aims, we currently run two year-long programmes. Our main Oxford programme includes a week-long residential in summer of Year 10, a 3-day GCSE-focused revision residential in the spring of Year 11, and regular online coaching. Our Step Ahead Bristol programme consists of a calendar of day visits in Bristol and Oxford in Year 10 and 11 and regular online coaching.
The role
As the Programme Coordinator, you will work within the programme team to co-ordinate and deliver our national programme and communities programme for over 100 participants. You will also support the planning and oversight of our activities for partner-led programmes.
Main Duties
- Preparing and delivering our programmes
- Organise programme logistics- including managing room bookings, kit preparation, individuals’ requirements
- Co-ordinate recruitment and onboarding for students, tutors and volunteers
- Manage general enquiries and administration alongside the programme team

The Role
The Finance & Operations Coordinator is a central position in a small, purpose-driven team. Purpose of this role.
This role is central to driving our work forward. You will play a key part in ensuring the next generation gains essential oracy skills by managing and delivering the sales of the English-Speaking Union’s educational products. These include our signature ‘Discover Your Voice’ student oracy workshops and our Teacher Oracy CPD sessions for schools and other educational settings in England and Wales, with potential to expand to international schools.

Organisational Planning & Strategy
- Work with the Executive Leadership Team to shape the organisational business plan, in partnership with Executive Leadership Team colleagues and Council, supported by a clear budget and plan for income generation
- Lead the implementation of the strategy, ensuring that KPIs are met / action is taken to course correct, and provide day-to-day guidance and long-term strategic direction for all employees within the College
- Oversee the College’s existing and new products and services, ensuring that they are of the highest standard, and are informed by research and impact evaluation
Leadership
- Advise on the education content of external communications
- Provide overall accountability and leadership in a range of areas including membership, publishing, content, research, Chartered status and other professional learning and accreditation
- Report to the Council as required and be the Executive Leadership Team representative for relevant committees, and ensure they have the reports and data needed to make informed decisions for the College
- Provide leadership and development of individuals within the team, including setting clear objectives, responsibilities, performance standards and development goals and managing these accordingly – through informal coaching and feedback and formal discussions including regular one to ones and appraisals

Your role will be part of the education team in Devon who enable schools and young people to develop more sustainable practices and lifestyles, specifically within the areas of waste reduction, reuse, recycling and composting.
Our ideal candidate will live in or around the East Devon / Exeter / Teignbridge area, where the majority of delivery will take place, with some home working. What you will be doing
· Develop and deliver high quality education programmes in schools on the 3Rs – reduce, reuse and recycle - and composting, to include:
o Leading workshops, assemblies and waste audits.
o Advising school staff (including senior staff, cleaners, caretakers, kitchen staff and other non-teaching staff) on educational and practical waste issues.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, design and delivery of monitoring, evaluation and learning activities across three levels: individual interventions, groups of related interventions (programmes) and the overall portfolio level. Working with our portfolio team, you will scope and design proportionate approaches to track progress at intervention, programme and portfolio level, assess outcomes, and understand whether - and why - intended outcomes are being achieved, to support improvement. You will also help us better understand and report on Purposeful Ventures’ organisational impact.
Successful candidates will have led evaluations end-to-end, including designing studies and analysing and reporting quantitative data (administrative and other monitoring/assessment data, plus surveys). Experience of research or evaluation relating to improving maths attainment, including via teaching-workforce initiatives and delivering evaluations for funders or charities (including in research agencies), is desirable.
Responsibilities and duties
1. Work closely with the Head of Evaluation to implement Purposeful Ventures’ monitoring and evaluation framework, to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and sector standards.
- Translate the framework into portfolio, programme and intervention level monitoring and evaluation plans with clear outcomes, indicators, baselines and reporting cycles.

About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading, supporting and developing a team of Residential Care Workers, ensuring that every child in our care receives consistent, high-quality support.
You will help oversee all aspects of planning, monitoring and evaluating children’s individual needs, and you’ll be confident managing the home in the Registered Manager’s absence.

Key Responsibilities
As Deputy Manager, you will:
- Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead, mentor and develop the staff team
- Ensure high-quality care, safeguarding and behaviour support
- Oversee care planning and case management for young people
- Maintain a safe, nurturing and positive home environment
- Communicate effectively with local authorities, families and other professionals
- Ensure policies, procedures and regulatory standards are met
Essential Experience & Qualifications
You will need to have:
- A Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
- Recent experience working in a children’s residential care setting, where you have supervised or led staff
- Experience supporting young people with complex emotional or behavioural needs
- Knowledge of the Quality Care Standards and Children’s Homes Regulations
- Experience in case management, including preparing care plans and contributing to reviews
- Experience managing budgets or financial processes

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a talented, dynamic, and professional Engagement Manager to join our team in Aberdeenshire. The right candidate would be someone who can work flexibly and demonstrate an understanding and total commitment to our organisational values.
As our Engagement Manager, you will directly support people aged 16+ who may have complex and challenging barriers preventing them from securing a positive pathway. The role will include identifying barriers and helping to build the tools needed to remove them. Supporting with pre volunteering activity as well as volunteering placements in their local area.
You will identify, develop, and manage partnerships with charitable and not-for-profit organisations across Aberdeenshire, building an effective presence within the third sector locally. You will create diverse, high-quality, structured volunteering opportunities with charity partner organisations, ensuring that volunteering roles reflect the needs and interests of those we support. You will also support the creation of strong referral pathways into our service, and beyond it, building on a knowledge of existing provision. As part of the All-in-Aberdeenshire consortium you will be a positive bridge to support people into positive destinations such as employment, training or further education.
Key Duties Responsibilities
· To engage directly with people 16+ to understand their wants, needs and aspirations and determine the best opportunity for each person and provide the support they need in advance of volunteering.
· To support on a 1:1 basis, in person or digitally with the volunteer to create an action plan in line with the All in Aberdeenshire outcomes.
· To work in partnership with All-in-Aberdeenshire consortium to achieve outcomes and secure individuals positive destinations such as employment, education and training.
· To develop and maintain good relationships with referral partners such as The Council, DWP, SDS etc to ensure a steady stream of referrals are received.
· To Liaise with referral sources, regarding new and existing referrals.
· To identify, create and develop relationships with new charity partners or agencies to provide bespoke and tailored volunteering opportunities. These opportunities will help the individuals supported to gain experience, confidence and support them on route to a positive destination.
· To manage the risk assessment, quality assurance, and audit processes as appropriate.
· Ensure monitoring, impact and evaluation of information and data is collected and that the project meets its agreed targets, reporting format and schedule. Assist the Delivery Leader by preparing reports to funders.
· To ensure all the above is done with excellent record keeping, in accordance with compliance requirements and systems.
· Promoting and representing Volunteering Matters across Aberdeenshire.
· Contribute to the wider Volunteering Matters staff teams, upholding our values at all times.
Skills
· A sound and comprehensive understanding of the particular challenges and barriers that people in Aberdeenshire face with moving into a positive destination of volunteering, employment, training and further education.
· Understanding of how to assess the needs of an individual using a person-centered approach.
· Excellent organisational and IT skills.
· Excellent people skills with the ability to build professional, long-term relationships with others.
· Beneficiary-focused, and adaptable – able to go from strategic conversations with key partners to chatting with a nervous potential individual.
· Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise accordingly.
