Role Overview:
The services at Lambeth are commissioned by Lambeth but situated outside of the borough. They consist of:
- 1 emergency accommodation service for 16/17 year old’s
- 1 complex needs accommodation service for 16/17 year old’s (assessment centre accommodation for young people 18+)
- 2 supported housing projects (one for females in the borough and one for young men which is situated out of the borough in Waltham Forest)
- 3 houses for 9 young men that have been or still are Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers based in Greenwich
- 3 small accommodation sites for Young Person at Risk scheme housing young people from Lambeth where we assist the young people to exit gang lifestyles
We are searching for someone with excellent leadership skills to join us at our service in Lambeth as Pathway Manager. You will be pivotal to the successful delivery of this service as you are the key contact with Lambeth Commissioning team, Lambeth Housing Team, Lambeth Adult / Children’s Social Care, Mental Health Services and other statutory, community and voluntary services.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be adept in managing the service and its partnerships
- You will manage, monitor, evaluate and continuously improve the service and its operation within Lambeth’s developing approach
- Ensure a safe and secure environment and maintain high standards within the services. This includes risk assessments, health and safety checks and the cleaning and preparation of rooms for new residents.

About the role
This hands-on role will lead the implementation of global communications strategies for ITF’s Land and
Air Sections (LAS): Aviation, Railways, Road Transport, Tourism and Urban Transport.
The LAS Communications Manager will work closely with the industrial sections and affiliates to push forward a union-led agenda for the aviation and inland transport industries.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, this role will work collaboratively to deliver and evaluate forward-thinking communication strategies for these industrial work programs and their priority campaigns. The role will include targeting diverse audiences including transport workers in the industries, employers, allies, media, policy makers, political leaders and the wider public. The role will also play a crucial role in ensuring that section’s industrial priorities and issues are reflected and integrated in organisation-wide communications priorities and areas of focus.
Fundamental to this role will be an ability to develop expert knowledge and keep on top of policy and industrial issues facing aviation, railway, road transport, tourism and public transport workers, and effectively interpret and analyse the complex issues and challenges into communications strategies that advance workers’ rights.

Mile End Climbing Wall (MECW) is the trading name of the charity Development through Challenge (DtC).
Development through Challenge started life as a charity called North London Rescue Commando (NLRC), set up when London was at threat of flood. They moved to the current site from North London, where they had started as a small water sports centre. In the mid-1980s a change in focus led to the formation of Mile End Climbing Wall. It became the climbing wall in London and one of the first climbing walls in England. In 1997 NLRC changed its name to Development through Challenge.

About the role:
As the Schemes Registrations Manager, you'll oversee and manage the SER administrative team, manage the registration process for individuals and firms, and ensure high service standards. You will handle audits of Approved Certifiers and Bodies, liaise with relevant regulatory bodies, and work with the DCEO. Additionally, you will serve as Secretary to the SER Board.
As the Schemes Registrations Manager you'll:
- Lead and manage the SER administrative team.
- Assist the Compliance Executive and coordinate with the Chair of the Registration Boards to assign audits for certifiers and approved bodies.
- As Head of Certification, work with the Lead Auditor to finalise audit outcome notifications and correspondence, including suspensions or terminations of membership.

- Maintain a strong relationship with the Board of Directors' Chair.

Key requirements and experience:
- Knowledge of complex workflows and non-financial audit and compliance processes
- Overseeing/managing a certification scheme or similar gained in a membership body or regulator
- Managing an audit process through to delivery of outcome and providing support where targets have not been met.

The Senior L&D Manager will drive the vision towards L&D becoming part of the every day, and not the once a year. You will work with Department Heads and Youth Zone CEO’s to support staff to be the best they can be, removing barriers and enabling them to be entrepreneurial and innovative. Within this varied role you will build effective relationships with HR departments within medium to large global organisations and a myriad of influencers from across the risk management space.
Contributing to the design and mobilisation of the teams strategy for programme delivery and sales, converting at scale, sales opportunities and sales relationships.
Main duties include:
- Delivering against target.
- Partnering with marketing team to create effective campaigns.
- Follow up of leads generated adopting a consultative approach.
- Using needs analysis to convert to tangible and profitable business relationships.
- Contact Risk leaders and Key decision makers and follow leads via phone/email (both warm and cold) to discuss IRM programmes & services.
- Lead consultative sales meetings with senior leaders and decision makers in medium to large organisations globally to drive take up of our services and programmes.
- Develop and deliver regional, programme-level sales strategies for IRM delivered programmes & services.

- Experience of selling consultancy and/or education-related services to international markets.
- Ability to build relationships with external stakeholders at a senior level.
- Experience of managing accounts of varying sizes and generating sales from these accounts.
- Consultative sales experience with evidence of hitting B2C or B2B sales targets.
- Experience of both selling into cold markets whilst also generating increased repeat business from existing customers.
- Skilled at persuasive writing and using a range of strategies to impact and influence.
- Highly organised and thrives on multi-tasking in a target-driven environment
- Experience of effectively managing a sales pipeline and using data to drive robust decision making and improve results.

The Financial Transactions Manager will oversee the smooth running of the transactional processing of all income and expenditure at the Students’ Union.
