You will be critical in strategically driving our growth, improving practices and increasing efficiency, through guiding and supporting colleagues across the fundraising department. You will work particularly closely with the Major Donor, Trusts and Foundations and Corporate Teams to help grow pipelines and bring to the forefront the most exciting opportunities.
You'll develop processes and tools relating to prospect research, such as pipeline management and prospect propensity evaluations. You'll also lead regular pipeline review meetings to support, guide and motivate fundraisers to drive movement through pipelines.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience of identifying and qualifying potential new major donors, trusts, senior volunteers and corporates, resulting in further income for the organisation
- Proven experience in communicating effectively and presenting data, information, trends and recommendations effectively with a wide range of audiences
- Experience of forming, maintaining and growing working relationships and ability to influence and persuade
- An understanding of trends and developments across the high value fundraising sector, as well as prospect research

Work with the Digital Marketing Team to ensure the charity’s online donation platforms are optimised to drive conversions and facilitate a smooth giving experience.
Work with the Digital Marketing Team, Deputy Head of Fundraising and COO to develop strategies to integrate online donation opportunities within the website, social media, and email communications.
Donor Stewardship:
Develop and implement strategies for donor stewardship, ensuring individuals are thanked, informed, and engaged post-donation.
Maintain a regular and consistent program of communications with donors, keeping them updated on the impact of their gifts.
Identify opportunities to upgrade donors to higher giving levels and inspire loyalty.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the Services and Media and Communications Teams to gain SANE Services statistics, case studies and up to date on general mental health information, to align individual giving efforts with broader fundraising strategies.

About the Role
This is a newly created leadership role responsible for developing and embedding the governance infrastructure and strategic partnerships that will position Charity Right as a credible and competitive organisation for institutional funding. The Head of Governance and Institutional Relations will be responsible for cultivating relationships with institutional funders, multilateral agencies, and foundations, while also leading internal governance and capacity-building efforts to ensure Charity Right is fully prepared to secure and deliver such partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Institutional Fundraising & Relationship Management

What you will do:

Title: Male Live In Support Worker
Responsible to: Senior Support Worker
Responsible for: Young people living in the accommodation (4 young people aged 16 – 18 years old seeking asylum in the UK).

The Director of Income Generation will lead the development and delivery of a long-term, sustainable income strategy. This includes overseeing all income streams, from charitable trusts and foundations to corporate partnerships, individual donors, alumni, and commercial opportunities, ensuring they align with their mission to inspire young people in STEM.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the postholder will manage a high-performing department across fundraising, partnerships, and marketing, and play a visible and active role in building internal and external relationships.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Significant experience in a senior income generation or fundraising role, with a proven track record of success across diverse income streams.
- Demonstrable experience of building and managing strategic, long-term funder and partner relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling cases for support.
- Proven leadership ability, including experience of managing and developing high performing, multi-functional teams and influencing at a strategic level.

Casework

JOB PURPOSE
You will work closely with the Head of Philanthropy, CEO, trustees and international colleagues to steward and cultivate key donor relationships and continue the development and implementation of the strategy to grow the major donor pipeline. As a Senior Manager, you will take ownership of the overall Major Donor Strategy, and budget and provide strategic insight into how we grow and improve our programme.
You will be confident in navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders and in negotiating internally as well as externally, championing the major donor programme to ensure a strong enabling environment for the growth of the programme. You will enjoy developing strong relationships, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and will be adept at managing donor and prospect pipelines as well as crafting compelling donor communications.
This role will be responsible for managing the Philanthropy Manager role and will provide support, mentorship and coaching to help the development of this role.

ROLE RESPONSIBLITIES
- Manage the philanthropy manager role through coaching, and by motivating and supporting them to reach their annual target.
- Build on a warm portfolio of donors to achieve current income targets and spot opportunities for growth and deeper development of philanthropic relationships
- Monitor and deliver annual philanthropy budgets and KPIs, assessing ongoing performance, proactively managing risks and providing accurate reporting.
- Own and drive the Major Donor strategy in collaboration with the Head of Philanthropy.
- Support on intermediary strategy and growth in this area.
- Work as part of the Philanthropy Team to grow opportunities within the major donor funding stream in line with UK4U’s fundraising strategy
- Lead on the growth and development of a robust prospect pipeline working with the corporate team, individual giving team, trustees, prospect research team, philanthropy team and other key stakeholders.
- Work with the wider international organisation to identify the most appropriate funding propositions for donors and also the internal technical experts and leadership colleagues who can help support and drive forward opportunities.
- Craft compelling propositions and proposals for major donors and ensure quality and timely reporting on donations made.
- Establish a strategic and tactical response to selected prospects and existing major donors in the event of humanitarian emergencies.
- Work independently and with the prospect researcher to gather up-to-date and accurate information on existing and prospective donors.
- Maintain accurate records on Salesforce, for income recording and earmarking.

Regulation and Quality Assurance Administrator
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator who is passionate about public protection and professional standards in mental health, to join our Regulation and Quality Assurance Team (RQAT).
Position: Regulation and Quality Assurance Administrator
Location: Hybrid – Remote working with monthly presence at York House, London
Salary: £30,324 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term, 12 months

About the role:
As the Regulation and Quality Assurance Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our members uphold the highest standards in psychotherapy and psychotherapeutic counselling. You will provide essential support to the RQAT team in a range of administrative activities, from coordinating audits and reaccreditations to managing enquiries and supporting committee work.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the public interest by supporting our regulatory functions and ensuring that individuals and organisations meet our rigorous professional standards.
About you
You are an experienced and adaptable administrator with exceptional communication and customer service skills. You bring strong attention to detail, excellent digital literacy (especially Microsoft 365), and a proactive approach to planning and prioritising. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working as part of a small team dedicated to improving mental health service provision.
You’ll also have the diplomacy and discretion needed to handle sensitive issues, and you will understand when to use your judgement or escalate a concern. Ideally, you’ll also bring knowledge of the psychotherapy or mental health field, or experience within regulatory or membership organisations.

Immigration Advisor
Contracted Weekly Hours: 22.5 – 30 hours

International Care Network (ICN) is a Christian charity whose aim is to help to rebuild the lives of refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants. We are seeking an experienced IAA Immigration Advisor to join our friendly team. We need a qualified IAA Level 2 or Level 3 immigration advisor, or a solicitor/barrister with immigration experience. In this role, you will work with marginalised adults and families, guiding them through complex immigration journeys with compassion and professionalism. Thus, the qualified immigration advisor will play a critical role in helping people find hope and stability in the challenging environment of being a migrant in the UK.
You as the immigration advisor will take a holistic approach to supporting and empowering our service users/clients, working with the rest of the ICN team and partner organisations to ensure their needs are met and barriers addressed. Specifically, you will manage your own immigration caseload, concentrating on applications involving family, private life and other human rights matters as well as protection routes. Although ICN does not currently take on asylum cases, you will provide information, advice and referral to other organisations for people seeking asylum.
