Work experience at Unifrog
In 2022, we launched the Unifrog Placements tool with just a few schools and colleges, and it’s now being used by over 45% of UK schools and has facilitated over 350,000 placements since its launch. The Placements tool makes it quick and easy for schools and colleges to administer work experience, virtual work experience (VWEX), work shadowing, and internships, all in one central place on the Unifrog platform. The more schools that sign up to and get started with Placements, the closer we can get to levelling the playing field for all students.
What you’ll do
As the Work Experience Lead, you will provide outstanding customer support for school and college partners using our Placements tool. You’ll be the first point of contact for any queries about the tool, resolving any issues partners, parents or employers have with the process. You’ll also be responsible for training individuals, tracking the engagement and impact of the Placements tool across our partner schools. You’ll be keeping Account Managers up to speed on this throughout the academic year.
Key responsibilities:

Manage incoming queries about our Placements tool via phone call and email.

Keep Salesforce records up to date after any interactions with partner schools and colleges.

Continually suggest and streamline our Work Experience processes using feedback from our partners.

Analyse engagement data, trends and notable issues on Placements usage and share this data with Account Managers and the wider UK management team.
Additional responsibilities:

Proactively look for opportunities to continue improving our platform and support of Work Experience within schools and colleges. For example, reviewing survey responses to identify potential tweaks or process improvements.

Support the UK Partner Success Team during busy periods, e.g., uploading school data onto the platform and troubleshooting any issues partner schools and colleges are experiencing.

Proactively work to foster a sense of community amongst our Unifrog partners and consider how we can promote the sharing and embedding of Unifrog best practice.
Working together
You’ll work alongside the Partner Success Leads and the wider UK schools and colleges team. You’ll also have contact with our Data, Marketing, and Finance teams.
You’ll report to the Head of Partner Success.

Manage and deliver our place based programmes for young people.
Since 2022, we’ve been growing our place-based programmes in key regions across the country - communities full of potential, creativity and ambition, but where young people can face barriers to accessing the same networks and opportunities as their peers.
Our new strategy, Ambition 2030, puts these local programmes at the heart of helping young people build the future they choose. We’re seeking a project manager to lead this work with our trusted industry partners, working in collaboration with employers, local and combined authorities, schools and charities. We are currently delivering Ignite projects in Blackpool, East Riding of Yorkshire, Liverpool, Middlesbrough, Northampton, Rochdale and London, and may take on additional projects in new locations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead our Ignite place-based programmes, managing workshops, employer engagement, and volunteer coordination, while ensuring local partners stay central to design and delivery.
- Oversee programme delivery, stakeholder relationships, coordination and logistics
- Through targeted interventions ensure the right workshops and people are in place to support young people to raise their aspirations, develop their skills and bridge the gap between education and employment
This role is a hybrid of strategic and operational work.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Partnerships Manager to strengthen and grow our connections across the youth, education and democracy sectors. You will play a key role in expanding and deepening the Democracy Classroom Network, helping to increase its reach, visibility and impact on democratic education across the UK.
The role will support organisations to prepare for and collaborate on upcoming changes in democratic engagement and education - such as the introduction of Votes at 16 - ensuring the sector is coordinated, informed and ready to respond collectively.
This is a dynamic, people-focused role supporting more than 100 partner organisations to collaborate, share learning and deliver joined-up support for teachers and youth practitioners. You will combine excellent relationship-building with the ability to think strategically, spot opportunities and translate them into practical action.
You will work closely with the Head of Communications and Networks, the Communications Lead, and colleagues across The Politics Project to ensure that partners are supported, connected and able to collaborate effectively. The role blends strategic relationship management with hands-on coordination and communication.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnership management
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with over 100 existing civil society partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner queries, feedback and support.
- Identify and onboard new organisations to join the Democracy Classroom Network.
- Facilitate partner input into planning, decision-making and shared problem-solving.
Strategic development and coordination
- Identify new opportunities for collaboration, policy influence and sector engagement.
- Advise senior colleagues on partnership trends, risks and emerging opportunities.

- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure joined-up delivery and coherent partner messaging.
Engagement and representation
- Plan and deliver Democracy Classroom meetings, training sessions and networking events.

Monitoring and reporting
- Track partner engagement, feedback and satisfaction to inform continuous improvement.

This is a fast-paced role in a small but growing team. The post includes a six-month probation period and is fixed-term until March 2027, with potential for extension depending on funding. Occasional travel within the UK and some evening or weekend work will be required.

About the role
The Management Accountant provides forward-looking financial insight to support decision-making, strategy, and organisational sustainability. The BACCH Education and Training Administrator is a newly created role supporting the British Association for Community Child Health (BACCH), a specialty group of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. This role will take the lead on setting up and delivering educational courses and events for clinicians working in Community Child Health, including webinars, regional events, and the BACCH Annual Scientific Meeting.
Reporting to the BACCH Executive Officer, you will coordinate the development of a structured education and training offer, manage logistics for online and in-person courses, and support initiatives such as trainee-led learning and paid short courses. Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and “rehearse” for real-life scenarios. Participants are encouraged to be both consumers and producers of learning through script-work, role-play and creative media such as films and art. Throughout, we enable young people to explore their choices, rights and expectations in relationships and to recognise the early warning signs of abuse.
Tender has grown significantly in recent years. We have secured income from an increasing range of sources: corporates, major donors, trusts & foundations and statutory funders. We have done this with a small but highly effective development team.
With a clear strategic focus for the next five years, we are strengthening our development team to ensure we have the funding needed to achieve our strategic ambitions. We plan to grow both the extent of our reach across the country, and the difference we make to the people we work with. We are also planning to increase the effectiveness of our policy & influencing work, aiming to deliver significant, systemic change to how violence against women and girls is prevented.
You will play a pivotal role in raising the funding for our ambitions, focusing on statutory and trusts & foundations income streams. You will lead on both these income streams, managing existing funders and securing new funders. You will secure income from your own portfolio of funders and partners, and lead and inspire the team to achieve their own ambitious targets, both through new sources and through excellent stewardship of existing funders.
Role purpose
The main purposes of this role are:
- Researching, identifying and applying for grant funding and commissioning from statutory sources, trusts and foundations (T&F)
- Developing and writing high quality fundraising bids which align with the objectives and needs of statutory funders, T&F and Tender’s strategic objectives
- Managing and maintaining partnerships and relationships with a range of stakeholders (statutory funders, T&F, delivery partners, professionals in the sector, internal stakeholders)
- Developing the Statutory and T&F strategy in collaboration with the Development Director

New business development
- Developing and implementing a strategy to develop relationships with, and maximise income from, statutory sources, T&F

- Maintaining an up-to-date market awareness of grant-making trends and best practice in T&F fundraising
- Developing the overall statutory and T & F strategy with oversight from the Development Director

Relationships
- Managing relationships with Statutory sources and T&F funding Tender, building a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of each funder
- Developing and executing stewardship and relationship management plans for T&F to maximise the value and duration of their support for Tender
- Overseeing the production of high-quality monitoring reports for T&F, and using insights from funded programmes to develop case for support materials
- Working with other Tender managers to ensure the consistent tone and positioning of Tender in the implementation of marketing of all projects

Administration
- Working with the Governance team to improve operational effectiveness and quality service by identifying and implementing process improvements
