Working closely with the rest of the A&W team and wider stakeholders, such as the Communications team, media and creative agencies, you'll help to optimise acquisition activity as we scale up investment in this area. Criteria
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with excellent communication and analytical skills. You’ll enjoy looking for ways to optimise all elements of campaigns from creative, content and media testing and able to act as a key point of knowledge in this area. Experience of DRTV is required, with an understanding of individual giving fundraising KPIs, including in relation to: DRTV, print, telemarketing, email and landing pages. You will be confident working with data with attention to detail and accuracy, from briefing data criteria for emails to using excel to review and share results. You will also be able to engage wider stakeholders in our acquisition testing plan development, providing clear regular communication to update on progress and learnings. Most importantly, you’ll be keen to deliver insight and audience-led, best in class fundraising campaigns to help Brooke realise an ambitious acquisition growth programme. `

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clinical lead working within our Mental Health Support Teams and wider Children and Young People’s Services. As an integral part of our services, you will ensure the high-quality delivery of mental health interventions for children and young people. • Provide a holistic package of care to people which meets their needs and includes working with colleagues across other teams to help residents with diversionary activities, employment, training, and education.

Background - Number Champions
We train volunteers to use games and other creative activities in primary schools in one-to-one sessions with children to help them gain confidence and skills in maths. This support helps put children on track to achieve their full potential in a world where numeracy is a vital building block. Founded in 2018, we have already helped over 1,500 children. We now have 115 volunteers running weekly sessions. This year they are helping 334 children in 38 partner schools across London, and we plan to continue to grow organically every year to support more children.

CEO role
The CEO will be a new permanent role, reporting to our founder Chair and to the board of trustees. You will take on all aspects of managing our award-winning charity and drive the board process of setting and delivering strategy. This will include financial management of the charity and involvement in fundraising. This is in the context of our succession plan, whereby our Chair will hand over the executive responsibilities which he currently exercises on a pro bono basis. About the role:

Attention to detail is vital to ensure that programmes of work run smoothly and budgets are accurately maintained. You should feel confident managing multiple tasks at once and be comfortable switching between them as needed.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Sound working knowledge of buildings, including mechanical and electrical aspects
- Knowledge of facilities management
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An understanding of budgeting and experience of monitoring spend and reporting against budgets
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- Experience of line managing members of staff and ensuring they fulfil their roles and are well supported
Desirable Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- A formal qualification (such as an appropriate IWFM, HND, surveying or similar)
- A formal qualification in Health & Safety, such as IOSH Managing safely
- Accredited Project Management qualification
- Previous experience of CAD based systems
- Relevant construction trade qualification/experience
