About the role
We’re looking for a Programme Lead to drive forward a bold, nationally significant initiative designed to support educators in responding to one of the most complex and urgent challenges facing young people today.
This project will help schools engage with issues that affect how students form beliefs, navigate digital spaces, and make sense of the world. The Estate Officer will ensure the delivery of the regional maintenance programme, comprising routine, periodic, planned and urgent works, and the delivery of time limited maintenance consultancy and estate management projects. Working alongside the Conservation Projects Manager, the post holder will ensure regional estate compliance with CCT policies.

JOB PURPOSE:
- To coordinate support for children aged 2-5 with SEND at Springfield Park Road Nursery, working alongside nursery staff, parents and outside agencies to ensure the nursery provides high quality inclusive EYFS provision in line with the SEND Code of Practice and EYFS Framework.
· To promote an ethos of inclusive practice within the nursery, high expectations for children with SEND and the best possible outcomes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the SEND provision for the nursery
· Work with the nursery manager to regularly review the SEND policy and practice within the setting and agree how it will be implemented.
· Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the setting’s SEND policy, and for coordinating provision across the setting.
· Implement SEN support and the graduated approach of: assess, plan, do, review to meet the outcomes identified for the child, including writing and reviewing SEN support plans as well as statutory paperwork, such as EHC needs assessment requests (with support from Area SENCO).
· Apply for ISEY funding for individual children and ensure funding is implemented to support children effectively.
Support colleagues
· Ensure all practitioners in the setting understand:
o their responsibilities to children with SEN
o how to work actively and effectively within the Assess Plan Do Review cycle.
· Support individual practitioners in implementing the approach for individual children
· Identify and use training and other sources of support available to colleagues.
· Support the nursery manager and staff during inspections by regulatory bodies and assist in the implementation of any recommendations.
Partnership working

Job Summary
Ten Ten Resources is seeking a Schools Support Officer to play a vital role in supporting our partner schools in their use of our award-winning Catholic educational resources. Place of Work
This is a home-based role, open to candidates based in the UK. The successful candidate will work remotely as part of Ten Ten’s home-based team.
The role is full-time (35 hours per week), typically worked across Monday to Friday. However, we are open to applications on a job-share basis, where two individuals work together to fulfil the responsibilities of the role. While there is some flexibility in working hours, availability is expected during core daytime hours to ensure collaboration with colleagues and timely support for schools.
We meet weekly as a team on Zoom to share updates, collaborate on projects, and pray together. In addition, we gather in person at least three times per year - typically once per term - for planning, training and team-building. These in-person gatherings usually involve overnight stays and are held at various locations around the UK.

About the role:
