The Digital Marketing Officer will play an important part in Cure Parkinson’s continued ambitious growth. Joining us at an exciting time for the charity, you would be part of a small but dynamic team with the opportunity to develop and make your own mark.
You will create and edit communications and marketing materials to publicise the charity’s activities to our online and digital audiences, including writing and distributing e-newsletters and updating our website and social media platforms. You will have a good understanding of digital best practice and content creation across web, social and email.
The Digital Marketing Officer will report into the Digital Marketing and Engagement Manager and will work closely with the wider Marketing team to plan and execute some exciting communications campaigns to promote the work of the charity.
Key duties / tasks
- Drafting and coordinating the distribution of the charity’s E-newsletter in Mailchimp.
- Drafting social media messaging and assisting with running paid social media campaigns.
- Day to day monitoring of CP social media platforms to respond to supporters, identify influencers, and engage in conversations where relevant to CP
- Working closely with colleagues in design, fundraising and research to develop visual assets for use on social media.
- Writing and uploading news stories and information materials to the charity website and social media platforms.
- Support on the implementation of a digital strategy for the organisation.
- Undertaking analysis and feedback to provide insight into social media, website and email performance
- Assisting with the creation of ad-hoc emails to supporters.
- Working closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure a joined up, consistent approach.

Main Responsibilities:
· Develop and deliver bespoke marketing and communications plans and activities specific to particular Family Action services and targeted at their audiences (public and professional).
· Develop marketing collateral, press releases, guides/toolkits, adverts, articles for professional magazines, e-bulletins/newsletters, web pages, events, etc.
· Ensure all services marketing activity is brand compliant and aligned to Family Action’s corporate priorities, as well as meeting the needs of the specific service.
· Manage the production of marketing collateral using design tools/software and/or Family Action templates. This will include copywriting, proof reading, image selection.
· Liaison with and management of external suppliers, such as designers and printers, when appropriate. Management of the production process on behalf of the service/s you work for and budget management.

· Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering a range of successful marketing and communications activity across multiple channels and for a variety of stakeholders.
· Experience of working within a corporate visual identity and translating that for multiple uses.
· Experience of materials development, e.g. writing, editing, proofreading, design (including the use of design software).
· Some understanding of website design and delivery, e.g. developing content, navigation, accessibility, SEO.
· Experience of managing external consultants and suppliers, e.g designers, printers.
· Experience of managing projects to be delivered on time and in budget.
· A marketing or design qualification or similar experience, and evidence of a commitment to continuing learning and professional development.

THE ROLE
The Senior Data and Insights Officer will help us to demonstrate the importance of our tuition for young people and adults who are undertaking these foundational qualifications.
You will have strong attention-to-detail and will make sure our data is relevant, accurate and confidential. You will be skilled in data analysis and interpretation: able to draw out insights from data and be confident in writing – and communicating – impact for a variety of purposes and audiences.
As the Senior Data and Insights Officer you will work with the Director of Impact, within our Quality and Impact Team to:
Database Usage and Reporting
- Support our Salesforce Lead in creating reports and dashboards, ensuring all data is relevant, accurate and secure.
- Use our database management system to generate reports and data analysis for the Senior Leadership Team, and other internal colleagues, to support marketing campaigns, fundraising campaigns, statutory information requests and organisational insight.
- Prepare reports for college partners, funders, and the Board, which set out our data, findings and impact, clearly and accurately.
- • Confidently write about insights and findings from our data, generating learnings and recommendations for the organisation and other stakeholders.
Internal and External Evaluations
- Support the Director of Impact in developing assessment frameworks to robustly measure our impact and designing dissemination plans, to best harness and communicate that impact.
- Oversee and implement internal evaluation activity, for example, finalising student surveys, focus group and interview tools.
- Review and enhance data collection tools, process, analysis, and reporting.
- Undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis of our evaluation data; and use the data to make recommendations to improve programme quality.
- Review and keep abreast of literature and research in the further education, wider education, tuition and research landscape. You will share and apply learnings to our evaluation processes and programme delivery.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
ESSENTIAL
- Commitment to Get Further’s mission and values, including passionate about tackling educational inequality.

As a Marketing Officer within our charity, your role is pivotal in driving fundraising and retail activities. ACCT UK launched its new name and brand in 2021 and we are now seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to continue the delivery of our engagement programme. About the role
This is an exciting new post in the Communications Team at Glass Door. Reporting to the Head of Communications, this role will support the delivery of a new paid & organic digital marketing strategy, working closely & collaboratively with both the Comms & Fundraising Teams, as well as co-lead on the delivery of a new website.

We’re a small charity with a global reach and an important purpose: to reduce the burden of pulmonary vascular disease (PVD) - a serious condition that can lead to heart damage and trigger symptoms like breathlessness, chest pain, fatigue, poor growth, fainting, and light-headedness. About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Officer to help grow and service the charity's international membership, increase the value of our membership offer, increase our income, and deliver our e-learning programmes. You’ll help ensure our members are informed about the latest developments and learning opportunities, and they’re valued for their contributions to the PVRI. No two days are the same. One day, you might be writing content for our website and social media channels, and the next, you might be welcoming respected speakers and attendees from over 30 countries to our scientific webinar.
We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. You’ll need to create successful marketing plans and grow our membership. You will also bring excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate high-quality webinars.

Coeliac UK represents over 60,000 members providing information and support to those affected by coeliac disease or following a gluten free diet. We also campaign on behalf of all those living with coeliac disease and undertake research into the causes of the disease.
The Head of Marketing role:
This is an exciting new role in an expanding team, ideal for someone who’s an established marketeer and wants to make a difference. The Marketing & Digital Directorate objectives are to raise awareness of coeliac disease, extend our reach to a wider audience, grow our reputation with a variety of audiences, and maximise engagement. The Directorate operates as an in-house agency providing consultancy, creative generation, and managing all marketing across all channels and platforms.
Key responsibilities of the Head of Marketing:
- The core responsibility is to lead and deliver against all marketing objectives across the organisation – this includes working with Fundraising, Evidence and Policy, Commercial and Membership & Volunteering Directorates to develop strategies, activities and marketing communications. Marketing management

- Track and monitor email campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements, most notably during our annual member renewals campaign.
Brand management
- Champion our FSRH values, brand guidelines and style guide, supporting the Head of Marketing to keep our templates and materials up-to-date and implemented correctly.
- Support the development of event specific content for in-person and online events, and occasionally assist as an FSRH representative.
- Produce slides for our CEO / Officers where needed to help share information about FSRH’s work.

The Role

The role
The Marketing and Communications Officer supports the delivery of multichannel marketing and communications campaigns for a portfolio of projects from across the Association of Commonwealth Universities’ (ACU’s) membership, scholarships, and programmes and projects business units.
This role has a particular focus on the project management and production of engaging print publications for the ACU’s programmes, and social media and email campaigns which drive engagement and conversion. The postholder will be advised by the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager of the priorities for the role over the year, including compilation, copyediting, and visual editing of the Commonwealth Scholarships Commission’s (CSC’s) Annual Report, two Common Knowledge magazine editions, assistance with 65th Anniversary campaign activities, CSC and ACU website updates, a regular programme of mailings, and support with general Scholarship and programme promotion over social media.
Who are we looking for?
You will need:
