We're working with a lovely London-based charity that supports individuals and families facing financial hardship and exclusion. At an exciting point of growth, they're looking to recruit a Project Officer to support the delivery of advice and non-advice projects that make a real, tangible difference to people's lives.

About the role

As Project Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of a range of projects and campaigns. Working closely with the Projects & Partnerships Manager, you'll provide hands-on coordination, administrative support and data management, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and on time.

You'll be part of a small, committed team, so you'll need to be confident working autonomously, using initiative, and building strong relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across multiple projects

• Schedule meetings, prepare papers, take minutes and track actions

• Liaise with internal teams, external partners and lived experience groups

• Support the delivery of events, campaigns and engagement activities

• Maintain accurate project data and records using CRM systems (GDPR compliant)

About you

You'll bring strong organisational and communication skills, along with a genuine commitment to social justice and equality. You'll be comfortable handling sensitive information and engaging with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

You will ideally have:

• Experience supporting projects or services in a charity, community or public-facing setting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM/case management systems)

• The ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities

• Confidence working both independently and as part of a small team

The role of the People Partner is to work in partnership with directors and their managers, supporting and influencing the delivery of People Team services (including employees and volunteers), particularly in relation to people management. You will provide HR coaching and consulting that delivers People and Culture best practice and commercially focused HR/People advice.

You will proactively support leaders and managers to develop forward planning and good management practice with a focus on increased staff engagement and good performance from all staff. The People Partners will be expected to drive initiatives that not only attract top talent but also foster a culture where employees feel valued, engaged, and inspired by our unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

You will also help raise knowledge, capabilities and confidence of managers and support and drive initiatives and projects that add value to the area and are in line with the overall values of The Children’s Trust.

Role Purpose:

The Clinical Director will provide strategic clinical leadership to the Restraint Reduction Network, ensuring that all initiatives, standards, and practices align with evidence-based approaches, human rights principles, and the goal of reducing restrictive practices across education health and social care settings. This role will champion best practice, influence policy, and support the implementation of RRN Training Standards nationally and internationally.

This role will also include delivering training, audits, working on projects that reflect areas of expertise and supporting organisations to restrictive practices through six core strategies.

Role Summary

· To be the clinical lead for RRN including leading our work supporting providers to improve via the six core strategies.

· To provide clinical leadership for the RRN  Partners Programme through acting as lead RRN consultant and delivering programmes.

· Working with the Director of Organisational and Workforce development to ensure programmes are effective and contemporary and evolves as practice evolves and improves with feedback

· Providing collaborative leadership of RRN in leading a restraint reduction movement across the British Isles and leading our RRN members community.

About the role 

This is a strategic leadership role dedicated to amplifying survivor voices and driving systemic change across the Alliance Partnership and the wider VAWG sector.

The Survivor Movement & Participation Lead (SMPL) will champion survivor leadership by embedding accountability, fostering peer-led services, and building a strong, intersectional movement to end violence against women and girls. The role leads the Experts with Lived Experience (ELE) network, develops survivor-led spaces and leadership pathways, and embeds survivor influence within governance and decision-making. The SMPL will represent survivors and the Alliance in national forums, coalitions and sector discussions, ensuring survivor participation shapes strategies, policy and practice.

Job description 

As the SMPL, you will:

• Lead and coordinate the Experts with Lived Experience (ELE) network, ensuring survivors are supported, resourced and fairly compensated, and design and facilitate survivor-led and peer support spaces grounded in trauma-informed, anti-racist and culturally rooted practice.

• Build survivor leadership through training, mentoring and development opportunities, and embed safeguarding, boundaries, confidentiality and collective care across all survivor involvement.

• Strengthen survivor leadership within VAWG and wider justice movements through campaigns, activism and public engagement, and support cross-movement alliances with LGBTQ+, disability and other justice communities.

• Facilitate survivor participation in governance structures, promote ethical and power-sharing frameworks, represent survivor-led practice in strategic forums and partnerships, and contribute to tools, learning and resources that assess and promote survivor influence.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow individual giving for a specialist conservation charity dedicated to protecting the UK’s wild songbird populations. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Heritage Activity and Evaluation Consultant to support the delivery and evaluation of our tower restoration and heritage project funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund. This role is crucial in ensuring the project meets its approved purposes and outcomes, while providing valuable insights for future development.

Scope of Work

1. We expect that the appointed Heritage Activity Consultant will deliver the following:

· Lead on the successful delivery of the heritage engagement activities as per the Project Plan to achieve The National Lottery Heritage Fund’s outcomes and approved purposes

· Lead on the promotion and publicity of the project

· Lead on the recruitment and management of volunteers

· Liaise with the project partners listed in the Project Plan, as well as any other connections that are created through the project

· Maintain high quality records of all project activities

· Submit Progress Reports and Grant Claims to the Heritage Fund

· Support the Evaluation Consultant with the evaluation of the project

2. Regular Monitoring Support

· Assist the church with the submission of The National Lottery Heritage Fund grant reports and payment claims.

· Work closely with the Heritage Activity Consultant to collect data on project events and activities, monitoring progress against agreed plans.

· Support any project reviews and help implement necessary changes.

· Provide general project support as required.

3. End-of-Project Evaluation

· Produce a comprehensive evaluation report assessing the achievement of the project’s approved purposes and outcomes.

· Document major successes and any areas that did not go as planned.

· Record changes implemented during the project.

· Identify lessons learned and make recommendations for future projects or opportunities arising from this work.

Requirements:

Essential:

· Proven experience in project evaluation, preferably within heritage or community projects.

· Familiarity with evaluation and reporting guidelines (or willingness to learn quickly).

· Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Desirable:

· Experience of working with project’s funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund or similar funding bodies.

· An understanding of evaluation and reporting guidance.

About the role

We’re looking for a Virtual Fundraising Senior Officer with event management skills to join our brilliant Mass Participation team.

Our ambitious virtual fundraising team recruits over 11,500 virtual fundraisers every year and this role will play a key role in delivering an unforgettable experience to these supporters. You'll be responsible for the delivery and growth of multiple virtual fundraising challenges, ensuring exceptional multichannel stewardship is delivered while driving ambitious participation and income targets. 

Your focus will be to project manager the larger virtual events in our portfolio while taking a data- driven approach to analyse performance, optimise processes and identify opportunities for innovation. • Plan and deliver a range of virtual events

We are looking for a highly organised, experienced and exceptional administrator to work as a trusted partner to The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Church Development Agency (CDA). Most of the work is funded by the Oak Foundation, with a focus on achieving long-term sustainability.

We’re building a Transport Solutions Team that works flexibly across all the tools in our delivery kit – from grants and innovation pilots to research, partnerships, and commercial interventions. Our growing portfolio includes flagship projects tackling challenges such as inclusive EV charging infrastructure, complex community transport needs, and large-scale research like the National Centre for Accessible Transport.

We are now recruiting for three Transport Solutions Managers, one permanent position and two 24 month fixed-term contracts. These roles will lead the design and delivery of high-impact work focused primarily on accessible electric vehicle (EV) charging – a key priority for the Foundation. This is a pivotal role that combines technical understanding, programme delivery, and stakeholder leadership, and is designed to work flexibly across our matrix structure.

While your core focus will be on EV charging, you also may be expected to lead and/or contribute to other transport projects across the transport themes.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, purpose-led team driving change in the transport system for disabled people, and to work on some of the most complex and impactful projects in the sector.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the design and delivery of accessible EV charging initiatives, working closely with Programme Directors and partners across government, industry and the charity sector.
• Scope, commission and manage projects related to EV charging – such as pilots, commercial partnerships, research studies or funding opportunities – ensuring alignment to strategic priorities.
• Bring technical and market understanding of EV charging (e.g. standards, installation, interoperability, user experience, accessibility requirements) to shape the Foundation’s approach in this space.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of specific initiatives, including planning, budgeting, due diligence, contracting, risk management, and governance reporting.
• Use insight, evidence and stakeholder engagement to shape new programmes of work and ensure delivery reflects the needs of disabled people.

Your experience:

Must haves:

• Experience managing complex projects, ideally in EV charging, transport, or energy sectors.
• Ability to translate technical or policy insight (e.g. standards, user experience, accessibility, or engineering considerations) into practical delivery and funding approaches.
• Experience managing projects or funding opportunities from inception through to delivery, ideally across multiple partners or suppliers.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across government, industry, and the charity sector.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to deliver multiple, complex workstreams to deadlines.
• Strong analytical capability, able to interpret data, research and qualitative insight to inform recommendations and decision-making.
