The Royal Court Theatre has an exciting opportunity for someone to join People team as People and Governance Coordinator. 

This role is central to the internal operations of the Royal Court, providing high-quality coordination and administration that underpins how we support our staff, deliver effective governance, and maintain a positive workplace culture. The postholder will oversee key HR procedures, systems and records (including recruitment and payroll support), coordinate trustee and board activity, and ensure clear and consistent internal communications across all teams.

Alongside this core administration, the role offers an opportunity to develop as a trusted People Partner for our Front of House and Catering teams, providing first-line guidance on people matters and gaining insight into the internal management of a leading cultural charity. Handling a high volume of correspondence, processes, and confidential information, the post requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.

The successful candidate will:

• Have proven experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment (not necessarily arts-specific). 

• Have practical experience in HR and/or recruitment, ideally supporting onboarding, payroll processes and employee lifecycle documentation

• Have excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and the ability to tailor communications for different audiences.

• Be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, balancing competing priorities

Purpose of the Role

This role sits at the heart of a collaborative, fast-moving team, supporting others to deliver brilliant digital campaigns while owning the technical foundations that make it all possible. You will lead Bite Back’s digital strategy delivery during a period of parental leave. You will also lead reporting and insights for the Digital Communications team, designing and implementing PPC and SEO strategies, and project managing website development projects. About the role

This is a key role within the Philanthropy & Partnerships Team. About you

To be successful in this role you must have demonstrable experience of developing and implementing a plan to grow Trust & Grant income, successfully meeting or exceeding fundraising targets from a variety of funders and experience managing relationships with statutory funders and trust and foundations. You will have experience of managing fundraisers and supporting them to manage their priorities and portfolios. You will have experience of measuring and monitoring income and expenditure, and team performance.

It’s essential that you have excellent communication skills and can build relationships across the organisation to develop strong fundraising ideas and support engagement with senior staff in building relationships with trusts. You will have experience of managing donor funded grants including review of financial information, preparation of donor reports and donor compliance. You must have experience and knowledge of statutory and grant fundraising research tools and grant writing in the UK charity sector.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fantastic chance to join the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust, working within the Delivery team as our new National Cycle Network (NCN) Project Officer.

As the NCN Delivery Project Officer you will support and deliver feasibility and infrastructure construction projects, working closely with team managers to ensure effective project management, community engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and operational delivery. You’ll help drive projects forward in line with organisational goals and compliance standards. 

You will have the opportunity to work on projects which seek to tackle some of England’s greatest active travel challenges, including the response to the climate emergency, the inequitable distribution of (and access to) green space, the social injustice of private vehicle dominance and the realisation of equitable and joyful public space for all.

The focus of this role is in the England North region; we may occasionally need you to travel during the course of your work including occasional overnights stays, and you may occasionally be required to work at other locations as necessary to undertake projects on behalf of Walk Wheel Cycle Trust. Candidates should be based within the geographical area with regular travel expected to a nominated hub/office base in Leeds, Manchester, or Newcastle. 

This role involves regular travel, with work taking place at different locations to support and deliver projects for the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust.

ABOUT YOU

You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong report writing experience. 

Experienced with working collaboratively within a team, you will also be adept at building meaningful and productive relationships with stakeholders, public sector (local authority) partners, landowners, contractors and volunteers. 

This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, with a passion for active travel.

Well organised with an ability to think critically and are keen to learn. Experience with project management tools and mapping software is desirable, but not essential. The Community Fundraising team is looking for a Direct Marketing Manager (maternity cover), who will support our work in developing, promoting, and analysing our portfolio of Community Fundraising products to attract new and diverse audiences to raise vital funds for nature.

The post holder will support the launch of our Do It Yourself (DIY) fundraising product, as well as supporting In Aid Of (IAO) fundraising activity across the UK. The role will support marketing requests across all new and existing Community Fundraising products and campaigns. The role requires a proficiency in data analytics and a track record in responding to trends and sector best practice.

You will have experience in direct marketing and be proficient in delivering multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment. This role also requires an in depth knowledge of direct marketing techniques including testing, profiling, segmentation, return on investment analysis, cost per contact. You will have experience in managing multiple projects and budgets, as well as a track record in excellent stakeholder management. An understanding of Community Fundraising developments and best practice would be advantageous.

About the LATA Foundation

The LATA Foundation was established in 2007 by members of the Latin America Travel Association (LATA) to support social and conservation projects throughout Latin America. The LATA Foundation aims to empower local communities, build capacity in the NGOs we support, and help protect the places we all love to visit. The foundation is proud to have donated over £550,000 to carefully chosen and vetted grassroots projects. 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to maintain the ongoing progress of the Foundation and continue moving the Foundation forward, building on the work of the Fundraising and Volunteer Manager.

We are seeking maternity cover for the Fundraising & Volunteer Manager starting November/December 2025. The position will be open until the Fundraising & Volunteer Manager returns to work, or 14 months from commencement, whichever is sooner (no later than end of 2026). The exact end date is contingent on the postholder's confirmed return and may change within that limit, we will provide a minimum of four weeks’ notice of any adjustment.

About the role

The postholder will lead on fundraising including income generation, strengthen donor stewardship and communications, and coordinate the effective contribution of our volunteer network. Acting as the Foundation’s principal fundraiser and a key public representative, you will design and deliver fundraising campaigns and partnerships; produce clear, impact-led communications across channels; and ensure volunteer activity is planned, resourced, and aligned to organisational priorities.

Core responsibilities:

Fundraising

• Lead regular-giving acquisition and onboarding; plan and deliver fundraising initiatives/events with the team.
• Build and manage the fundraising programme and pipeline.

Donor Communications

• Own the communications calendar and delivery (newsletters, e-shots, key messaging) and steward donor relationships.
• Develop targeted mailing lists; oversee social media and core collateral/presentation updates.

Volunteer Management

• Recruit and onboard volunteers; support project, fundraising and trustee teams.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes, follow-ups and information flow; monitor the enquiries inbox.

Representation

• Act as a spokesperson and advocate for the Foundation at events and in the media.

Essential experience & skills

• Charity sector experience, especially fundraising.
• Strong organisational skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Experience managing a team and/or volunteers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confident networker with events experience.
• Solid digital skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Mailchimp.
• Experience managing digital comms and social media.
• Willing to attend some out-of-hours events.

The Patient Involvement Officer role sits at the junction of lived experience involvement and our charitable objectives and will build meaningful collaborations and alignment between those affected by primary bone cancer, researchers, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will co-ordinate and grow our Patient and Public Involvement Panel, which currently focuses on bringing lived experience to shape and review primary bone cancer research; however, we are keen for the voices of our community to contribute to our work across all our charitable pillars including our Support & Information service and our Influencing & Advocacy work. You will also support and empower our panel to share the work of Bone Cancer Research Trust more widely to their networks, ensuring a greater awareness of the charity and the impact of our work.

About the role 

In this role, you’ll work within the Major Gifts and Special events department to design and implement an effective strategy to maximise income from high value audiences (£10k+) in Scotland.

Encompassing trusts and foundations, statutory funders and major donors, you will build strong working relationships with internal and external contacts to grow both our reach and income to deliver for the Parkinson’s community.

By creating, managing and developing strong relationships between Parkinson’s UK and prospective funders and donors, you’ll secure income for specific projects and programmes to deliver our organisational strategy within Scotland.

What you’ll do:

• Drive and implement a strategy to maximise income from an agreed portfolio of high value funders and prospects with a Scottish interest.

• Personally create, manage and develop relationships with new and existing trust and statutory donors and philanthropy donors leading to increased and sustained financial support.

• Further develop a major donor pipeline - identifying connections, qualifying individual prospects and securing philanthropic donations.

• Create, manage and develop relationships with statutory funding bodies to secure income for agreed priority projects in Scotland.

• Work with stakeholders to understand future priorities, identify funding opportunities and work collaboratively to build and present multi year funding proposals.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience of personally securing gifts from high value funders (5 and 6 figures)

• Experience of cultivating relationships and making successful asks in a variety of ways, such as in writing, by email and face-to face

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of people and establish credibility with both donors and colleagues 

• Experience of personally securing gifts from statutory and lottery funding sources or stewarding major grants/tenders

We’re working to build and grow a powerful movement of people to transform the experience of people living with Parkinson’s. • Working in partnership with colleagues across Fundraising and Experience, External Relations, and Data and Operations  providing support to develop, implement and monitor digital fundraising activity including donation or campaign related PPC, SEO and adverts

• Provide strategic support to fundraising teams with the development of long-term digital marketing plans designed to retain supporters, onboard new audiences and grow income that aligns to our Supporter Engagement Model and frameworks

• Management and oversight of our donate platform (GoDonate), working to optimise donation funnel in terms of experience and traffic.

• Construction of donate pages and direct donation online user journeys across the Parkinson’s UK website, in support of fundraising campaigns

What you’ll bring:

• Substantial experience of digital fundraising and marketing

• Proven success in developing intuitive and inspiring fundraising campaigns across digital paid and organic channels

• Good knowledge and experience of PPC, SEO and digital analytics platforms

• An understanding of email marketing platforms (Marketing Cloud) and email best practice

• A strong understanding of reporting, evaluation and testing approaches to enhance performance across platforms, webpages and campaigns

Role purpose:

A member of the Senior Management Team providing management and direction to the Support Services to deliver The Stoll Foundation’s strategic objectives. This role is to provide operational oversight of tenant support and engagement services, ensuring vulnerable veterans are empowered, well-supported, and actively involved in shaping the services they receive. The role is central to fostering inclusive communities, improving tenancy sustainment, and enhancing resident wellbeing through collaborative, person-centred approaches.

To manage all Support Services across Soll, plus outreach services with partners.

Key responsibilities:

· Responsible to the Director of Support and Tenant Engagement for providing leadership and management of the Support Team in the provision of person-centred services, plus ensuring tenants are actively engaged in line with our Beneficiary Involvement policy.

· Implemented strategic objectives that align with our organisational goals. Ensuring that agreed outcomes are met, while actively monitoring progress.

· Present regular management information and detailed reports on key performance indicators, providing insights to guide decision-making and enhance service delivery. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, driving our mission to provide quality supported housing solutions for the community.

· Act as Safeguarding Lead.

· Deputise for the Director as required.

Management of Support Services

· Take on a strategic lead with other agencies including housing, health and social care professionals as required.

Person Specification

Head of Support and Tenant Engagement

• Significant experience of managing and leading Support Services at a senior level, working with adults.
• Significant experience in the involvement of beneficiaries.
• Experience of managing staff, including dispersed staff teams.
• Track record of developing teams and services.
• Experience of performance monitoring of the key performance indicators related to Support.
• Proven experience in Budget management and financial oversight.
• Experience with safeguarding responsibilities and the ability to act as the Safeguarding Lead.
• Experience/knowledge of the issues facing the ex-Service community.
