Brief role description:

About Access

Access - The Foundation for Social Investment works to ensure that charities and social enterprises can access the finance they need to sustain or grow their impact. Access is currently implementing a new CRM and Grant Management System (Salesforce-based, delivered by implementation partner Vera) to support its programmes, partner relationships, and reporting needs. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the system is delivered well and that Access is ready to operate it confidently at go-live.

Position Overview

Access is seeking a Salesforce Implementation & Delivery Manager on a fixed-term basis to support the delivery of its Salesforce-based CRM and Grant Management System.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will combine:

• strong project coordination and delivery management,
• hands-on Salesforce CRM expertise, and
• practical change management capability to help staff adapt to new systems and ways of working.

As Access does not have Salesforce expertise in-house, this role will act as a key internal point of reference, helping to review and sense-check design decisions, manage delivery risks, and ensure that the system being built is usable, well understood, and ready for go-live.

This is not a developer or Salesforce Administrator role, but it does require strong Salesforce CRM experience, alongside proven ability to support users through change, structure complex projects, and keep delivery on track. The role will continue through early post–go live to support transition into business-as-usual and handover to the incoming System Administrator.

This is a Fixed-Term Contract of 6 months minimum. Full-time hours are preferred but we are also open to 4 days per week. Ideally we would like one day per week in our office (Tuesday), which is situated in Old Street, London.

The Philanthropy Manager is an established, donor-facing role, focused on building and managing a robust portfolio of major donors through excellent relationship management and strategic pipeline development. • Identify, cultivate and steward prospects to secure five-figure gifts and long-term support
• Convert event-based and transactional supporters into deeper, strategic donor relationships
• Develop and deliver tailored stewardship plans, reports and donor communications
• Work closely with the Data & Insights Manager to build a more analytical, data-led pipeline
• Support the Senior Philanthropy Manager with donor strategy around events, prospecting and follow-up
• Maintain high-quality records, forecasting and reporting through Salesforce

Essential skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a major donor fundraiser with a track record of securing five-figure gifts
• Full-cycle experience across identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship
• Strong donor-facing skills with confidence building and managing senior relationships
• Experience writing high-quality donor materials, including reports and proposals
• Analytical and methodical approach, with experience using data to inform fundraising decisions
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and pipeline management
• Confident user of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce

Desirable:

• International development or humanitarian sector experience
• Experience leading on major donor events
• Advanced experience using Salesforce for analysis and reporting

Not required: Substantial events delivery experience; Prior line management experience

We are recruiting for a Digital Service Manager to join the Digital team on a 23-month Fixed Term Contract.

​This is an exciting opportunity to join The National Lottery Community Fund as a Digital Service Manager.

​The Fund’s digital live service is the front door to our communities. It encompasses the key touchpoints that users engage with on a daily basis to access our funding. You will have responsibility for managing the Fund’s digital live service on a day to day basis This includes ensuring it consistently meets business needs and user expectations. You will also have the opportunity to help improve our service.

​You will be part of our Digital team. We’re a multi-disciplinary team, working to user-led design principles. You will work with other designers, product managers, developers, and colleagues from the rest of the Fund to ensure that our live service is performing to agreed standards.

​You will be part of a service team who love sharing knowledge and experience. We’ll offer you support to further develop your skills, and opportunities to develop your experience and skills in a digital environment.

​The responsibilities of the job include:

• Managing the digital live service including defining (SLAs) and ensuring the quality, availability, and performance of the service
• Proactively sharing learning across digital teams to support continuous improvement
• Creating service reports for a variety of stakeholders
• Wider stakeholder engagement and communication
• Managing service incidents through to resolution
• Maintaining service documentation and systems
• Identify service optimisation opportunities, and contribute to the implementation of proposed solutions.

We are looking for a Partnerships Engagement Officer to join us at this exciting stage in Settle’s development. Over the next few years, we aim to significantly grow the number of young people we are working with while maintaining the quality and impact of our programme. The Partnerships Engagement Officer will join the Business Development Team, reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager. You will be integral to helping us to grow our reach so that we can work with more care-experienced young people across London. 

The successful candidate will nurture and strengthen our existing partnerships to maximise referral numbers. The core of the role will be to build strong formal and informal relationships with partners and increase awareness and a deeper understanding of Settle’s work. You will make regular in-person visits to Local Authority, Housing Association and charity referral partners across London to promote the Settle programme and ensure our offer is well understood and uptake is maximised.  Ideally, you will spend some of your time working from partner offices. 

With some experience of working for or with local authorities, housing associations or charities, you enjoy working collaboratively to improve processes and widen access to opportunities in order to create better outcomes for young people. This role will suit someone who can work independently and appreciates variety in their work: one day you might enjoy a lively conversation with a group of social workers and another you will delve into the data to produce informative reports for partners.
