We’re looking to grow our delivery team with a brand new role that is responsible for processing the referrals we receive for the Settle Programme as well as holding assessment meetings as and when necessary. The successful candidate will also be a Senior Settle Coach holding a reduced caseload and using their frontline skills to work one-to-one with care-experienced young people across London.
For this role, we anticipate that you will spend 50-60% of your time processing and responding to referrals, including taking further steps to assess the needs of the young person who has been referred. To do this you’ll work closely with our Programme Management team, Business Development team and referral partners to ensure that we have all the necessary information to deal safely and appropriately with referrals. As this is a new role to the organisation, there will be scope to shape and influence the way this work is managed alongside your manager and our Chief Operating Officer.
We then anticipate you will spend the remaining 40-50% of your time as a Senior Settle Coach, working on the frontline, delivering one-to-one sessions with care-experienced young people across London. You’ll work closely with our partners to ensure the smooth delivery of our contracts and with the Programme Management team and Senior Partnerships Manager to support reporting on outcomes and regular partnership meetings.
You will report into a manager within the Programme Management team.
Candidates with experience of assessing and managing risk are encouraged to apply. Working Hours
Our children and young people need care 24/7 so we have fixed rotas with different shifts (8, 10 and 12 hours) from 8 am to 10 pm for day staff; and from 9 pm to 8.30 am for night staff.
You will be working 40 hours a week (including weekends and bank holidays), so meaning if you work 4 shifts of 10 hours each, you will then get 3 days off.
For Ealing location, you will be required to do an average of 2 sleep-ins per week paid at £50 each.
There is always the possibility to do overtime if you need a bit extra, this is paid time and half same as bank holidays.

About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team based at our Head Office in Abbots Leigh.
Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a key role providing financial insight, analysis and advice to support informed decision-making and drive financial performance across both Freeways and Freeways Trust.

You will also support the Finance Director with strategic financial planning, long-term forecasting and the development of the financial and strategic estates plan for both organisations. In this role, you will:
· produce accurate, timely and insightful monthly management accounts and reports for both Freeways and Freeways Trust
· lead the financial planning, monitoring and reporting for Freeways Trust, including reporting at Board level
· support the Finance Director in developing long-term financial and strategic estate plans for both charities
· partner with senior managers and budget holders to provide expert financial analysis and advice
· work closely with the Finance Operations Manager to maintain strong controls and alignment across financial systems and processes
· coach and support non-financial managers to strengthen their financial understanding and decision-making

About You
You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CIPFA) with at least three years post-qualification experience, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience at a similar level. You will also have:
· Proven experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports

About the Role

The Role
The organisation supports local areas to use evidence to improve their services and outcomes for children and families. The Practice Development Officer will be part of a team who work with local leaders to support their decision making about how to increase the availability of services and approaches which have evidence of improving child outcomes.
As Practice Development Officer, you will support work that helps local services for children and families use evidence more effectively across Family Hubs, Family Help, and statutory social work. This is a unique and rewarding role in our Employment & Learning Team that will involve meeting and working with residents in our supported accommodation on a one-to-one basis and in groups, facilitating activities and evaluating and building evidence that these interventions have made a difference. Your work will focus on supporting our residents (aged 16-25) on-site with their Life Skills development. You will also work holistically to support the families who attend sessions in the Family Centre and who attend outings and “away-days”. The role also requires facilitating our study club (aged 13+) and group ESOL sessions (19+).

The team delivers one to one support in the form of weekly keywork sessions working within a psychologically informed framework to create support plans with residents and build on skills and competencies. About the Service
Within the London Borough of Islington we run a comprehensive range of community based provision for survivors of all genders. At the core is our Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) service which support those at the highest risk of harm. We have a number of specialist roles and pan-borough project, which provide targeted support to providers and work closely in conjunction with partner services and work with over 500 survivors each year.
About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional leader to lead on delivery of our community based support within the London Borough of Islington. These services include core IDVA teams and additional specialist roles, often supporting survivors at the point of crisis and highest risk. You will take a lead role in ensuring the high standards we set are achieved and identifying where and how we can make improvements. You will lead on development and maintenance of effective commissioning relationships and be able to identify and develop opportunities for service enhancement and growth. This role requires in person working, mostly at our Head office in Camden, which may vary or change depending on service demands.
About You
You will have leadership experience in a VAWG or other service delivery organisation which includes management of different service elements. You will be comfortable with managing risk and a calm, reflective operational leader able to support staff who are often working in crisis response mode. You will have good data literacy and eye for detail, particularly around service utilisation and reporting.
