We also have our Wellbeing Hub which offers evidence-based, one-to-one therapy for children, young people, and families to improve their mental health, relationships, physical health, and engagement at school. New members of the team will be involved in contributing to the development and delivery of this service.

The role

You will be part of a small team that works collaboratively towards making a huge impact on the lives of the children and families we work with. We look for people who want to be part of a service that is innovative, creative and constantly striving to do better.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our Assessment and Therapy Service. This vital role ensures smooth operations by managing scheduling, case tracking, document management, and communication with families and professionals. You will be a key point of contact for up to 30 active cases and work closely with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate high-quality service delivery.

You will be involved in the development of the service and your views, and insights are encouraged.

· Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and therapy consultations

· Provide administrative support for allocated assessment and therapy cases

· Maintain and update electronic records (Charms, SharePoint)

· Proofread, format, and distribute clinical reports and correspondence

· Liaise with families, therapists, Local Authorities, and partner agencies

· Assist with service costing, funding proposals, and contract tracking

· Assist in service evaluations, complaints management, and internal reporting

You will have regular informal guidance and formal supervision on a monthly basis. You will be part of the wider service of Family Futures and attend monthly Team Days to learn, share and develop the service and your practice.

Oaklands & St Kilda's is made up of two newly refurbished six-bedroom homes, located close to each other in Ealing, West London. We work with up to 12 young people at a time, providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. Many of the young people joining us are moving on from hospital, stepping down from more intensive placements, or transitioning from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult services.

Our team delivers 24-hour trauma-informed and psychologically informed support. You'll play a key role in helping each young person shape their own support and service experience. Everyone receives a bespoke welcome pack and is encouraged to personalise their living space, helping them feel at home from day one.

We place a strong emphasis on participation and co-production. Young people are encouraged to make decisions about their care, engage in partnership meetings, and take part in activities that build skills and confidence - whether that's cooking, budgeting, managing medication, or accessing education and work opportunities.

Support workers will manage a number of young people to help them to identify, plan and achieve their goals, develop relationships meaningful to them and achieve greater independence by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.

This is a Waking Night role working to support young people throughout the night at the service.

What you'll do:

- Building supportive, trusting relationships with young people and creating a positive atmosphere
- Working proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities
- Conducting key work sessions as required, that are innovative and engaging in order to achieve Support Plan goals
- Co-producing ongoing assessment and management of risks in collaboration with young people with an attitude of 'positive risk taking'
- Providing support with daily living activities, including practical assistance to support young people to independent living e.g. budgeting, cooking, establishing a night time routine
- Supporting young people to maintain a healthy environment and where appropriate assisting them to clean their accommodation and maintain good personal hygiene
- Assisting in the recording and reporting of customer incidents
- Managing referrals, completing assessments and obtaining and maintaining all relevant paperwork
- Developing productive relationships with partner organisations to improve service outcomes

The Woodland Trust is looking for a part time (30 hours) PR Apprentice to help us deliver our PR projects and campaigns in our National PR Team. 

The Role: 
•    This role is key to ensuring everything is running smoothly, handling the administration within the PR Team.

What could my day look like?

The Education Worker role is a frontline, fast-paced and rewarding role where no two weeks will look the same. A typical day will have different activities, possibly spread between the IntoUniversity centre, partner schools and the offices of a corporate partner.

In the morning, you might be setting off with resources to run a workshop for sixth-form students in their secondary school. In the afternoon you may be setting up the classroom ahead of running Primary Academic Support for young people in your IntoUniversity centre. On other days, you may be travelling to a corporate partner to run a business simulation workshop for 15 year-olds or leading a group of final year primary school students on a campus visit for their graduation.

As an Education Worker, you’ll always be delivering the programme as part of your centre team, which means that any delivery is always a team effort. 

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults? As the Out & About 50+ Project officer, your main focus will be to provide hands-on support to help older clients regain their confidence and independence. You'll work with individuals who would benefit from a short-term, 5-week program designed to encourage them to venture out into the community, participate in activities, and expand their social networks.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind promoting our new service. You'll identify older people who could use a helping hand, understand their goals and dreams, and uncover any obstacles they face. Your mission will be to provide personalized, short-term support to help them achieve these goals and rediscover the joy of being active and engaged in their community.

Duties

Service Provision

• Promote the new service across the Vale of Glamorgan.
• Identify older people who would benefit from the service and establish their goals and aspirations.
• Explore barriers to achieving these goals and provide short-term support (5 weeks max) to help clients overcome these barriers.
• Take clients out for community outings, shopping trips, social groups, and short walks to encourage confidence.
• Support clients to attend recreational activities to strengthen independence and social interactions.
• Offer information and materials on confidence building.
• Assist with transport support, encouraging the use of personal and public transport.
• Ensure that clients are capable of going out on their own after the 5-week program. If additional support is needed, facilitate a pathway for individuals to transition into Age Connects volunteer-supported services for continued assistance

About the role:

This role is based in our Old Street office with the flexibility of hybrid working.

As a Children & Young People's Caseworker, you will:

The role is home working, however the team collectively cover England and Wales, so the ability to travel with occasional overnight stays is vital.
