Based in Surrey, the Orpheus Centre is an independent specialist college and charity that focuses on developing independence skills through performing and visual arts and makes dramatic improvements to young disabled adults’ lives. We are currently looking for a driven and pro-active Events Fundraiser to develop, coordinate and deliver the charity’s fundraising events and orchestrate experiences from initial concept to post event analysis. This includes pre-event planning and development, concept development and proposal.
Working closely with the Head of Capital Appeal and Senior Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, you will design and deliver events which steward and develop key contacts as part of our Capital Appeal.
The role holder will have strong administration skills, attention to detail and work as part of a team. You will be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, managing a wide range of tasks.
35 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Essential qualifications, knowledge and experience:

Foxhill is the retreat house and conference centre for the Church of England Diocese in Chester, located in Frodsham.
We are looking for a friendly and reliable part-time Housekeeping Assistant to help maintain the smooth running of Foxhill House. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Foxhill and the rest of the team to ensure our environment is welcoming, clean, and well-organized.

The Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) is a Society of over 1,700 members from 100 countries, who work in, or are interested in tropical medicine and global health.
RSTMH organises and participates in events as a crucial way of showcasing, discussing, and debating key areas of tropical medicine and global health research and practice. Our range of events are wide. We deliver conferences and webinars, social events, research meetings for early career professionals, and high-profile debates and discussions. They happen across the UK and around the world, both online and in person. Our events add to the impact of our work in tropical medicine and global health, but also raise funds to allow us to continue our work as a charity.
The Meetings and Events Manager would lead on the delivery of the RSTMH meeting and events strategy. The role requires a self-starter who is excited by the prospect of working on such a broad range of meetings and events. The candidate needs to have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and to be organised, flexible with a great attention to detail. They should be comfortable liaising with venues for meetings space, developing budgets for events, managing logistical aspects of the events programme and setting up new events online and in person.

About the role:
The finance assistant is part of the Finance and Resources function and reports to the Head of Finance. Purpose of the Retail Assistant role:
The post holder will be responsible for delivering the commercial activities of the Museum with the sale of goods and services in our retail and visitor areas and supporting the delivery of museum events.

This is the largest and most strategic part of the role.
- Take the lead on managing Tommy’s annual Corporate Challenge event, engaging multiple high-profile corporate supporters.
