The Royal College of Radiologists is seeking a Service Desk Support Coordinator to join our high performing and well respected IT team. The team supports both day to day office users and the College’s expanding, business critical examinations operations, which represent a significant part of our income and reputation.

This role is central to the delivery of excellent IT services. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users, contribute to the ongoing maintenance of our IT infrastructure, and work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll do:

• Provide responsive, customer focused IT support via Freshdesk, Microsoft Teams, email, phone, and in person
• Log, manage, and resolve IT support tickets in line with agreed SLAs
• Support a wide range of technologies including Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and mobile devices
• Assist with user onboarding, training, and the creation and upkeep of technical documentation
• Deliver reliable Audio Visual and video conferencing support for meetings and events
• Provide IT support for examinations and events, occasionally outside standard working hours
• Work collaboratively with HR, Digital Products teams, and external technology partners

What you’ll need:

• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent practical experience in IT Service Management

JOB PURPOSE

We are a team with a desire to provide excellent stewardship to our donors and maximise our fundraising potential in the UK. As the first point of contact, this role plays a vital part in ensuring our supporters receive a high standard of customer service.

You will manage our supporter care inbox and phone line, handling everything from donation enquiries to complaints with empathy and efficiency. You will also support with processing post and ensure our donors receive the appropriate acknowledgement for their support.

Role Responsibilities  

• Manage and respond to those who contact UK for UNHCR directly by email, phone or mail and escalate queries where necessary.
• Deliver a first-class supporter experience and ensure each point-of-contact works to build and develop the engagement journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supporter records within the charity database, assist with data administration, and ensure data is handled in accordance with regulations.
• Champion supporter care best practice by resolving supporter pain points, sharing supporter insights and feedback with colleagues, and supporting fundraising teams in evaluating campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve the supporter journey.
• Assist with fulfilment agency briefs and quality control measures.
• Work with teams, agencies and third-party platforms to deliver donation processing and campaign fulfilment, ensuring efficient donor acknowledgment
• Support fundraising teams during emergencies.
• Support the fundraising team to deliver high quality in person events in as well as virtual stewardship events.
• Provide personalised in-house thanking for different supporter segments and deliver thanking initiatives such as a thankathons.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for supporter engagement activities and stewardship events, including coordination of materials, attendance lists and on-the-day support.

On behalf of the UK Anti-Corruption Coalition, Transparency International UK is looking for a Senior Coalition Engagement and Communications Coordinator. 

This is an exciting opportunity to support one of the UK’s leading civil society coalitions working to strengthen the UK’s response to corruption and illicit finance. With major opportunities ahead, including the Illicit Finance Summit and the UK’s upcoming G20 presidency, the coalition is well placed to influence the next phase of the UK’s anti-corruption agenda. 

In this role, you will help coordinate and deliver the work of the coalition and its working groups, supporting collaboration across member organisations and helping drive progress on coalition priorities. You will engage regularly with coalition members, organise meetings and convenings, and contribute to the development of coalition outputs such as briefings, consultation responses and joint letters to policymakers. 

You will also play a key role in the coalition’s communications, leading the coordination of messaging across member organisations and helping ensure the coalition’s voice is clear and impactful. This includes drafting press releases, statements and opinion pieces, supporting media engagement, managing the coalition’s digital channels, and identifying opportunities to amplify coalition and member priorities in the media and public debate. Job Summary 

The post holder provides support to the Head of Chancery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ceremonial events that reflects the values, traditions and customs of the Order of St John. This role supports the planning, management and delivery of a range of events from our annual St John’s Day celebrations, Investitures, other services held in the Priory Church and our involvement in national ceremonial occasions (such as Remembrance).

This role demands a strong attention to detail, ability to manage and prioritise complex workloads and excellent communication skills. You will have experience in event planning and delivery, preferably with a background in managing ceremonial events, and a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.   

About You

You will be educated to Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C) including Maths & English, you will have experience of planning and delivering highly complicated ceremonial events, experience of planning and delivering highly complicated ceremonial events in the context of an Order of Chivalry and excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence effectively at all levels.

This position includes two office-based days per week. There may be times when flexibility is needed, including occasional weekend work, to support our events programme.

 About the Role

• Working closely with the Head of Chancery and key stakeholders to plan, manage and deliver a range of ceremonial and formal events.
• To support the Head of Chancery by undertaking detailed planning, preparation and delivery of the Priory’s major ceremonial occasions and other occasions (such as memorial services) as necessary. This will include diligent preparation of event plans and order of service, management of invitation lists and attendance, liaison with venues and external partners, budget management and delivering briefings.
• To support the St John International Office, the dependent Commanderies and the other UK Priories with the planning and delivery of their ceremonial occasions as required.

Partnership Coordinators are the face of the Community Connections Lewisham team. They provide valuable support to both clients and professionals by running the phoneline, giving guidance and advice on a wide range of topics by referring or signposting to relevant services that are available in the community. They play a crucial role in the triaging, coordination and effective administration of the entire Community Connections project and acting as a front door service to the rest of the voluntary sector.

Event & Engagement Coordinator 

Remote based in North West England. Please note, the role requires working one day a week in Manchester. 

Fixed term contract: initially 12 months with potential to extend.

Job Purpose: 

To plan, coordinate, and deliver a range of local events across North West England, ensuring each event is well-organised, inclusive, and engaging for local communities. The Local Event Coordinator will collaborate closely with partners, local authorities, suppliers, volunteers, and members to deliver high-quality, unique and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan and manage logistics for a variety of local member events, making sure all events are accessible and attractive to both existing and potential members. 

• Liaise with relevant external and internal contacts such as venues, suppliers, CSSC’s ticketing platform, Head Office departments, and volunteers. 

• Complete all relevant compliance work such as risk assessments and public liability checks. 

• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring value for money and accurate financial tracking. 

• Promote events via social media, email campaigns, posters, and local press in collaboration with marketing teams. 

• Manage and grow the North West’s CSSC TikTok presence, including content planning, filming, editing, posting, and community engagement. 

• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms, analytics, and best practices. 

• Create engaging, on-brand short-form video content tailored to target audiences. 

• Monitor performance metrics and use insights to optimise content strategy and increase reach and engagement. 

• Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, tools, and platform updates. 

• Show a genuine interest in communications, digital marketing, and social media strategy. 

• Oversee event setup and breakdown where applicable, managing on-site logistics and resolving any issues on the day. 

• Recruit and coordinate volunteers to assist with events. 

• Evaluate event success through feedback, data collection, and post-event reporting.

Team: National Cycle Network

As the NCN Portfolio Support Coordinator, you will provide support across the National Cycle Network directorate, helping to maximise efficiency in programme delivery, data management and internal communication. You’ll work closely with the component teams of the NCN Directorate and provide direct portfolio support to the Director, complementing the functions of the Delivery Coordination Office and the Planning, Governance and Assurance Directorate.

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Supporting the delivery of multiple programmes across the UK by ensuring that programmes are set up in line with the Trust’s Delivery Framework and managed accordingly.
• Improving the efficiency of the Directorate by providing technical assistance and coaching on information management systems.

We are looking for an Interim Head of Events to manage our existing events portfolio as maternity cover. You will be responsible for managing a range of well-established, high profile events including our flagship Annual Dinner which raises over £1.6M and is critical to our donor engagement, retention and income. You will ensure all our events run successfully, are organised to the highest standards and delivered with immaculate care and precision. You will manage a small team of two, providing guidance and support where needed. You will also work closely with our Marketing and Communications team to develop content and marketing for events.

You will join our Fundraising team, which is made up of 11 individuals working across a range of portfolios, including: trusts and foundations, institutional funding, major donor fundraising, individual giving and legacies, online matched funding campaigns, events, donor acquisition and engagement.   

You should have:

• Significant experience and a proven track record of event planning, coordination and delivery to an exceptionally high standard, within the non-profit sector.
