These partnerships provide real benefits to our partners as well as expanded visibility of our work, coverage of global philanthropy events and help to grow the readership of Alliance magazine. Working alongside the Networks & Engagement Lead, you - as Partnerships Manager - will be the lead for Alliance’s existing partnerships, ensuring they are delivered, reviewing their impact and deepening our relationships with them. You will also scope and cultivate new partnerships that are in line with the wider objectives of the organisation.
Building on the skills above, you will also be responsible for the management of all of our event coverage contracts. Working with the partner and co-ordinating colleagues to deliver premium coverage of some of the leading events in global philanthropy.

About this role
This is an exciting role that will lead the relationship management of our most important, high value retail brands, without which our service could not be delivered. Supported by the Head of Events & Community Fundraising, you will work closely with the Partnerships Team and the Wardrobe Team to deliver essential client and events stock. In addition to delivering client and events stock, you will also focus on raising money from retail partners, particularly with activations linked to International Women’s Day and Giving Tuesday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of retail brands, conducting excellent stewardship, bespoke tailored support, with a real understanding and insight into the challenges and opportunities within the retail sector, and an ability to influence and negotiate on the charity’s behalf.
We seek an excellent relationship manager, with strong written and verbal communication skills, an ability to influence senior stakeholders and exceed set targets. An understanding of women’s fashion would also be advantageous.

Responsibilities
Event content development
- Lead the content development and planning of your events programme across our themes, this includes:
- Build compelling agendas
- Craft key event outcomes

What the job involves
We're on the lookout for a motivated Direct Marketing professional to bring their skills to our Individual Giving Team, with a focus on retention campaigns.
Direct Marketing plays an important role in the Charity’s fundraising and overall corporate strategy. We’re looking for a confident and proactive fundraiser to take responsibility for the delivery and ongoing development of our current retention programme.
You’ll deliver timely, targeted, relevant communications to our warm audiences; newly recruited and existing cash supporters and regular givers with the aim of strengthening loyalty and increasing their lifetime value.
With internal and external stakeholders, you’ll project manage existing direct marketing campaigns in the form of direct mail appeals, emails, telemarketing and occasional stewardship events. You’ll consistently analyse KPIs and make evidence-based decisions to help assist with growing the programme and delivering our overall financial target.
What we want from you
Aside from excellent knowledge and experience of working in a direct marketing environment, which includes developing and implementing retention focused direct marketing campaigns, you’ll also have a range of channel experience and marketing knowledge.
You’ll possess first class communication skills, a strong team ethic and you’ll be at ease working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The Music Executive is at the heart of the Music team. We create powerful experiences that bring people together to inspire and entertain. This role works with our music industry specialists to develop and deliver new activity across our portfolio of sector-leading live events, campaigns and activations supported by the UK music industry. About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the College as Head of the Chief Executive’s Office. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of the Executive Office and provides high-level strategic and operational support across the College. Youth Participation Officer
Fitzrovia Youth in Action is looking for an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic person for our Youth Participation Officer role. If you feel like this is you, we would love to hear from you!
The post holder will manage and develop youth-led community projects in which young people develop their leadership and employability skills through becoming actively involved in their community and participating in self-directed community action. The successful candidate will oversee the development and delivery of several youth-led community projects, primarily the organisation of youth-led community events, but might also include elements of other youth-led activities, such as youth action team, health champions and ambassadors.
For example, typically, this would involve working with groups of around 10 young people in each cohort and support them to deliver their community event project over a 12-week period. Examples of events include youth-led football tournaments, street parties and our community Christmas dinner. This post will be part of the delivery team overseeing self-directed community action projects. The post holder may also support drop-in sessions and other activities aimed at engaging young people and referring them onto the youth-led community action programme.

Key accountabilities

1. Along with the team, manage Able Child’s social channels, working with external suppliers when applicable, to maintain a professional and engaging external brand.
2. Support the management of a vibrant and responsive website by ensuring content is up to date, professional and engaging; supporting the collection of imagery, videos, case studies and blogs where directed.
3. Produce and distribute Able Child’s quarterly newsletter, contributing with high quality written content and complying with organisational data protection and confidentiality standards.
Assist the management of Able Child’s portfolio of fundraising events.

Experience
