In this role, you will:

• Work alongside the Facilities Manager (Hard Services) to ensure that the UK offices are safe, sustainable, inspiring, and provide an efficient and engaging working environment for our staff.
• Manage all Facilties soft services to enable a positive employee experience within the UK office including direct management of cleaning, security, office events, reception services (couriers, post etc)
• Be the team lead for office/workplace systems eg audio visual technology, meeting room/visitor management/desk booking software, digital signage.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• On the job facilities management experience (minimum 3 years in a facilities manager role).
• Experience of working in a customer facing facilities team, and proven ability in providing an excellent experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment; with strong multi-tasking, organisational and time management skills.
• Experience of managing the tendering processes, contractor/supplier services and budget management (with a focus on value for money and quality of service). 

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Experience of working on environmental and wellbeing initiatives. 
• Experience of management for front of house services.

Policy Officer-Wales

We are recruiting for a Fundraising assistant on a FTC for 6 months for a social welfare charity for their regional cover in Edinburgh.
This is a hands-on role that would suit someone whos organised, good with people, and interested in building experience across a wide range of fundraising activity. Youll be supporting both the Events and Regional Fundraising teams, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and on the day at events.

The Role
To assist with the development and delivery of designated aspects of the programme of fundraising events and activities, including planning and coordinating logistics, support during on-the-day delivery, managing event communications and participant experience, maintaining event systems, materials, and data integrity.
To provide support for individuals who are raising funds in aid of the charity whether through organising their own events, participating in events or taking part in large scale public events
To assist at appropriate events, providing support for attendees.

To assist, as required, with all fundraising department administration, including database input and updating, mail merging, thank you letters, requests for donations, recording of planning and procedures, photocopying and filing.

About Quest for Learning
Quest for Learning is an education charity on a mission to close the gap for primary school children in Oxfordshire who are falling behind - often due to complex and compounding disadvantage. Many of the children we support are growing up in poverty, with limited access to books, low parental literacy, and challenging home environments. Some face health inequalities, live in areas affected by crime, or have recently arrived in the UK as refugees or asylum seekers.

We work closely with schools to provide targeted, high-impact literacy and numeracy programmes that give these children the chance to catch up, thrive, and believe in their potential. On average, our small-group tutoring helps pupils make 13 months of progress in just 10 hours - building not only essential skills, but also confidence, motivation, and a renewed sense of possibility.

The impact extends well beyond the classroom. By supporting children early, we help prevent the need for more complex and costly interventions later in life, from mental health support to exclusion and social care. Our work contributes to stronger, fairer communities by giving every child the foundation they need to participate fully in society. In doing so, we are advancing social sustainability and helping to meet global goals such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals for Quality Education, Reduced Inequalities, and Good Health and Wellbeing.

Role Purpose

This is a hands-on and outward-facing role for a confident, capable fundraiser ready to lead Quest for Learning’s income generation efforts. As our sole dedicated fundraiser, you’ll take ownership of securing income across a broad mix of streams - including trusts and foundations, community fundraising, individual giving, and corporate partnerships.

You’ll be out and about representing the charity, building relationships with local businesses, community groups, and supporters, and bringing our mission to life with energy and clarity. You'll need to be a proactive self-starter who enjoys meeting people, thrives in a varied role, and is motivated by delivering results that improve life chances for disadvantaged children.

This is a busy and varied role which often involves working on multiple fundraising activities at once. A typical day could include working on an application to a new funder, designing a supporter newsletter, gathering information for an end of grant report, and researching new prospects.

This role would suit someone with experience of securing funding, managing funder relationships, and developing new opportunities - all with a focus on practical delivery. You’ll work closely with the CEO, leadership and programme teams, and our board of trustees to help grow a diverse and sustainable income base.

Trusts and foundations

• Research and identify prospective funders, building a robust pipeline
• Write and submit compelling, tailored funding applications
• Deliver timely, high-quality reports with evidence of impact

Community fundraising

Planning and systems

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Beacon CRM
• Track income performance and contribute to budgeting and forecasting
• Create and deliver realistic workplans to manage multiple deadlines
• Liaise with programme staff to gather data and stories for funders
• Report on income and fundraising activities to CEO and trustees

Advocacy Specialist

We are seeking an Advocacy Specialist who can hit the ground running to support the Clean Air Fund’s friendly advocacy team across its diverse operations.

The Advocacy Specialist is a central player in our team, who supports the successful running and implementation of our advocacy strategy, engaging directly with grantees, policymakers, and leading experts in climate and air quality to achieve our strategic objectives. 

As Advocacy Specialist with Clen Air Fund you will play a central role in achieving our aims to increase understanding of the importance for air quality action, drive action on air quality at international, national and sub-national level and increase the amount, quality and geographical spread of donor funding for air quality work. Our work straddles engagement with multilateral processes, such as COP, G20, as well as the engagement with multilateral and bilateral development donors, UN agencies and country representatives. We do this through direct advocacy, as well as through funding others to do so.

This role provides the backbone of the advocacy function, coordinating events, diaries, developing of briefings, identifying, onboarding and managing grantee portfolios and much more. 

The advocacy specialist role would suit an early career professional with some experience working in national, regional or international advocacy roles, with an eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new and diverse learning opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will have the below skills and experience; 

• Strong project management skills and experience.
• Proven experience in context research, data gathering and analysis.

The role

About the LATA Foundation

The LATA Foundation was established in 2007 by members of the Latin America Travel Association (LATA) to support social and conservation projects throughout Latin America. The LATA Foundation aims to empower local communities, build capacity in the NGOs we support, and help protect the places we all love to visit. The foundation is proud to have donated over £550,000 to carefully chosen and vetted grassroots projects. 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to maintain the ongoing progress of the Foundation and continue moving the Foundation forward, building on the work of the Fundraising and Volunteer Manager.

We are seeking maternity cover for the Fundraising & Volunteer Manager starting November/December 2025. The position will be open until the Fundraising & Volunteer Manager returns to work, or 14 months from commencement, whichever is sooner (no later than end of 2026). About the role

The postholder will lead on fundraising including income generation, strengthen donor stewardship and communications, and coordinate the effective contribution of our volunteer network. Acting as the Foundation’s principal fundraiser and a key public representative, you will design and deliver fundraising campaigns and partnerships; produce clear, impact-led communications across channels; and ensure volunteer activity is planned, resourced, and aligned to organisational priorities.

About the role

Operations (part of the Core Services Team) provides comprehensive support across Human Resources, Compliance, and Risk Management, Data Management, and Staff Engagement and supports the delivery of strategic objectives across the organisation. The role will report to the Operations Manager for operations duties.

The BSA’s Council is responsible for determining the organisation’s overall vision and strategy and ensuring good governance. Council assumes the trustee responsibilities set out by the Charity Commission regulator. They meet four times a year, usually in London with options for Council Members to attend online. Papers are prepared by BSA staff and contractors and circulated around a week in advance of the meeting. The role will report to the CEO for Council, Governance and Committee duties.

Key responsibilities

Human Resources

• Act as the primary contact for HR service requests, escalating complex issues to the Operations Manager or outsourced HR supplier as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files across all HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Monitor and coordinate completion of mandatory compliance training

Governance and Committees

• Lead the scheduling and logistics of Council and other committee meetings, including venue booking, catering, AV and calendar management.
• Support governance record-keeping, including minute-taking, updating statutory documents as directed by the Chair and Chief Executive, and maintaining Council member records such as declarations, attendance, and terms of office.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, by maintaining Charity Commission online records and, where appropriate working with the Chief Executive, and others as appropriate in preparing formal reports for submission to relevant regulators.

Data Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files across all HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Support the Operations Manager, Internal Project Lead and teams in co-ordinating the further rollout and adoption of Salesforce and other data management systems

Compliance and Risk Management

• Policy and Documentation Management: Ensure all internal documentation (policies, staff handbook, etc.) is regularly updated and accessible on SharePoint and the company website where appropriate.
• GDPR and Data Protection: Monitor and support GDPR compliance, with a focus on data retention and secure handling of personal information.
• Compliance and Risk Logs: Assist in maintaining up-to-date compliance and risk logs, reporting issues to the Operations Manager as needed.
• Health and Safety (H&S): Support the Office Manager in coordinating staff H&S documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Audit Preparation: Coordinate the collection and organisation of documents and information required for annual audits.

Staff Engagement and Additional Responsibilities

• Assist the Office Manager in planning and implementing staff social and engagement activities.
