We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic supervisor or team leader to take up a full-time role within our organisation as a Project Supervisor to be part of our small and dedicated team. The role will be based in Southwark as well as potential for wider London working as you will be part several innovative housing projects in London supporting vulnerable households to sustain their tenancies. As well as a team line manager, you will be maintaining and developing partnership with the Council’s housing officers, solicitors, landlords, community services, social prescribers, and mental health support workers to ensure tailored support can be offered for each client. The objectives of these programmes are to avoid evictions, sustain tenancies, increase employment opportunities, improve wellbeing, and increase educational outcomes. You will be working in partnership with other stakeholders such as schools and local authorities to improve family health, build relationships and engage families and individuals and their networks of support.    

About you   

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff management and project leadership, knowledge of housing polices, and with proven experience working with individuals who have complex needs. 

You will be responsible for managing and developing partnerships, supporting data collection for reports and monitoring, and contributing to quality assurance processes. In addition, you will hold a small caseload, providing direct, holistic support to individuals as part of your role.

This new role will bring strategic direction and thought leadership to our work ensuring that people experiencing socio-economic disadvantage can access high-quality hospice care, when they need it.

We are looking for someone with sound, technical knowledge of the relationship between socio-economic deprivation and health outcomes. Someone with experience working on projects that use evidence and research-based approaches to address health inequity at scale. You will have the skills and expertise to help us work at a system-level to transform practice in hospice care, as well as increase reach. 

You’ll be supported by teams across our organisation to ensure Hospice UK collects the data and evidence required to inform our policy work in this area, and help transform hospice practice. 

Perhaps you’re working in palliative care already - or you might bring strong health equity expertise from another speciality. 

Either way, you’ll become part of a close, 17-strong Programmes Team at Hospice UK. We work together and alongside external experts, to design and deliver evidence-based programmes, projects and events, which help hospices provide the very best care in their communities.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

The Lead Coach is primarily responsible for overseeing the training room and group sessions with young people. You will help shape the training environment and will confidently adapt and deliver materials and sessions to work within the group’s development towards work readiness.

Delivery of Spear Programme - Group and 1:1 coaching [60%]

• Preparing and coaching Spear Foundation sessions and 1-1s, ensuring that young people are engaged, retained and work-ready by the end of this initial phase of the programme.
• Building relationships with young people on the programme and managing culture, and attitudes in the training room.
• Adapting the Spear coaching material according to the needs of the Trainees and managing behaviour effectively.

Delivery of Spear Career [20%]

• Delivering weekly Spear Career sessions (including running workshops with past Trainees), maintaining records and reporting on statistics, and creatively developing ongoing relationships with Spear Trainees.

Training the Asssistant Coach [10%]

• Contributing towards the training and developing of the Assistant Coach by modelling excellent coaching and giving regular feedback.

Trainee recruitment [10%]

• Developing relationships with Job Centres and local referral agencies to ensure that the maximum number of Spear Trainees are enrolled on each programme. This involves liaising with referral agencies, active face-to-face recruitment and monitoring recruitment statistics.

The Philharmonia Orchestra is seeking a skilled and versatile Digital Media Editor and Coordinator to join its Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role, strong editorial skills, and confidence using key digital media creation platforms.

This new role will play a key part in the orchestra’s digital-first strategy, supporting the creation, editing, and distribution of engaging content across web, social media, and other digital channels. Working closely with the Social Media & Content Manager and Senior Producer, the postholder will help bring the Philharmonia’s concerts and activities to audiences worldwide. Focused on short form, social-first content, this role requires someone with technical proficiency, excellent organisation and a flexible approach to content capture.

Although based at Head Office, the role involves frequent time out of the office with the Orchestra – whether in rehearsals, at concert venues, or on tour. No two weeks will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and implementation: 

• Work with the Social Media & Content Manager and Senior Producer to plan and deliver the Philharmonia’s short- and long-form digital content in line with marketing and organisational priorities

• Contribute to the orchestra’s digital-first marketing strategy by identifying opportunities for new and engaging content across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

• Take ownership of specific projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear and proactive

• Ensure that all content produced reflects Philharmonia’s visual identity, brand tone, and artistic standards, maintaining consistency across digital and print communications

• Keep abreast of developments in digital media production, editing software, and social trends, sharing insights and proposing improvements to processes and outputs

Key tasks:

• Edit video, audio, and imagery for web, social, and internal use, ensuring material is produced to a high standard and delivered to agreed timelines

• Assist with content capture at rehearsals, performances, and events, undertaking filming and on-site editing to enable timely release of digital content

• Create motion graphics, captions, and short-form edits tailored for specific social media platforms to maximise engagement and visibility

• Some ad hoc design for print and physical products (i.e. Philharmonia Records, Shopify products, donation boxes etc.)

• Provide light-touch coordination of content schedules and workflows between editors, producers, and departments to ensure smooth delivery and efficient handover of materials

• Support with the management and organisation of media assets using the Philharmonia’s content management and digital asset management systems, applying consistent metadata and archiving standards

• Support cross-departmental campaigns and contribute to the planning and delivery of wider marketing and communications projects

Collaboration:

• Act as an advocate for best practice in digital content creation and file management, encouraging high standards of quality, consistency, and accessibility

• Support and collaborate with colleagues across the Marketing and Communications team, offering technical advice and creative input where appropriate

Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Strong video editing skills using the full Adobe suite

• Working knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects for basic graphics and animation

• Experience managing digital files and metadata within CMS or DAM systems

• Understanding of digital publishing platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• A keen eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail

• Ability to work flexibly – including some evenings and weekends – to capture live content as it happens

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

The Family Support Lead will coordinate our Family Support service across all locations providing holistic support to families of children with a physical disability/delay living in Hertfordshire, always keeping close adherence to best Safeguarding practice and procedures.

The role involves working with the Head of Family Service and Operations and Head of Development to develop the Support Worker team to deliver high quality family support. This may mean supporting families in group settings, family centres or in the home and holding caseloads with a holistic view in how to best meet need. This is an exciting time to join our small but dedicated team as we approach our 50th anniversary in 2026. We're passionate about transforming lives for people with axial SpA, and this varied role provides essential administrative support that helps us deliver on our mission. The role is 21 hours per week with flexible working arrangements across the week to suit your needs, with at least one day par week in our London office. We need someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable working independently, and takes satisfaction in contributing to the team's success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll provide varied administrative support including managing correspondence, processing post, sending membership materials, and helping with event administration. You'll maintain accurate records by entering data into Salesforce- our customer database, checking reports match, and organising documentation. You'll also help keep the office running smoothly by liaising with suppliers and assisting with health & safety compliance.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll have experience in general administrative roles with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You'll be proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), reliable, proactive, and able to work independently whilst being a supportive team player. Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not essential.

About the role:

As a Team Leader you will be:

• Ensuring the effective delivery of services to victims in accordance with the London Adult Service against contract specifications, operating procedures, confidentiality, information sharing and safeguarding policies.
• Leading the caseworker team, ensuring victims receive timely, professional needs and risks assessment and referral to appropriate support, assuring the quality of service provision.
• Working collaboratively with the Operations Manager/Management team, in order to achieve the implementation of business plan and the development of the service to maximise positive outcomes for clients.
• Focusing on performance management of their reports including auditing cases, allocation of cases and input into performance reporting.

Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual ensuring that all of Ella’s premises,  including the office, community hub, and safe houses,  are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and a welcoming environment for staff and service users. This role combines practical facilities work with proactive oversight of supplier management and property maintenance systems.

You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth daily running of our operations, managing contractors and compliance records, and supporting Ella's growth and improvement in facilities management.

Facilities management

• Oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of Ella’s office, community hub, and supported accommodation.

• Manage supplier and contractor relationships, including procurement, tendering, and ongoing performance monitoring.

• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments across all properties, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.

• Maintain clear records of repairs, inspections, and contracts in the central facilities log.

• Ensure the office and community hub are fully equipped, stocked, and operational, maintaining an organised and professional environment.

• Ensure accurate stock records are maintained and inventories are completed across all sites.

Property inspections and maintenance

• Conduct regular inspections of all Ella’s properties to identify and address maintenance and safety issues.

• Manage the safehouse repairs and maintenance log, ensuring timely responses and communication with caseworkers and residents.

• Carry out minor maintenance and repairs directly where appropriate (e.g. light bulbs, fixtures, storage organisation).

• Liaise with landlords and external providers on significant property issues, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
   

Health, safety, and compliance

• Act as the main point of contact for health and safety matters in the Operations Manager’s absence. 

• Ensure that all properties comply with statutory safety and maintenance requirements, including fire safety, gas, and electrical checks.

• Support in maintaining and updating compliance documentation, certificates, and maintenance schedules.

• Conduct regular health and safety audits and risk assessments, escalating issues to the Operations Manager as needed.

• Lead or support fire drills, first aid provision, and emergency preparedness planning.
   

Systems and administration

• Develop and maintain efficient systems for facilities management, including logs, checklists, and compliance trackers.

• Support the Operations Manager in reviewing policies and procedures related to facilities, health and safety, and risk management.

• Coordinate staff communications about ongoing facilities work or planned maintenance.

• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and deliveries for office and property supplies.
   

Team and organisational support

• Contribute to creating a trauma-informed, safe, and welcoming environment across all Ella’s spaces.

• Support the smooth running of events or community activities at the hub, ensuring facilities are ready and accessible.

We are seeking a Community Development Officer to lead a major in-progress project improving recognition, support, and care for people with smell and taste disorders at a local level across England. 

This three-year, volunteer-led programme, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund has achieved significant success in its first eighteen months. We are now recruiting a new postholder to take this strong foundation forward through the next phase of delivery. 

Over the past eighteen months, we have recruited and established a thriving network of volunteers and local groups across England. This momentum is expected to continue. The Community Development Officer will work closely with existing volunteers and groups, primarily remotely, while also attending in-person events and meetings in different parts of England as needed. 

The postholder will lead the ongoing recruitment, training, and support of volunteer groups, working with them to identify opportunities for local outreach and engagement. Together, you will ensure that more people affected by smell and taste disorders access the information, support, and recognition they need, while continuing to raise awareness of these often-unrecognised sensory impairments. 

Our volunteer groups bring together people with lived experience alongside experts from the food, beverage and fragrance sectors, and other relevant fields.

The Director of Education will advocate for the need for a strong professional body and its importance to teachers and leaders. The role will articulate the vision and ethos of the Chartered College of Teaching and inspire and empower internal and external stakeholders and the teaching profession to achieve the vision. The role will lead the growth of three core income streams: Chartered Status, membership and funded projects, and will represent the Chartered College of Teaching externally and grow our strategic networks. The role will advise on the education content of our external communications. The Director of Education will work with the Executive Leadership Team to develop and oversee implementation of the organisation’s strategy and to lead the Education Directorate to deliver the strategy.
