How we work with Employers and Higher Education Institutions
At Unifrog, we partner with universities and employers to help them connect with our global network of highly engaged students, teachers and careers leaders.

Our partnerships allow universities and employers to co-create content which can be accessed on the Unifrog platform (including online subject taster courses and day-in-the-life videos), share upcoming events and opportunities with relevant Unifrog students and teachers, and take part in a series of events throughout the year aimed at providing students at Unifrog schools with all the information they need to make the best decisions for their futures, and create the strongest applications.

The Employer and HE teams exist to support each of Unifrog's university and employer partners to make the most of their partnership with Unifrog, and to secure new partnerships with universities and employers who could benefit from a relationship with Unifrog.

The role and responsibilities

As New Business Lead for Employer and HE Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving Unifrog’s growth in our employer and higher education markets. You’ll need to be target driven to help create a wider network of universities and employers to support Unifrog students from around the world to find their best next step.

You will be given support by both the HE and Employer teams but will also have the autonomy to lead your own campaigns and projects. 

You will be able to develop your skills, strengths and interests. We always look to make space for our team to grow within the company, and we have a general policy of promoting within.

Your key responsibilities:

• Design tailored campaigns involving emails, phone calls, webinars and social media, to target employers and higher education institutions in a smart and engaging way.

• Communicate with interested employers and higher education institutions to explain the work we do at Unifrog and the partnerships we offer in a compelling manner to secure online demonstrations for our Employer and Higher Education Partnership Managers.

• Attend conferences (sometimes overseas) to promote the work we do at Unifrog and network with relevant stakeholders in the employer and higher education sectors.

• Be the first port of call for partnership/collaboration enquiries from employers and higher education institutions.

• Work with our team of Employer and Higher Education Partnership Managers to understand the challenges they face and how you can support them in growing their partner bases.

• Analyse data from the Unifrog platform to inform your research around suitable higher education institutions and employers that we don’t work with but who would benefit from a partnership with us. 

• Support with other projects such as organising conferences, analysing our competitors, and reviewing our marketing collateral.

• Communicate information about our line up of online and in-person events to non-partner HE institutions, to secure their attendance at these events.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of our competitors in the market.

Working together

You’ll be working with the HE and Employer teams, alongside the Partnerships Director for International Schools and HE (who will be your line manager), the Partnerships Director for UK Schools and Employers, the Head of Employer Partnerships, and the Head of HE Partnerships. Your projects will also see you collaborating closely with the Marketing team.

Key details 

• £33,600 per annum (Grade A), plus commission on demos booked. OTE £39,000.

Job Summary

Advance’s Minerva service works with women and young women and girls involved in the Criminal Justice System offering safe, targeted support and advocacy to women to help them address their complex needs in relation to the 9 pathways to offending, such as substance misuse and financial difficulties, aiming to reduce re-offending, encourage desistance amongst repeat offenders, and empower women to live safe, crime free lives.

Working as a Service User Engagement Lead you will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of our service user engagement programme that will be a part of the Minerva service across London, including leading a team of CJS community champions and ambassadors and supporting in the oversight and delivery this programme across our 3 criminal justice services. In addition, this role requires you to build effective relationships with the criminal justice teams across London, and the regions alongside our partners and service users.

An integral part of the Service User Engagement Lead role will include delivering planned monthly supervision and ad-hoc supervision and having oversight of safeguarding and risk management for the CJS champions and ambassadors that you are working alongside. You will support the Senior Service Manager and Service Managers in delivering key information to keyworkers, in staff meetings and in day-to-day interactions to help promote the service user engagement programme.

You will lead your team and service while working collaboratively with fellow Advance managers and teams, external agencies and key stakeholders across London to provide a consistent and holistic service.

Key responsibilities and duties

• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes for champions and ambassadors including processing checks and welcome packs. Creating and supporting a positive culture of CJS Champions and ambassadors within the service
• To ensure the voice of service users is heard, valued and have influence throughout all areas of services, development design and delivery
• Supporting the CJS champions and ambassadors in post with their professional development
• Support with coproduction of projects across sites including coproduction space and service user activities, representing the views and opinions of those who access our services by leading on service user board meetings, focus groups and training sessions.
• Oversight of the welfare and wellbeing of CJS Champions and ambassadors
• Embed processes that enable you to engage with those who access our services, by listening to their views and asking for their feedback. Provide feedback and updates to those who access our services informing them of any changes and decisions.
• Work with staff and the local community to improve and develop the service, promoting our strategy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on champions and ambassadors and service user engagement via our internal database and spreadsheets.
• Manage invitations, bookings, and logistics for internal and external events, meetings or workshops involving CJS community champions and ambassadors
• Ensure all CJS champion and service user information is managed confidentially and in line with Data Protection regulations.
• Keep CJS champions and ambassadors training and participation records up to date.
• Support in monitoring engagement levels and preparing basic reports or summaries on Service User Involvement champions and ambassadors.
• Be responsible for your own personal learning/development and keep up to date on research, relevant legislation, policy and practice, and other literature relevant to the role.

Job purpose

The Executive and Operations Coordinator provides essential administrative, operational, and executive support to enhance the effectiveness of Toynbee Hall’s Advice Services directorate. This role combines high-level executive assistance including managing the diaries of the Managing Director and Deputy Director of Advice Services, coordinating communications, and preparing for meetings with operational support across finance, HR, onboarding, and general administration. Working closely with the finance team, HR, and advice teams, the Executive and Operations Support Officer raises and tracks purchase orders, processes invoice, reconciles credit cards, and ensures contracts and approvals are completed on time. They also provide flexible support across the directorate, assisting with logistics, meeting documentation, and crossteam coordination as needed. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Advice Services, this role plays a key part in ensuring seamless operations and enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities and service delivery.

About the ESU

The English-Speaking Union delivers high-quality oracy education programmes and projects across England and Wales. We believe every child should be able to make their voice heard and that oracy – speaking and listening – skills play a key part in this. Our debating, public speaking, and cultural exchange programmes aim to embed sustainable cultures of oracy in schools, and empower young people to engage with the world, to speak more confidently, and to listen to and understand different points of view. 

Role Overview

ESU Competition Leads host our ESU competitions, including the ESU Schools’ Mace Debating Competition, the ESU Public Speaking Competition and the ESU Performing Shakespeare Competition. The ESU Competition Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of events (heats) throughout the competitions, with duties including Zoom hosting and MCing. If required, Competition Leads may sit on the judges’ panel and provide constructive feedback to students and teachers participating. You will also support and provide guidance for our volunteer judges, ensuring they have a positive experience while volunteering with the ESU. NB The ESU is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Therefore, we expect all contractors to share this commitment. All contractor appointments are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including a satisfactory Enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) Disclosure. 

Responsibilities

 For all competitions you will:

• Support and promote the charitable objectives of the ESU, acting as an ambassador for the organisation
• Assist the ESU Competitions Team in ensuring competition heats run smoothly and act as point of contact for schools and volunteers on the day of heats
• MC or compere Zoom and in-person heats, engaging both students and audience whilst following ESU scripts
• Be the technical host for Zoom ESU competition heats, setting up and hosting Zoom meetings, creating break-out rooms and acting as tech support throughout heats
•  
• Provide accurate heat results in a timely manner to the ESU Competitions Team
• Support volunteer judges and ensure they have a positive and rewarding experience
• If required, be part of judging panels at ESU competition heats (which may include acting as chair judge) offering fair, positive, constructive and unbiased feedback based on our judging criteria
• Follow the ESU’s safeguarding policies and provide oversight of safeguarding and equity requirements, in line with ESU policies
• Signpost teachers and volunteers to resources, other ESU programmes and additional support, such as through the ESU website
• Undertake training sessions for continual professional development

Essential criteria:

• Be over 18 years of age and have the right to work in the UK
• Be confident in engaging with and motivating young people of different abilities and backgrounds
• A passion for education, social mobility and/or developing young people's oracy skills
• Fully proficient in the English language with excellent spoken language skills
• A confident and engaging public speaker with experience hosting events or judging
• Technically competent, with experience in using Zoom professionally, ideally as a meeting host

 1. Following application reviews, suitable candidates will be invited to attend an online interview.

2. Following this, you will then be invited to attend either an in-person or online training day. This will be a skill-enriching, interactive session on the ESU, Competitions, judging and day of management.

3. The ESU takes safeguarding very seriously. Following a successful and complete interview process, all applicants will be expected to complete a basic DBS Check and ESU safeguarding training.

4. Once you receive your DBS certificate, you will be fully onboarded as an ESU Competition Lead.

5. You will be sent our competition diary so that you can sign up and start judging, MCing and leading competition heats!

We are seeking a Sustainability and Evaluation Officer to play a vital role in helping us build the foundations of our sustainability and impact work during a key period of organisational development and change. 

Reporting to our Sustainability and Impact Lead, this role will provide essential analytical, coordination, and stakeholder engagement support as we: 

• Develop and implement a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework 

• Complete our first environmental and social impact baseline assessment 

• Prepare our first Sustainability and Impact Report 

• Begin embedding ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability principles into all aspects of our operations and services. 

Much of this work will involve identifying and organising data currently dispersed across the organisation (e.g. spreadsheets, systems, teams), contributing to the development of a new CRM system, and building processes and tools that enable us to better measure, evaluate and communicate our impact.

As a Children and Family worker, you will be based within our Women's Refuge service, supporting women and children up to the age of 15 who have escaped domestic abuse. You will deliver trauma-informed, child and family centred support to promote safety and wellbeing, working collaboratively with mothers to strengthen the parent-child relationship during a time of crisis. You will support with both emotional and practical day-to-day support. This is typically done through key work sessions, risk assessments, and empowerment focused activities. 

You will play a vital role in supporting families, being the sole specialist within the service, which gives you autonomy to shape the role based on your expertise and experience. You will lead on child-focused support, as well as working part of the wider team to provide the support to mothers. You will deliver a range of support for children and young people, as well as family and parenting support. 

About you

We are looking for someone who has a real passion to support families and children who have experienced domestic abuse. You will have a trauma-informed understanding of domestic abuse and the impact it has on families, and will be able to engage in sensitive conversations, recognising signs on trauma, and being proactive to support families to overcome this. This is a hands-on, active role, ideal for someone who is creative, energetic, and passionate about working directly with families. You will be a team player, able to collaborate and provide support to colleagues as needed.

Purpose of the Role 

We are looking for a Multimedia Producer to lead on the day-to-day production of video content, including filming and editing, as well as supporting with ad-hoc design work for the charity.

About Chance to Shine

We are Chance to Shine: a children’s charity dedicated to harnessing the power of cricket to transform the life prospects of young people in the UK.

It is our mission that all young people have the opportunity to play, learn and develop through cricket. We want them to learn a love of the game and to find a sense of belonging through the sport, developing their wider wellbeing and life skills to help fulfil their potential.

Established in 2005, we have a long-term track record of delivery in state schools and under-served communities, bringing best-in-class cricket programmes to young people aged 5 to 24 who might not otherwise have the opportunity to play. All our programmes are completely free for everyone involved, from schools and community groups to young people and their families.

 Key responsibilities  

· Capture high-quality video content at Chance to Shine events, programmes, and community initiatives.

· Produce and edit compelling video content for use across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.

· Create broadcast-quality assets to support media outreach and press opportunities.

· Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards that align with strategic objectives.

· Conduct on-camera interviews and direct pieces to camera with professionalism and sensitivity to context.

· Organise and maintain a well-structured archive of video content for ongoing and future use.

· Design and produce engaging video graphics, including lower thirds, stings, and motion elements, in line with our brand guidelines.

· Support the creation of day-to-day graphic design materials, such as infographics, social assets, event materials, and presentations.

· Contribute to the broader work of the Communications & Digital department, assisting with various tasks and campaigns as required.

 Skills, Knowledge & Personal Competencies

· Ability to deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail.

· Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Creative thinker with a passion for developing engaging and original content ideas.

· A proactive self-starter who can take projects from concept to final edit independently.

· Good understanding of the social media landscape, including video best practices for each platform.

· Strong skills in motion graphics and graphic design, with an eye for visual storytelling.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a range of stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications  

Essential: 

• 1-2 years’ experience of filming and editing at a professional level
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, or equivalent video editing software 
• Confident in operating professional camera equipment, including models such as the Sony FX30, or similar DSLR cinema-style cameras.
• Willing to travel throughout the UK, Full clean UK driving licence

Desirable:

• Ability to produce motion graphics
