As one of our Grants & Services Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that grant applications are processed efficiently and applicants are dealt with holistically, compassionately and professionally.

 As we help record numbers of people, the successfully appointed Grants & Services Officer will be required to:

Deal with applicant enquiries

• Ensure a pleasant, helpful and empathetic welcome to applicants who contact the Charity by email, web form, written application or telephone.
• Provide guidance to applicants in relation to the Charity’s grants criteria, services and process, ensuring they understand how to apply and that their request fits within our criteria.
• ​Identify any potential safeguarding concerns at an early stage, escalating appropriately 

Process applications and referrals to services in a timely manner

• Verify that applicants are eligible beneficiaries and meet the Charity’s criteria.
• Prioritise any applications with particularly urgent requests 
• Check that each application is complete and follow up with applicants, as required, to ensure all information and supporting documents have been submitted.

Provide guidance and information to applicants

• Provide clear guidance to applicants throughout the application process and respond to their queries quickly
• Inform applicants of other potential sources of help and support

Recommend appropriate grant decisions

• Prepare objective, non-judgemental reports for each case, with appropriate, clear recommendations in line with the Charity's grants criteria.

• Previous experience within a grant-making role or proven knowledge of the grant-making / benevolent sector.
• Proven experience of providing help and guidance, predominately over the phone and via email
• Previous experience of using databases / CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
• Ability to interpret grant criteria effectively and make clear decisions.

It takes on average, almost nine years to receive a diagnosis in the UK, leaving many living in pain and without answers.

As the UK’s leading charity for all those affected by endometriosis, we’re determined to change this and ensure that everyone gets prompt diagnosis and the best treatment and support. Endometriosis UK is looking for a highly motivated Fundraising Administrator to join our busy fundraising team and help support our growth. What the job involves

We’re looking for a Healthcare Improvement Officer to join our Improvement Programmes Team and help us deliver exciting initiatives that support healthcare professionals to improve prostate cancer services across the UK. Examples of projects supported include work around establishing better Active Surveillance so that more men can avoid unnecessary radical treatment; work to restructure and make faster the diagnostic pathway; work to coordinate with primary care and support earlier diagnosis; new surgical procedures that spare men the burden of incontinence. As Healthcare Improvement Officer, you’ll play a central role in making sure our programmes run smoothly and have maximum impact. You’ll oversee on the logistics and delivery of events across the UK and online, from our Clinical Champions Programme and Clinical Advisory Group meetings to our annual healthcare professional conference. You’ll also oversee recruitment for programmes, manage databases and monitoring systems, and handle financial processes such as invoices and purchase orders, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Your work will range from planning and scheduling programmes, to procuring resources, preparing materials and helping to facilitate sessions so that participants are fully supported in their learning. You’ll also contribute to quality improvement project development and coordination, working with teams across Prostate Cancer UK to share good practice and expand the reach of our initiatives.

Engagement will be a key part of your role, from maintaining webpages and digital channels to supporting our alumni network through newsletters, communications and opportunities for continued involvement. You’ll help manage our online Clinical Champions learning hub and, with training provided, will also have the chance to coach and mentor clinicians using Insights Discovery (a psychometric tool helping people understand their own and others' behavioural preferences and communication styles).

What we want from you

We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, comfortable working with people and able to keep several projects moving at once. Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences, from clinicians to colleagues across the organisation.

You’ll bring experience in event planning and support, along with project coordination, and you’ll be comfortable managing webpages and creating online content. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, colleagues and senior leaders, so collaboration will be second nature to you.

An understanding of the healthcare and/or charity sectors will be valuable, as will experience in presenting and facilitating discussions. You’ll also need excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively when things get busy.

About the Role

The role of Database Officer sits in the Data, Evidence and Monitoring team, at the junction of frontline services, fundraising and the leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of In-Form, our case management system for frontline services. In-Form represents a key data asset for the organisation so we are looking for someone who is responsible, conscientious and able to provide excellent customer service to other stakeholders who rely on In-Form. A strong interest in information management and databases is also essential for this role.

We would like to manage aspects of the development of In-Form in-house with limited recourse to the technical support team at In-Form. We recognise that this involves technical skills and will provide relevant on-the-job training to the successful candidate. Camwch i mewn i daith drawsnewidiol gyda Working Options. Rydyn ni ar genhadaeth i rymuso pobl ifanc 14–19 oed ledled y DU — a gallwch chi helpu i wneud gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol.

Dros y 18 mis diwethaf, mae ein tîm wedi bod yn datblygu mudiad o gymorth i bobl ifanc ledled Cymru, gan gael effaith sylweddol ar eu cyfleoedd bywyd a gweithio tuag at y nod o ysbrydoli pob person ifanc yn y wlad.

Hyd yn hyn, rydyn ni eisoes wedi cyrraedd 19,000 myfyriwr wyneb yn wyneb ac wedi cysylltu â thraean o holl ysgolion uwchradd a cholegau'r wladwriaeth yng Nghymru. Yn 2025, ein nod yw cyrraedd 13,000 yn fwy o bobl ifanc — ac rydyn ni'n chwilio am gydweithiwr angerddol i'n helpu i wireddu hynny.

Ynglŷn â'r rôl

Fel Cydlynydd Prosiect Gogledd Cymru, byddwch yn chwarae rôl hanfodol mewn:

• Cysylltu gwirfoddolwyr ag ysgolion a cholegau, gan sicrhau bod pobl ifanc yn elwa o sgyrsiau a gweithdai sy'n ysbrydoli.
• Datblygu a chynnal perthnasau cryf ag ysgolion, cyflogwyr, a gwirfoddolwyr.
• Gwrando ar ac addasu i anghenion pobl ifanc, gan sicrhau bod ein rhaglen yn creu gwerth gwirioneddol iddyn nhw a'r rhanddeiliaid rydyn ni'n gweithio â nhw.

Byddwch chi'n rhan o dîm hyblyg, entrepreneuraidd, a chydweithredol sy'n gweithio o bell ar draws Cymru ond sy'n dod at ein gilydd ar gyfer digwyddiadau, hyfforddi gwirfoddolwyr, cyfarfodydd ysgolion, a chyfarfodydd tîm. Rydyn ni'n gosod disgwyliadau uchel i ni ein hunain ac i'n gilydd, yn gwerthfawrogi cyfraniadau unigolion, ac yn dathlu llwyddiant a rennir.

Head of Campaigns & Sales

Then this could be the role for you.

Learning on Screen is looking for an ambitious Head of Campaigns & Sales to drive our next stage of revenue growth. This is both a strategic and hands-on role: you will lead targeted, multi-channel campaigns while also engaging directly in the sales process to win new business and upsell existing customers.

From building and managing a strong pipeline to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals, you’ll ensure ambitious income targets are achieved and exceeded. Working closely with the Chief Revenue Generation Officer, you will lead a small team and align sales and marketing to maximise impact.

Success in this role will mean surpassing revenue targets, growing our customer base, securing high-value partnerships, delivering campaigns with measurable ROI, and strengthening retention so that existing members and customers remain engaged. In short: you will be at the heart of sustainable growth, with every success directly contributing to transforming education.

Role Overview

• Job Title: Head of Campaigns & Sales
• Salary: £36,000 actual (£45,000 FTE)
• Hours: 28.8 hours per week (4 days, 80%)
• Contract: Permanent, part-time
• Location: Remote
• Reports to: Chief Revenue Generation Officer

What you will be doing 

• Sales growth – Deliver organisational revenue targets by driving new sales and upselling across membership, sponsorship, training, and partnerships, while supporting strong retention.
• Pipeline management – Build, track, and convert a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• Sales execution – Lead sales conversations, pitches, and negotiations through to closing deals.
• Campaign delivery – Design and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, outreach, social media, partnerships) that generate leads and conversions.
• Content and messaging – Oversee compelling, sales-focused content and communications that cut through the noise.
• Digital marketing and analytics – Use CRM, SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics to generate leads, track performance, and optimise ROI.
• Team leadership – Line manage the Business Development Officer and Marketing Assistant, setting clear priorities and motivating them to deliver results.
• Collaboration – Work with colleagues across Membership, Development, and Digital to maximise growth opportunities.
• Performance reporting – Report on revenue delivery, pipeline health, and campaign ROI to senior leadership.
• External profile – Represent Learning on Screen at events, conferences, and sector networks to raise visibility and generate sales.

What we are looking for

• A proven track record of delivering sales growth — winning new business and upselling existing customers.
• Success in delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable financial results.
• Experience in building and converting a pipeline, negotiating, and closing deals.
• A commercial, results-driven mindset with a focus on ROI.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small team.

Bonus if you have

• Experience in a membership or education-based organisation.

• Knowledge of event or training programme marketing and sales.
