About the Legacy Manager role:

We’re looking for a Carer Assessment Service Manager to lead our countywide team in delivering statutory and preventative assessments in line with the Care Act 2014. You’ll provide leadership and day-to-day support to your team, oversee assessment allocations, and manage referrals through our internal CRM and West Sussex County Council’s systems.

You’ll also deliver staff supervisions, attend management and partner meetings, contribute to training, and support service development projects. This role supports the retention and growth of our membership and supporter base and Community & Events Fundraising Programmes helping to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
You will often be the first port of call for our members, supporters, potential supporters, and the members of the public contacting the organisation. You will handle enquiries, helping to develop ongoing relationships. You will also assist with the reporting of fundraising campaigns and activities.
We’re a small team but like to have a big impact on supporters and members – through excellent care and stewardship.

What we’re looking for:

· Someone with a successful track record of building strong internal and external relationships and generating income ideally from community and corporate opportunities

· Someone who can create and deliver strong stewardship plans to maximise income and retain our supporters

· Someone with a growth mindset who is solution focused. Someone who can manage their time and workload, and utilise our given processes, systems, and parameters to overcome barriers

· Someone who can deliver a personal portfolio within an overall Regional Fundraising team target, demonstrating an understanding of how to mitigate risk and maximise return on investment

This role would be focusing mainly on the West of Scotland but covering the whole country as needed, with some additional supporters based in Northern Ireland.

About the role

A key role in the Emmaus UK fundraising team, the Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of corporate relationships that will support Emmaus’s continued growth across the UK. Our partnerships are multi-faceted, combining financial support with pro bono skill sharing, gift in kind support and volunteering opportunities to deliver genuine impact across the Emmaus federation.

Who are we looking for?

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will line manage the Partnerships Fundraising Officer, working together with them to deliver engaging activation opportunities for partner organisations.

Working within the Fundraising and Influence directorate, reporting to the High Value Partnerships Lead, the role will be central to the delivery of the strategic objectives of the fundraising team. By working collaboratively with an experienced, passionate team of fundraisers, you will develop innovative opportunities to bring supporters closer to our work, resulting in engaged, lasting partnerships that deliver the income we need to meet the consistently high demand for all of our services.
