World Physiotherapy is looking for a creative and detail-oriented communications officer with a background in graphic design to support our communications team in producing high-quality visual content. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who is passionate about visual storytelling, global health, and nonprofit work. Key responsibilities

• Design graphics and layouts for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns)
• Create print-ready materials including reports, brochures, and event collateral
• Edit and produce long-form and short-form videos for web and social media
• Assist with scheduling social media content across platforms (eg, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)

Qualifications and experience

• Good video editing skills and understanding of motion graphics
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (eg, WordPress)

• Experience working with or for NGOs, nonprofits, or in the healthcare sector is a plus

The ISM seeks a Legal Officer to help deliver key services to its members across a wide range of legal issues. The role includes supporting unpaid-fee claims, helping musicians understand third-party contracts, and assisting the wider legal team with ongoing matters.

The award-winning ISM is the dynamic, change making professional body representing musicians. With a current membership of over 11,000, the ISM is known for its legal support to its members across a range of issues from copyright and employment disputes to contracts.  We are also known for our campaigning work on issues from equality to Brexit and AI which can cross over into legal services. We do not handle litigation and any disputes which proceed to this stage are handled by our legal insurance providers. 

It is vital that we deliver gold standard legal services, responding to the needs of our professional musician membership. You will be someone who has experience as a legal adviser or have some legal knowledge such as contract, copyright or employment law. You will be proactive with strong problem solving skills, good drafting and oral skills, keen attention to detail and good emotional intelligence.

You will be joining a professional staff team who are based in Bayswater, London. The role is five days per week of which at least three will be in the office.

About the Role
Fundraising and philanthropic advocacy are at the heart of GiveOut’s work. As Philanthropy Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Philanthropy team, supporting our philanthropy programme and working closely with the Head of Philanthropy and Senior Philanthropy Officers.

You will have responsibilities in three main areas: helping with internal programme coordination, supporting colleagues on key donor relationships and fundraising, and events.

You will be highly organised with a strong work ethic, enjoy organising events, and up for the challenge of raising lower level gifts from our community and allies. You will have the opportunity to develop organisational, project management and fundraising skills, learn about LGBTQI rights activism around the world, and see the impact of your work through the incredible LGBTQI organisations supported through GiveOut.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Internal Programme & Team Coordination

  • Manage calendars, schedule internal meetings, help bring together agendas, book meeting rooms, and take minutes where required

  • Help maintain internal documents & systems such as fundraising pipeline, internal reporting and project management tools.

  • Maintain database to ensure accurate donor information in GiveOut’s CRM 

  • Coordinate monthly finance reconciliation tasks for Philanthropy Team

  • Work with colleagues on shared processes, including finance and reporting

  • Contribute to a dynamic, fun and effective organisation

• Supporting Donor Relationships

  • Triage donor requests, responding where appropriate 

  • Schedule external meetings and calls

  • Create and send invoices to donors 

  • Create fundraising campaigns across third party platforms such as Benevity, JustGiving and CAF. 

  • Ensure we have necessary information to claim Gift Aid on eligible donations

  • Support on reporting to donors on the impact of their giving, building donation reports from database, liaising with internal teams, and using templates to build reports

  • Assist in donor research and prospecting

• Events

  • Support on GiveOut online and in-person events, creating event plans, and coordinating both internally and externally

  • Support travel and manage itineraries for international guests 

  • Attend GiveOut and networking events, representing GiveOut and the Philanthropy Team as needed

Essential Skills and Experience

The Programmes Team in the Delivery Directorate oversees various programmes - delivered with and through members - across sport, employability, mental health, and culture, underpinned by youth involvement. You'll design, deliver and evaluate programmes that provide young people opportunities to improve their skills and qualities, boost their confidence and resilience and develop leadership skills through practical action. 

What you will be doing

The Delivery Officer (Good for Girls) will deliver the programme's day-to-day operations and the broader mental health offer to London Youth members. You will deliver Good for Girls, a youth club-based mental health and well-being programme. You will support 10 youth organisations to engage young people in the programme, which enables young women and girls to participate in regular well-being activities and training for young Londoners.

Lead the delivery of the Good for Girls programme 

• Coordinate Good for Girls to meet key delivery targets, secure the target recruitment of member organisations, youth workers and young people, and oversee the onboarding process. 
• Coordinate Peer Mentors to undertake training and to then support delivery of the programme. 
• Work with internal colleagues to ensure organisations participating in our programmes receive a quality experience, such as completing due diligence. 
• Working closely with your manager, monitor day-to-day expenditure. 

Partner with our member youth organisations mental health delivery partners

• Foster relationships with 10 youth organisations, providing ongoing support throughout all phases of the programmes to ensure successful, flexible, and high-quality delivery is developed collaboratively. 
• Coordinate opportunities and key programme events for young people, such as peer mentor training and pitch events. 
• Coordinate opportunities and key programme events for youth practitioners, such as Induction Sessions, Focus Groups, and Networks, ensuring delivery is of excellent quality. 
• Strengthen, maintain and develop key relationships with organisations delivering on the programme together with youth organisations and ensure schedules are aligned for delivery. 
• Provide youth organisations and young people with meaningful new opportunities by brokering opportunities with external partners and generating a quarterly newsletter. 
• Deliver with partner organisations on one-off and ad-hoc projects to provide quality opportunities. 

Programme monitoring and evaluation 

• Collect process and impact data as required in line with the programme's MEL framework. 
• Gather evaluation and case studies from young people taking part in the project for programme improvement, reporting and media use. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Upshot records and Salesforce interactions with member clubs and youth workers on the programme. 
• Adhere and feed into both external reports and meetings with funders, and internal quarterly reporting timescales, and support with any funding bids or pitches as required. 
• Work with Communications to ensure impact reports are shared externally to showcase successes. 

Sustainability and development of London Youth's Programme Offer 

• Work closely with London Youth's fundraising team to support future funding bids and to coordinate corporate volunteering opportunities where possible. 
• Ensure these opportunities work well for youth organisations on the programme and offer value for members and young people, as well as the volunteers themselves. 

Support of directorate, organisation & sector 

• Be an active member of the Delivery team and the broader organisation, including supporting colleagues and sharing best practices. 
• Feed into wider Delivery directorate and organisation to build a strong and dynamic offer supporting young people and members across London. 
• Represent London Youth internally and externally at relevant networks and events to share and learn with others from the youth sector.

Duties and key responsibilities

Financial Administration and Bookkeeping

• Responsibility for maintaining all financial records and data accurately and within agreed systems, to include:Maintaining up-to-date records in Sage 50.
• Importing bank receipts into Sage from Raiser’s Edge NXT.
• Processing purchase invoices, card transactions, and payments, ensuring correct coding to nominal and departmental ledgers.
• Maintaining payment records and reconciling grant payments within Sage 50 and grant management software.
• Generating sales invoices and carrying out credit control on a regular basis.
• Ensuring prompt payment of invoices and preparing payments with the bank for review by the Director of Finance & Resources.
• Maintaining the expense management system in line with policies and ensuring timely authorisation and reimbursement.
• Ensuring accurate records of authorisation and financial approvals.
• Preparing and posting all month-end journals.
• Completing monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts.
• Working with the Database and Finance Officer to reconcile income between Sage 50 and the income spreadsheet on a quarterly basis.

• Supporting fundraising events, e.g. preparing card readers, paperwork, and reconciling cash.

 Financial Reporting

• Producing timely and accurate monthly management accounts, accompanied by analysis, commentary, and project-level breakdowns.
• Providing analysis and ad-hoc financial information as required.
• Maintain and regularly update the restricted fund spreadsheet, ensuring accurate tracking of income, expenditure, and balances in line with donor and grant requirements.

Budget Management

• Supporting the preparation of the annual Excel-based organisational budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Participating in budget meetings with managers to ensure robust and realistic financial plans.
• Assisting project managers with the preparation of Excel-based project budgets.

Audit

Preparation for the annual audit and compliance with statutory financial reporting requirements, including:

• Preparing audit documentation and working papers in collaboration with the Director of Finance & Resources.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for auditors, coordinating documentation requests before and during audit week.

Other

• Ensuring financial policies and processes remain fit for purpose, recommending and implementing improvements where needed.
• Acting as the main point of contact for financial queries, with support from the Director of Finance & Resources.
• Carrying out any other duties reasonably required to support the effective financial management of Sarcoma UK.
• Adapting to the needs of a developing organisation and undertaking additional responsibilities as necessary.

The SLA supports approximately 2000 members with advice, training and advocacy across the UK. The Training and Events Manager will form an essential part of the SLA team working to run a high quality, inspiring and engaging events and training to help us deliver on our mission to support members, so that more children and young people reach their full potential through the school library. You will lead on the organisation of our annual conference; develop and maintain a calendar of events and training for members and non-member audiences; and support the team with all event related administration and logistics.  Events at the SLA include member meet ups (in person and online), events in our branch network across 23 regions, professional development and training, and our SLA Awards ceremonies.

Your work will be at the forefront of our member offer, helping to build links with membership, support members, build relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors, delivering high-quality training and impactful events offer across the year. An agile and flexible thinker, you will be creative, with a flair for spotting opportunities for professional development, and have a keen eye for detail with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Using your project management experience, you will work with the CEO, SLA team colleagues and subject matter experts and facilitators to develop and deliver a high quality and competitive calendar of events and training.

Gifts in wills fund nearly half of the MS Society’s work - and we need a senior legacy officer to help deliver our ambitious plans to grow this vital income stream. In this key role, you’ll lead the delivery of legacy marketing campaigns across digital, direct mail and other channels, create compelling content to inspire gifts in wills, and take charge of in-person events to engage supporters and pledgers. You’ll also manage relationships with external partners and suppliers, ensuring every activity reflects professionalism and empathy.

We’re looking for someone with experience of gifts in wills fundraising who can confidently lead projects, communicate effectively, and bring creativity to campaign delivery.

About GISF

The Global Interagency Security Forum (GISF) is a member-led NGO network working to strengthen security risk management across the humanitarian and development sectors. With over 140 member organisations, GISF provides resources, convening spaces, and expertise to help keep aid workers safe.

About the role

The Administration and Finance Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of GISF’s operations. This role combines core administrative responsibilities with day-to-day financial support, including grant-related bookkeeping, staff timesheet coordination, and invoice tracking. Training will be provided on financial tasks, though some experience is welcome. This role would suit someone looking for flexibility across their week- a suitable working pattern can be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities

Administration & Operations

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the GISF Secretariat,
• Coordination with outsourced service providers (e.g. IT, legal, finance, audit).
• Maintain and update GISF’s policies systems to support efficient operations.
• Manage the GISF office space in London.
• General HR duties, including support to recruitment processes, leave-tracking and onboarding of new staff and consultants.
• Assist with travel bookings, venue arrangements, and logistics for meetings as well as GISF-led external events.
• Administrative support to the board of directors.

Finance

• Support day-to-day financial processes, including coordination of supplier payments and processing staff expense claims.
• Oversee basic bookkeeping functions, including coding of expenses to relevant grants and cost centres.
• Maintain financial records and assist in the preparation of financial reports for donors and management.
• Liaise with GISF’s external accountants or financial service provider to support timely and accurate reporting.
• Coordinate the collection and consolidation of monthly staff timesheets, ensuring correct allocation to grants/projects.
• Prepare and issue invoices; monitor payments and follow up with members as needed.

Person specifications

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage logistics, competing priorities, and multiple deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience supporting administrative processes such as scheduling, travel booking, document management, and coordination with external service providers.
• High attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.
• Confidence working with budgets, invoices, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks (training can be provided).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
• Experience using digital tools such as CRMs or accounting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Xero) is desirable.
