Key Responsibilities
- Trust Fundraising
- Prospecting – researching new trust and foundation opportunities
- Writing five-figure applications
- Managing a portfolio of 25-30 Trusts and Foundations
- Thanking – writing thank you letters, notes and confirmation receipts
- Banking – liaising with our colleagues in finance and supporters, to support receipt of funding

Main Purpose of the Post
To develop and maintain successful partnerships with corporate supporters and corporate foundations whose vision and goals align with Learning through Landscapes’ vision and mission. The role will focus on strategic, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships which help LtL achieve its mission through income generation and added value including staff volunteering, network-building, and probono support.
Specific Duties
New business development
• Develop and progress a pipeline of new business development to secure corporate partnerships.
• Develop and present engaging, creative and mutually beneficial proposals and applications for corporate partnerships.
• Support the Fundraising Lead to identify prospective corporate foundations.
• Support the Fundraising Lead with writing and submitting applications to corporate foundations.
• Collaborate with LtL’s Communications team to reach target audiences with compelling messaging.
• Research and attend relevant networking events to open new partnership opportunities.
Account management
• Provide excellent account management and stewardship to strengthen partnerships, deepen corporate employee engagement and ensure relationship longevity.
• Use data from LtL’s new Impact Measurement Framework to provide inspiring reports on what corporate partners have helped LtL to achieve.
• Work with colleagues to identify and facilitate additional opportunities for corporate engagement, including practical volunteering opportunities and pro-bono work.
Strategy and reporting
• Support the Management Team with the development of a Corporate Partnerships Strategy, including income targets and key performance indicators.
• Provide regular reports to the Management Team and stakeholders to measure progress towards targets.
• Keep comprehensive and accurate records of all fundraising activity.

• Keep abreast of developments in UK fundraising and how these can benefit the work of LtL.

This is an exciting time to join Action for ME. With developments in research and policy alongside delivering services which are in high demand, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced and continually changing environment. You will be responsible for overseeing operational programme design and delivery, reporting of progress, and measuring the impact of all Action for ME work to improve the lives of people affected by ME. Better meeting their needs today while taking action to secure change for tomorrow. You will also assist the Chief Executive in implementing the organisational strategy, and by adapting and evolving delivery models on the ground. As you will have operational management and oversight for our Healthcare Services and hold the Designated Safeguarding Lead role for the organisation, you will bring considerable services-related experience at a management and leadership level. The Chief Executive will focus predominately on external matters and therefore you must have experience of managing an organisation to achieve high quality programmes with evidenced impact and motivated teams. You will act for the Chief Executive on topics, as agreed, and deputise during their absence.
Key duties
1. Leadership
- Ensure that children and adults with ME are at the heart of everything we do through meaningful engagement and participation to influence all aspects of our work.
- Deputise for the CEO and represent and promote the Charity at national meetings and events.
- Deputise for the CEO during periods of absence, and in relation to specific matters, issues or elements of operation as delegated from time to time by the CEO, ensuring a consistency of approach and decisions aligned with the organisation’s objectives.
- With the CEO and HR Business Partner, lead on implementing the People and Culture Strategy and ensuring our Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging plan is achieved.

Experience and Knowledge

As one of two PR Managers, you'll be the key point of contact for all PR communications, helping to develop and execute forward-thinking PR plans and strategies. Role responsibilities
· Developing and implementing Trussell’s influencing strategy
Working with teams across the organisation to ensure key groups, including our community of food banks, corporate partners, churches and church-related organisations have a clear role in our policy influencing approach.

Working closely with a small team of Network Policy and Research Officers and the Organising and Local Mobilisation team to support our community of food banks to build and maintain strong relationships with their local MPs. Ensuring public affairs activity is well aligned to campaign strategies involving the food bank network.
· Embedding participatory approaches across our public affairs and wider influencing activity
Supporting further development of a participatory approach to policy influencing to ensure it is rooted in the lived experience of individuals affected by poverty. This includes ensuring an ethical approach in line with our values.

High energy costs are a nightmare for millions of UK households, while huge profits are made at our expense. Poor housing and heating systems are a key part of the problem, along with dependence on polluting, climate-changing fossil fuels. FPA is a campaigning organisation that sets out to attack the root causes of fuel poverty along with the specific injustices facing people and communities. We want to see the UK’s energy system decarbonised as rapidly as possible, with a just transition for communities and workers.that includes affordability.
Working closely with pensioners groups, trades unions, disabled campaigners, tenants’ organisations and others on the frontline of fuel poverty, we’re using protest and direct action to fight for real, sustainable solutions to the cold homes crisis. We are looking for a committed senior organiser, who shares our passion and values, to bring energy and imagination to developing our base and supporting our members to build their power.
About the role
Fuel Poverty Action (FPA) was started in 2011 by climate activists who wanted to ensure that the green energy transition doesn’t happen at the expense of those with less social and economic power. Rather, they saw the break with fossil fuels as an opportunity to end the scourge of fuel poverty in the UK - a chance to rethink priorities and design inequality out of the energy system.
Immediately, they were drawn into community-based struggles for energy justice, against false, profit-driven solutions and maladministration of ‘green’ measures with no accountability to tenants and residents.
Over the years others joined the fight, growing FPA to a small membership-led organisation comprising people at the sharp end of fuel poverty - people of all ages and backgrounds, mainly located in London. Since 2022, funding has enabled us to employ a small, dispersed team who are accountable to directors and a membership that is now UK-wide.
We are now looking for an experienced, senior organiser to help FPA grow and evolve our membership network further. We want to reach more people and support members to be active within FPA so that we can build our political impact and remain meaningfully member-led.
We are seeking a flexible person with significant leadership experience who will be confident working as part of a small team, capable of outward facing work and internal management. You will have experience of organising in collective campaigns, including digitally, and a background in grassroots or community-based action, with a strong commitment to inclusive and anti-oppressive practice.
As the Organising Lead, you will join our Campaigns Lead and Operations Lead as the third pillar of our self-managing Coordination Team. While line-managing other colleagues and enabling the contributions of members who are unpaid, you will yourself be a member of FPA, and answerable to the group.
We use the digital platform Action Network to run campaigns and communicate with FPA supporters. Our ideal candidate would have the skills to incorporate ladders, tags and custom fields into our digital campaigns to maximise online to offline impact and convert list growth into membership. Compensation Policy
We’ll compensate team members on the following basis:

We have no central office or workspace budget, so it is imperative that you are comfortable working from home

About the role:
This role is offered on a hybrid basis working 3 days at out office in Chandlers Fold and the other 2 days from home.
As a Children & Young Person's Caseworker you will:
- Develop, deliver and monitor safety and support plans for children and young people who accept ongoing support, which will include providing resources, interventions, and information
- Liaise and actively engage with other local providers to share information on the VS service offer and options for victims and survivors
- Use a bespoke case management system to maintain accurate and confidential records and contribute to monitoring information including the collection of outcomes
- Working as part of a team with staff to provide a seamless service to clients
You will need:
- Understanding of the impact of crime on children and young people
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of successfully delivering services and working directly within a statutory, voluntary or multi agency setting(s)
- Ability to balance competing needs and priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience of building effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders
- Personal resilience to manage exposure to highly emotional or sensitive demands of the role
- Ability to manage a caseload including complex case management
- Ability to use generic IT applications competently.
