About the role
We’re looking for a Substance Misuse Worker with experience in mental health and substance use to join our Catford team. Based in a 24 hour residential service, you’ll support adults with severe and enduring mental health needs through rehabilitation and recovery focused support, using your specialist knowledge to help residents and the team overcome personal challenges.
You will deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills. You will be a specialist in comorbidity, supporting the team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents. Some of your duties will include:
- Undertake joint holistic assessments, risk assessments, care plans, and interventions to support harm reduction and minimisation.
 - Set up realistic and flexible strengths-based support plans, working closely with colleagues and support teams to support and advise on interventions and approaches to meet individual needs.
 - Help reduce episodes of crisis and assist residents/participants to access services which can offer alternatives to crisis support.
 - Work closely with support staff and clinical teams to support and advise them on interventions and approaches to meet resident/participant comorbid, complex mental health and substance misuse needs.
 - Support multi-disciplinary teams and the wider community teams with support, advice, signposting, and move on care planning.
 
About you
We are looking for someone who has specialist knowledge on how to support individuals with comorbid and complex needs, with experience in interventions, and in a similar role. Qualifications are desirable if paired with practical experience which is relevant to this role. We look at individual characteristics with the ability to engage with various people who may not want to receive the support, able to build trusting professional relationships, and able to demonstrate resilience, solve challenges, and be proactive. The Soldiers' and Aviators' Scripture Readers Association (known as SASRA) is one of the longest-established Christian charities supporting the British Armed Forces. Under Royal patronage and working with over 70,000 soldiers, 30,000 RAF personnel and some 10,000 supporters of various types, we look to introduce members of the British Armed Forces to a practical experience of the Christian faith.
We are now looking for home-based Regional Managers to help us engage with the Christian public across the UK.
The main function of Regional Managers is to bring before the Christian public the work we do taking the gospel of Jesus Christ and bringing a practical experience of the Christian faith to the young people of the British Army and Royal Air Force.
The Regional Manager will present in churches, manage a team of volunteers, establish and maintain strategic partnerships across their region, lead regional projects and events, and produce and curate a wide variety of content.
The aim is to stimulate and encourage prayer, financial support and volunteering in support and furtherance of the work of SASRA, always respecting the interdenominational nature of our ministry. You will shape and grow the fundraising activities in the region and meet with supporters.
You will have excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills. You’ll also have experience of managing and motivating individuals or groups. Critically, you will possess the spiritual endowment to promote prayer and missionary interest for the Lord's work through the Association in HM Forces.
You will be home-based, but expected to travel inside your region on a regular basis, meeting with supporters and supporting organisations that are raising funds for SASRA

The Centre for Justice Innovation is looking to recruit an Admin Coordinator who will provide administrative support to the criminal justice practice team, helping us to champion and support the implementation of evidence-based approaches in the criminal justice system.
The role will involve providing administrative support to the Head of Women's Justice and the wider criminal justice practice team. This support will help deliver the Centre's programme of work, which focuses on assisting criminal justice practitioners, including probation, police, court staff and specialist 3rd sector practitioners to implement evidence-led approaches in the justice system.
As the Admin Coordinator, you will work to ensure the smooth running of the Centre's Women in Justice and wider criminal justice practice projects, taking responsibility for the logistics of the work, including: (i) coordinating training, workshops and events, including a national conference; (ii) maintaining information systems and documentation; (iii) supporting data collection; and (iv) identifying and responding to queries from practitioners.

It’s a particularly exciting time to join the Development Team - we’ve recently completed a successful capital campaign (£9.5m raised) and are now in planning stages of our next major fundraising initiative.
The role
This role is central to ensuring our supporters feel valued and engaged. You’ll help deliver the operational side of donor stewardship from processing income and coordinating communications, to supporting events and managing donor data. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Academy, including Development, Communications, Finance and Programme Teams, to ensure our donors are well supported and celebrated.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working across teams, communicating clearly, and managing multiple priorities. You’ll be proactive, organised and creative in your approach, with a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in strengthening relationships. Whether you’re coordinating tailored donor communications, supporting the Development Board, or helping deliver impactful events, your work will help ensure our supporters feel understood and appreciated.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will build on established networks, including loyal volunteer communities and church partners, overseeing initiatives such as our Ambassador programme so supporters feel confident representing the charity and sharing updates on national campaigns and community activities. You'll steward relationships at all levels, from pilgrim trek fundraisers to local bake-sale organisers, equipping volunteers with the tools, resources and recognition they need to thrive.
The successful candidate will be an empathetic, proactive relationship-builder with experience of community or volunteer-led fundraising and supporter stewardship. You'll bring strong communication skills, confidence working across faith and community settings, and the organisational flair to juggle multiple projects while maintaining excellent supporter care and compliance. Collaborate with the Head of Public Fundraising to create costed, multi-year plans for supporter retention and growth.
Deliver innovative campaigns to retain donors and increase value, balancing stewardship and cross selling community/events/legacy.
Set and manage budgets and KPIs for stewardship and community, aligned with the fundraising strategy and business plan.
Line manage and develop direct reports, promoting coaching, feedback, creativity, and high performance.
Manage agency relationships to ensure delivery, value for money, and adherence to service agreements.
Use insights to design campaigns, segment audiences, and test new fundraising methods and products.
The Candidate
Experience managing legacy marketing, community and events fundraising, including budgeting, forecasting, campaign planning and delivery.
Proven success using online and offline channels to recruit and retain supporters.
Experience designing and delivering effective community, events and legacy supporter programmes.
Skilled in managing external agencies and ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.
Experience using donor databases for selections, queries, and campaign analysis.
Confident communicating complex issues clearly in writing and speech to diverse audiences.
Desired skills, knowledge and abilities
Interest in refugee and asylum issues and a commitment to learning more.

The Post-Diagnosis Support Programme Manager is a key role at ReMind UK, working across ReMind UK's departments to plan and co-ordinate the delivery of our post-diagnosis interventions. The role works in partnership with local organisations and groups across Bath and North East Somerset, to drive an insight-driven, fully evaluated programme of events and courses at the ReMind UK centre and in local venues. Working closely with ReMind UK's Head of Engagement, Project Co-Ordinator, Chief Executive Officer, and Volunteering and Engagement Coordinator, the post holder will lead on the annual planning, delivery and evaluation of interventions, project managing a small team of facilitators and volunteers and line managing the Project Co-ordinator.
