Communication and campaign creation

• Drafting digital communication and engagement plans to deliver results. 
• Crafting exciting, creative, energetic, simple communications which drive action.

Using results to drive change

• Using insight to inform new plans.

Copy creation 

• Using your strong written and verbal skills to curate and manage high-quality, consistent content across all our delivery platforms: social, Live Well Hub, web, email and PR.

Social media

• Leading on building our impact and engagement on social media with our audiences, in line with our objectives, including supporting engagement campaigns and fundraising. 
• Ensuring that we are using the best tools and techniques by staying up-to-date with trends.
• Monitoring social media, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to enquiries. 
• Using analytics to constantly optimise our social media impact. 

Email

• Developing content for email marketing, including for fundraising and events campaigns.
• Optimising email by A/B testing content to maximise performance through design and content improvements and creating triggered email sequences to build our message. 
• Using audience segmentation and personalisation to support campaigns.
• Using analytics to identify ways to constantly optimise our email impact. 

Website content plus content SEO

• Overseeing content development for the website and checking existing content so our website is kept up-to-date, engaging, and on brand.
• Ensuring web content is optimised for SEO and usability, training staff on best practice.
• Leading team efforts to enhance the website as an engagement tool. 
• Using analytics to identify potential content changes.

Engagement

• Acting as the digital community lead for engagement of our online communities on social media and the Live Well Hub, including guiding team members to follow best practice.  
• Supporting online events and driving positive engagement opportunities.
• Responding proactively and appropriately to online messages and comments.
• Engaging and participating in online community groups and discussions beyond our channels.

Brand communication

• Ensuring all activity aligns with brand priorities.
• Championing on-brand messaging. Acting as a trusted expert on brand tone of voice. 
• Ensuring all media and communications guidelines/policies are followed and kept updated. 
• Sharing best practice with the wider organisation and continuing professional development. 

Creative skills

• Generating and developing creative and innovative ideas with a good eye for brand, design, film and photography.
• Creating engaging collateral through software such as Canva, Photoshop or Indesign.
• Editing small amounts of audio or video (desirable).

We are looking for a Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager to join the National Theatre Development Team.

The purpose of the role

This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of fundraising at the National Theatre, as we look to grow our income from individual members, major donors, trusts and corporate organisations.

Working with the Senior Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager, you will develop a strong fundraising pipeline that will ensure the team can reach their long-term targets.

The Role

The PR Manager plays a central role, working closely with the Head of Media to manage the public relations function of the charity. You will be responsible for helping to develop and execute prominent and high impact national and regional media campaigns, to help people better understand the mission and take action to support it.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Evidence Manager to join our Insight and Evidence team.

In this role, you will be playing an essential role in collating, analysing and communicating the evidence on a wide range of issues relevant to our communities.

We already know a huge amount about the priorities, needs and experiences of people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus. We now want to take this to the next level to inform our evidence-based approach to support our programmes, services and policy work. In this role you will be taking a lead on how we can both broaden and deepen our insight from the available evidence; we want to improve how we communicate and share this information to a wide range of stakeholders; and we want to get better clarity on where the gaps are that most urgently need addressing.

The role is an ideal opportunity for someone who is interested in a wide range of social issues and how they are experienced by and affect our communities. We take an inclusive approach to evidence – we recognise that much important insight is gathered and held in ‘grey literature’ generated by third sector organisations, for example, and value qualitative insights alongside quantitative approaches.

We are looking for someone who embraces this inclusive model and is also flexible and creative: there are novel and interesting approaches to evidence mapping and reviewing (including the use of AI tools, participatory approaches etc.).   • Establish the nominations process

4. Manage strategic relationships

• Manage a portfolio of ED&I focused Strategic Partnerships with organisations from across the skills sector, facilitating their support and engagement with our EDI programmes.

• Advise and support the development of the CEO’s international activities on ED&I with WorldSkills International (WSI).

5. Raise the profile of WorldSkills UK’s ED&I work:

• Work with teams across the organisation to support our Mission to ignite a national and global movement to help more young people, regardless of their background, get the best possible start in work and life.
• Support the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager and Marketing and Communications Team to showcase the impact of our programmes:
  • Help to externally profile and articulate the value and impact of our activities using the channels and tools available
  • Seek opportunities to advocate for our work through stakeholder engagement and networking
  • Support the Corporate Partnerships team to identify and secure commercial income related to our ED&I initiatives.

About the role

The Access Project is an evidence-based, data driven intervention. Central to our programme are the ways in which we use data to ensure each of our students receives the provision they need, to learn about how we can improve our delivery and to evaluate our impact on our students’ university prospects. We have developed sophisticated monitoring and evaluation systems bringing together data from a variety of sources to track students’ progress (impact management) as well as ascertain their outcomes (impact evaluation). We collect data on our students’ academic and socio-demographic background, their participation on our programme and progress on our bespoke university readiness scales, and their academic results and university destinations. We use this data to intervene in real time when delivery goes off-course but also to understand how The Access Project programmes affect student outcomes and publicize this impact externally.

As part of the Strategy and Impact Team, the Data & Insights Lead will be responsible for ensuring all teams have the right data and to deliver and monitor our programme in a timely and effective way. They will manage, analyse, interpret, and present data and information, most of it recorded on our Salesforce system, to enhance the quality of delivery, maximise the achievement of outcomes by participants and ensure that the project achieves the greatest possible social impact. About the Role

You will lead on data analysis and reporting on the data held in Salesforce CRM, improving both the quality and quantity of monitoring and evaluation processes, driving improvements in data capture through training and upskilling the Youth Work team, strengthening the ability of both youth zones to demonstrate the measurable impact of youth work delivered.
