This wonderful charity is looking for a creative and proactive Digital Executive to join a small, friendly Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things digital, helping to bring their brand to life across social media, email, and web.
You’ll manage our social media channels, deliver paid advertising campaigns, keep their website fresh and optimised, and ensure every online supporter journey is smooth and engaging. You’ll also help them tell powerful stories through great content, images and videos that inspire their supporters and make a real difference.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead their day-to-day social activity across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, creating engaging posts and scheduling content.
- Develop and manage online advertising campaigns (PPC and paid social) to grow awareness and income, reporting on results and ROI.
- Keep their website and online shop up to date with optimised content, blogs, videos and campaign pages.
- Assist with email campaigns and automated journeys using Mailchimp.
- Use GA4 and other tools to monitor and improve performance, providing monthly reports.
- Set up and maintain online giving pages and platforms like JustGiving and offer advice on digital fundraising best practice and support colleagues across the organisation
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role.
- Strong skills in social media management, PPC/paid social campaigns, and email marketing.
- Ability to create engaging content for digital platforms.
- Knowledge of website management (CMS), SEO and using analytics to drive improvements.
- Great communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and creativity.
It would be a bonus if you also have:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.

About the role
Individual giving is a fantastic, high performing team, generating over £20 million fundraised income per year. Your role will be pivotal in helping to support the delivery of our fundraising strategy, budget management, as well as being responsible for delivering campaigns to generate income both now and for the future.
If successful, you will be responsible for acquisition and retention communications that talk to thousands of individuals, building relationships with supporters across a wide range of marketing channels (including face-to-face, DRTV, direct mail, digital) and different activities, and driving vital income to support the charity’s research and care objectives.

About you
You’ll either already have some experience of working in a marketing/fundraising environment, or demonstrate a strong desire and attitude to learn quickly about running direct marketing campaigns, working closely with suppliers, to generate income and develop lasting engagement with tens of thousands of supporters.
A well organised person with excellent communication skills, you’ll be managing relationships with key external agencies and in house stakeholders to deliver complex, multi-faceted campaigns while closely monitoring and ensuring they are delivered to budget. You’ll have a real focus on monitoring key campaign metrics to optimise performance.
Working across a range of channels that can include email, online, telemarketing, direct mail, door to door and private site, you’ll understand supporter motivations, and how to increase supporter engagement, testing and evolving our campaigns to best fit what works for our supporters and ensuring that the Breast Cancer Now brand ethos is at the heart of all communications.

Main Responsibilties
Event & Course Management
- Lead on course and webinar registration processes, including delegate bookings, communications, data management and reporting, and producing delegate materials.

- Support stakeholder management at education courses, including communications with patients, sponsors and event supporters.

What the job involves
We’re looking for a Senior Supporter Journeys Executive to help us shape how our supporters experience our charity. Working at the heart of the Individual Giving team, you’ll design and deliver engaging, insight-led journeys that build loyalty, reduce attrition, and encourage long-term support.
This is an exciting time for the charity as we're delivering a new 3-year fundraising strategy with a particular focus on loyalty. In this newly created role, you'll play a key part in making sure every touchpoint, from the first welcome to ongoing engagement, feels personal, timely, and meaningful.
You'll be responsible for developing and improving multi-channel journeys for both new and existing supporters, coordinating the creation of journeys from various channels to help increase conversion. You’ll also support the design and rollout of journeys for key segments, including legacy enquirers and tribute fund donors.
Working with our data and insight colleagues, you’ll monitor journey performance using key metrics like retention and lifetime value. You'll use our CRM and Email Service Provider to identify opportunities, track activity, and coordinate testing of messaging and value propositions to maximise engagement.
As a key collaborator, you’ll work with colleagues across the organisation and with external agencies to ensure our supporter journeys are joined up and focused on the individual.
What we want from you
This role is a great fit for someone with experience in Individual Giving, donor stewardship, or similar supporter experience roles. You'll have a strong understanding of what drives loyalty and retention, and a clear grasp of donor lifetime value.
Your project coordination skills will be essential as you manage multiple priorities across teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient delivery. We need someone who’s comfortable working with data and insight to inform decisions, using CRMs (ideally Raiser’s Edge) and email platforms like Adestra to improve supporter journeys and campaign performance. You'll also have a good working knowledge of direct marketing concepts and multi-channel delivery, including mail, email, and digital.
We're looking for an independent thinker who can not only manage projects but also proactively identify and develop new opportunities from their own observations. With your collaborative mindset, you'll be able to work effectively across teams and adapt to changing priorities, always focused on delivering an exceptional supporter experience that's insight-led and truly impactful.

Job Title: Grants Support Executive
Working hours: This is a full-time post for 35 hours per week, on a permanent contract based at the Charity’s Office in Victoria, London. (The Charity currently operates a minimum of 2 days in the office).

We are seeking a Grants Support Executive to help deliver a grants programme of around £9 million annually, supporting individuals and organisations that make a real difference.
The Role
You will provide administrative and operational support across the grants function, including coordinating committee meetings, supporting grants officers, managing assurance visits, and helping to develop reporting systems. This varied role involves close collaboration with colleagues and partners to ensure funding is well managed and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Secretariat support for committee meetings, including briefs, reports, and minutes.
- Support grants officers in processing applications and deputise when needed.
- Manage assurance visit programmes and follow-up actions.
- Assist with financial and performance reporting for funded organisations.
- Maintain contact databases and oversee information/knowledge management.
About You
- At least three years’ experience in charity grant-making, welfare, or equivalent Armed Forces/MOD background.
- Strong organisational and IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint (Salesforce/MOSAIC an advantage).

What the job involves
We're on the lookout for a motivated Direct Marketing professional to bring their skills to our Individual Giving Team, with a focus on retention campaigns.
Direct Marketing plays an important role in the Charity’s fundraising and overall corporate strategy. We’re looking for a confident and proactive fundraiser to take responsibility for the delivery and ongoing development of our current retention programme.
You’ll deliver timely, targeted, relevant communications to our warm audiences; newly recruited and existing cash supporters and regular givers with the aim of strengthening loyalty and increasing their lifetime value.
With internal and external stakeholders, you’ll project manage existing direct marketing campaigns in the form of direct mail appeals, emails, telemarketing and occasional stewardship events. You’ll consistently analyse KPIs and make evidence-based decisions to help assist with growing the programme and delivering our overall financial target.
What we want from you
Aside from excellent knowledge and experience of working in a direct marketing environment, which includes developing and implementing retention focused direct marketing campaigns, you’ll also have a range of channel experience and marketing knowledge.
You’ll possess first class communication skills, a strong team ethic and you’ll be at ease working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The ability to manage budgets and projects is also essential, along with proven knowledge of data protection and sector compliance. Knowledge of direct marking and fundraising law would be advantageous.

Key accountabilities
Assist the management of Able Child’s brand and external communications, with high quality content.
1. Along with the team, manage Able Child’s social channels, working with external suppliers when applicable, to maintain a professional and engaging external brand.
2. Support the management of a vibrant and responsive website by ensuring content is up to date, professional and engaging; supporting the collection of imagery, videos, case studies and blogs where directed.
3. Produce and distribute Able Child’s quarterly newsletter, contributing with high quality written content and complying with organisational data protection and confidentiality standards.
Assist the management of Able Child’s portfolio of fundraising events.
4. Assist with the delivery of Able Child’s events portfolio when required. This includes but is not exclusive to the London Marathon, the Gala Dinner, the Children’s 10k walk and the Charity Golf Day.
5. Market the events, recruiting, retaining and communicating with participants to support the achievement of income targets.
6. Support with donor stewardship activities post event, engaging new regular donors and supporters to grow our incomes streams.
Assist the delivery of other fundraising work, including but not exclusive to Trusts & Foundations, individual giving and community fundraising.
7. Support the attainment of funds from a variety of Trusts and Foundations, through submitting high quality applications.
8. Support Able Child's individual giving programme, assisting with donor communications, building relationships with donors and growing our income.
9. Support community fundraising activities, empowering existing and newly sourced supporters to independently generate funds through independent events and activities.
Provide other support to the Fundraising and Communications and wider operational teams as agreed, including supporting routine office operations.
10. Maintain our Salesforce database, keeping detailed records of communications, support and donations from individuals and organisations.
11. Support our advocacy objectives, working with the Advocacy team to produce high quality and consistent messaging for use within the international development sector.
12. Support the delivery of unique and ongoing operational activities as required for the effective running of the organisation.
Competencies
Experience
1. At least one years’ experience in a fundraising, communications, marketing or sales support role or similar.
2. Experience of managing or supporting the management of events to, ideally including managing volunteers or supporters to raise funds.
3. Experience or knowledge of writing funding applications, ideally with a demonstrable track record of securing funds from Trusts and Foundations.
Skills and Technical Competencies
4. Creative ability to assist in the production of engaging content for communication in line with the organisational brand and mission.
5. Competency in managing social channels under direction, developing newsletters and other blogs or articles.
6. Basic understanding of WordPress, and other design packages (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) desirable.
