We’re looking for a new HR Lead to build on our existing policies and processes and take our inclusive and high performing culture to the next stage. As HR Lead you will be integrated across the organisation, working at both strategic and operational levels to develop our people practices. You will have experience across the HR spectrum but will be especially skilled at coaching managers, undertaking employee relations case work, recruitment, developing organisational culture, and implementing equity, diversity and inclusion within HR practices. Your ability to building trusting relationships with a wide range of people set you apart, as will your passion for the work we do.

Flexibility
Our London-based staff operate on a hybrid model, working in our office within London South Bank University (one minute from Elephant and Castle tube station) on Mondays and Tuesdays (for full time staff – part-time staff are only required to work one of those days in the office) and at home for the rest of the week. We also have staff outside London who are fully home-based. We would like the HR Lead to work in the London office on either Monday or Tuesday (or both if preferred) but are flexible as to when in the week the remainder of the hours are worked, provided that there is a consistent working pattern each week. We have specified the number of days for this role as 3-4, meaning a minimum of three and a maximum of four, depending on what the appointed candidate is able to offer on a consistent basis each week.

Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and relationship-driven Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager to lead on growing and stewarding First Give’s portfolio of high-value funders. This role will focus on securing income from High Net Worth Individuals and developing corporate partnerships – from first engagement to account management and delivery.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping First Give’s income growth, working closely with our Deputy Director. This role will also support key engagement activities, including hosting donors at student-led Final events and facilitating employee volunteering at schools.

This programme of work, based in Southwark, works among Latin American (Spanish and Portuguese-speaking) communities. About Peer Support
We describe peer support as when people with shared experiences connect to build safe, trusting and non-judgemental relationships through which they learn and grow together. Paid peer support workers in mental health settings have experience of mental health problems and accessing mental health services, and are employed, trained and supported to use their experiences to support others.
About This Role
Darlington Mind are really pleased to be recruiting a Peer Support Worker to a new role within our adult recovery-focused services in Darlington as part of the Tees Valley peer support service.
The role is part of Community Transformation work in the Tees Valley and will be part of an exciting new collaborative service in partnership with Teesside Mind (with similar roles) and with TEWV NHS Foundation Trust who will have peer workers in their Community Mental Health Teams.
Community Transformation is part of the NHS Long Term Plan and represents a shift in the way we deliver care. It considers the whole person, beyond their diagnosis, and what the whole system has to offer, including primary care, local authority, voluntary care sector, alongside families and friends. We are working together to ensure we collectively deliver trauma-informed, person-centred care to meet an individual’s wide-ranging needs.
Role Purpose
You will work with individuals who have accessed adult day services within Darlington Mind and you will be an integrated and valued member of the wider team.
Drawing on your own experience of mental health problems, you will ‘walk alongside’ others on their journey and will inspire hope and belief that recovery is possible.
You will listen non-judgementally to create safe spaces where people feel heard and approach the peer relationship with compassion and curiosity. You will recognise and value each person’s strengths, diversity and expertise in themselves. You will be aware of the impacts of trauma and committed to the importance of working in ways which are sensitive to the needs of trauma survivors.
Important parts of this role also include working within the team to help people’s voices be heard and to promote recovery values. You will be supported to challenge both individual and structural instances of stigma and discrimination related to mental health problems and other forms of exclusion.
At the start of the role, you will attend peer support training alongside other new team members from Mind and TEWV. This training is delivered by people with their own lived experience and experience working in peer roles.

The Advice Services Alliance (ASA) is the umbrella body for the not-for-profit social welfare advice sector in the UK. Our members include national organisations such as Citizens Advice, Age UK, Law Centres Network, Macmillan, and Shelter. Together, our network represents around 2,000 advice outlets across England and Wales.
We exist to champion access to justice by strengthening the advice sector. We do this by promoting collaboration, developing quality standards, influencing policy, and leading sector-wide projects that support the delivery of high-quality, accessible advice.
ASA also owns and manages the Advice Quality Standard (AQS), the only independently audited quality mark designed specifically for providers of generalist and specialist social welfare legal advice services.
We are entering an exciting new phase of strategic development, expanding our impact across the sector and working to ensure advice services are high-quality, sustainable, and accessible to those who need them most.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Manager to lead the AQS Access Pathway Project, funded by City Bridge Foundation. This newly created role will be responsible for redesigning and updating the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) and developing a new progression-based Access Pathway for advice services.
This is a fixed-term role, with funding secured for a minimum of 36 months. You will work closely with our Deputy Director and a wide range of stakeholders to successfully deliver a new version of AQS and its accompanying framework.
Key Responsibilities

Design, manage, and deliver the AQS Access Pathway Project in collaboration with the ASA Deputy Director.

Convene and facilitate a Project Advisory Group comprising ASA members and key stakeholders.

Engage with external stakeholders including auditing and accrediting bodies such as AgeUK, Citizens Advice, Welsh Government, and the Money and Pensions Service.
-
Promote and communicate the project to advice services, funders, and wider voluntary sector audiences.
-
Oversee project monitoring and evaluation, including data collection and reporting to ASA’s Board and funders.
-
Support budget tracking and financial reporting in collaboration with senior leadership.
-
Actively recruit new services to engage with AQS and promote interest in quality assurance across the sector.

Undertake other duties as required to support successful delivery and integration of the project.
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Grants Management Lead who will manage part of ClientEarth’s existing grants portfolio and provide strategic direction within the team and across departments to ensure successful grant management delivery and fundraising.
Meet your Manager
In this role, you will be managed by Jamil De Dominicis. Jamil joined ClientEarth in 2019 and is based in London. As Global Head of Grants, he leads the Grants Management team and oversees ClientEarth’s grants income from trusts, foundations and other statutory and institutional funders. Prior to joining ClientEarth, Jamil worked in various policy, research and grant management roles at the international affairs think tank Chatham House and the National Foundation for Youth Music.
Main Duties
- Manage existing relationships with major foundations and other institutional funders to ensure that funders are aware of project performance and receive regular updates in compliance with grants agreements
- Oversee relationships with senior stakeholders from current and new donors; act as a key facilitator and steward of relationships between funder staff and key programme contacts
- Support on developing and executing the Grants Team Annual Plans and strategy
- Oversee the development and production of well researched and comprehensive proposals and reports to existing donors that meet funding priorities and requirements within the submission deadline, in coordination with programme staff
- Line manage their team effectively by ensuring the Managers and Officers have support and are empowered to lead on their funding portfolios
