SCI is recruiting for the Director of Stakeholder Engagement, reporting to the CEO, with responsibility for the membership and innovation programmes. SCI has been growing over the last few years as the challenges of addressing sustainability, net zero and global health are becoming increasingly urgent and many companies and key stakeholders are looking to collaborate, build knowledge and skill their teams.
The role has responsibility for engaging and growing membership, including continuing to build the expanding corporate partner network, which includes large global blue-chip companies as well as SMEs. Responsibilities also include management of the team of six to deliver the range of membership programmes including the awards programme, careers programmes and the innovation programmes. The role sits on the Senior Management Team responsible for driving the strategy of the charity.
Key areas of responsibility are:
§ Growing membership and membership income.
§ Management of the growing blue-chip Corporate Partners Network.
§ Management of the SCI Awards Programme with awards across the range of early, mid, and senior levels.
§ Management of the SCI Early Career programmes, including the College of Scholars and the SCIdea Entrepreneurs Programme.
§ Coordination of the Innovation Programmes (in collaboration with the CEO and Head of Innovation).

CVAA UK is a membership organisation supporting not-for-profit adoption agencies across the UK who specialise in finding homes for children in care. The CVAA Practice Programme delivers 30 or more online courses each year to those working in the sector, primarily social workers. Role summary
Working within our fundraising and communications team, you will support the management of our communications portfolio of work. The role
This exciting role within NLOS’s senior management team was created to help bring greater strategic alignment across NLOS and its charities and to better capitalise on new and existing opportunities. The post is critical to ensuring that we maximise the resources available to us through increased income generation and by forging strategic partnerships across multiple sectors and fields that allow us to increase and leverage support for each charity and provide a world class customer experience, while protecting and preserving green spaces of international significance. About the role
This is an incredibly exciting and unique opportunity to own and develop the campaign communications strategy. Informed by collaboration with a creative agency, you'll take the lead on in-house team engagement, including coordinating leadership and executive sub-groups. About you
You're a senior communications professional with longstanding experience of fundraising and reputation-raising campaigns.
You get under the skin of a campaign when it comes to brand, marketing collateral and complex stakeholder relations.
You've got exceptional presentation and influencing skills and are adept at gaining the consensus needed to drive projects forward in large, complex organisations.
Ideally, you'll already have experience of fundraising and working on engagement campaigns with donors and philanthropists, or at least be able to demonstrate relevant transferable skills around income generation and behaviour-change campaigns with compelling success stories.

About you and the role
The purpose of this role is to head up development of key partnerships and income streams that will ensure the charity remains financially sustainable and able to deliver our impact at scale. The Head of Lotteries and Gaming will lead the charities Lotteries and Gaming team which has the goal of generating and inspiring support from both new and existing supporters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear vision and strategy to deliver sustainable income growth within the Lotteries and Gaming channel.
- Drive and oversee all day-to-day activity around lotteries and gaming, ensuring campaigns are effectively coordinated and that broader teams are enabled to support delivery

- Take ownership of and oversee day-to-day lottery administration processes

- Manage external suppliers ensuring that expected quality and service levels are maintained whilst cultivating a culture of a mutually beneficial partnership.

- Ensure that the operations of the entire income stream, including those delivered by external parties, adhere to guidance and legislation set out by associated regulatory bodies. This includes but is not limited to the Gambling Commission, Charity Commission, Fundraising Regulator and Chartered Institute of Fundraising best practice guidelines
- Partner with colleagues within the broader Income Generation and Marketing and Communications Teams to ensure consistency of the charity’s brand and message within the department’s activities.
About you:
- Experience of delivering income growth within Individual Giving through prize led fundraising, whilst delivering excellent service to all donors.
- Practical experience collecting and using data to monitor campaigns and make evidence-based recommendations
- Experience of using databases to input, update and extract supporter or customer data
- Experience of leading and managing teams, and motivating, and developing team members.
- Demonstrable knowledge of implementing successful Lotteries and Gaming strategies, processes and campaigns.
