The Healthy Ageing Project will address specific challenges within the community, while actively promoting healthy ageing in practical and effective ways across our network.
We will focus on the strengths and expertise of our member groups to promote engagement with Ireland's unique music, dance, sport, language and culture.
We will work together with our members throughout this three-year journey. About You
Help For Heroes are looking for a highly skilled, professional, and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our expanding clinical team. Are you a committed, flexible OT with a minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience looking to expand your skills and have the opportunity to work with the Armed Forces Community? If you have the ability to work independently but still enjoy having the support of a team, you could contribute your skills and experience to improve quality of life. Are you happy to embrace a flexible work pattern as the position will involve frequent travel to meet veterans in their own homes and communities and other organisational commitments including inductions, training and team meetings which may require some overnight stays? If you have experience of delivering Occupational Therapy in both physical and mental health conditions, then your holistic approach will help improve lives. The Peer Support Coordinator will play a critical role in the delivery of Day One's Peer Support Service. About EFA
English for Action provides free, participatory, and empowering English language classes (ESOL) for migrants in London. Our classes are spaces to build community and support students to organise collectively around issues like employment and housing rights. Our work currently supports around 500 adult migrants across London. We’ve become a national centre of good practice for a radical participatory approach to ESOL, informed by the work of Paulo Freire, and we share this approach through trainings, research and partnerships.

Purpose of the post
The Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role within HDR UK, as the key point of contact and financial support for the Institute Office teams. The Finance Business Partner supports key non- finance stakeholders to provide timely and insightful analysis and reporting and supports with the alignment of financial plans to operational and strategic priorities. The role will support the HDR UK’s non- Core funds and programmatic areas and will be responsible for proactive fund financial management, supporting the Fund budget holders in ensuring appropriate planning and utilisation of the fund expenditure. The role is responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication between the Finance team and the wider business and for ensuring that financial concepts and priorities are understood by the programme teams.
Main responsibilities
- Work with Budget Holders to manage financial performance, forecasts, and budgeting including understanding financial opportunities and risk for the area of business partnership.

Key duties:

This is a new role for the Circuit, replacing a volunteer. In designing the position, the Circuit has aimed for maximum flexibility to secure the best candidate for the role. Initially, the person will need physically to attend some meetings to familiarise themselves with the Circuit's operations and ensure a smooth hand-over. For the right person, though, there will be considerable flexibility about how the duties are fulfilled in the longer-term. It is specifically expected that the role will allow for flexible scheduling to accommodate other responsibilities, including caring.
The Richmond & Hounslow Circuit comprises seven churches in southwest London. As with all Methodist circuits, these churches function autonomously yet collaborate closely in their ministry and mission efforts. The Circuit oversees joint resources, including staff and property. Presently, it employs four full-time ordained ministers, one full-time lay pastor, and a part-time administrator. As a part of the Methodist Church, its mission is “to respond to the gospel of God’s love in Christ and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission”. To fulfil this mission, the Circuit fosters a broad spectrum of ministry within its congregations, focusing on worship but also engaging in outreach to the homeless, asylum seekers, new parents, and various other groups.
