About the Role

As Employer Engagement Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Develop and Manage Partnerships

• Build and nurture relationships with employers and stakeholders to develop ringfenced and exclusive job opportunities for care-experienced young people.
• Represent DFF at external networking events and local borough employment and skills initiatives.
• Ensure all partners understand the unique challenges faced by care-experienced young people and the benefits of inclusive hiring.

Recruitment & Opportunity Management

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for both young people and employers, including a final CV’s and cover letter review (our Career Specialists will have developed these with the young people), occasional interview preparation, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and outcomes using Salesforce (daily updates required).
• Deliver monthly reports and feed into quarterly funder and trustee updates.

Collaboration & Internal Engagement

• Facilitate weekly sessions with the Careers Team to ensure alignment on opportunities.
• Use data, focus groups, and staff insights to guide strategic recruitment activities.

Training & Awareness

• Deliver training to partners who are recruiting care-experienced young people to facilitate successful and sustained employment.
• Ensure every young person hired has access to a trained workplace buddy or mentor.

Impact & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor labour market changes and share insights at team meetings.
• Aim to increase the percentage of care-experienced young people placed into exclusive partner roles.
• Provide real-life success stories and case studies for communication purposes.

About You

As Employer Engagement Manager, you will have experience in a similar role, ideally working with corporate clients or within a recruitment/employer engagement capacity.

With proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, you will be a confident communicator, able to present effectively to stakeholders and promote DFF’s services. You will have strong organisational and project management skills and proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Main Purpose

The RCOphth provides education, support and professional development for ophthalmologists of all grades and across all of their roles. It also contributes to education in eye care and ophthalmology for undergraduate medical students and practitioners in other medical specialties and ophthalmic professions. The RCOphth aims for all its audiences to be able to access the ophthalmology education they need, when and where they want it, and in the form most appropriate for the learner and the learning material.

You will work closely with colleagues and editors/co-editors to ensure that this membership benefit is valued by the membership and external audiences and their experience when using the platform is optimised.

• Management of the INSPIRE digital learning platform (Brightspace)

Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation.  We deliver front line support to women harmed by the criminal justice system, through our work in prisons, in the community and ‘through the prison gate’ as they resettle back into their communities. Job Purpose:

To lead the operational delivery of Women in Prison’s services across Wandsworth, Sutton and Merton, including the management of the Wandsworth Hub and line management of two Advocates. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed support for women affected by the criminal justice system and will also support the development and integration of a new South London-based project focused on women who have had children removed or are at risk of child removal.ma

Key Responsibility Area

1. Lead operational delivery of the South London Women’s Hubs, ensuring trauma-informed, high-quality support for women affected by the criminal justice system.
2. Provide strong leadership to staff teams, fostering a culture of learning, inclusion and accountability

Programme development:   

• Support the design of Money Ready’s programme development cycles.

About the role

With demand for our services growing, we are seeking a Trusts and Foundations Manager to help power our mission through strategic, long-term funding partnerships. This is a pivotal role in our high-performing Fundraising Team, focused on securing and growing income from charitable trusts, foundations, statutory sources and the National Lottery. You’ll lead on developing high-value, often multi-year proposals, managing a healthy pipeline, and building strong relationships with funders to deliver impactful, sustained funding for our vital work.

The Society

The Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers) is the learned society and professional body for geography and geographers. It is also a charity and a membership organisation. The Society was founded in 1830 and has been one of the most active of the learned societies ever since. The Role

As part of a small team, the Events and Exhibitions Manager will support the Head of Venue and New Business Development with sales, planning and delivery of events and exhibitions for external venue hire clients as well as support Society colleagues with internal event planning.

Event support includes use of the computerised room bookings system, ability to set-up and operate basic audio-visual and IT equipment, event support and post-event administration including customer invoicing.

The Events and Exhibitions Manager will also work with colleagues in an extended team, including Facilities Manager, Front of House and Audio-Visual staff, plus contracted cleaners and commissionaires in providing a first-rate service primarily for these third- party events.

Job Purpose

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for strategic and operational oversight of the effective delivery of the Creating Community Connections Pilot, ensuring the successful delivery of the pilot project, balancing the demands of supporting the various partnerships between funders, providers, and stakeholders to collectively deliver the required impact and ensure contract compliance.

Creating Community Connections is a three-year Domestic Abuse (DA) pilot Project, funded by HMPPS. The project is led by a partnership of women’s centre providers - Women in Prison, Anawim, Together Women, and Nelson Trust and aims to connect women in prisons with vital specialist community support services across the country, especially women's centres and organisations providing support around DA. By connecting prisons and women in custody to a network of local women’s services, we hope to aid resettlement and support engagement with holistic support to meet women’s needs, address root causes of offending, improve outcomes on release and intercept cycles of trauma, disadvantage, and abuse, with a particular focus on DA services. The project will ultimately support women who have experienced domestic abuse and work with them so that their experiences do not negatively influence their opportunity of successful resettlement back into the community.

I am currently recruiting an Interim Talent Acquisition Manager on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) for an established not-for-profit organisation based in East London. The role will pay £48,563 per year and will start in early August 2025. This role will involve hybrid working with at least 1 day per week in the office and the remainder working from home.

Reporting to the Head of People and managing 2 Recruitment Coordinators and a Recruitment Administrator, the successful candidate will come from an in-house recruitment background and understand how to manage internal recruitment processes, with experience of advising hiring managers on recruitment campaigns for roles across various industries, such as fundraising, digital, finance, safeguarding, volunteer management, project management etc.

Experience in the Charity sector would be advantageous and you will have experience of managing and motivating a team. You should have a track record of implementing initiatives to ensure an inclusive recruitment process from the start of a recruitment campaign to the onboarding process, and strategies to increase the diversity of candidate pools, as well as other candidate attracting methods.

You will need to have an understanding of legislation and external developments and how they impact the work of the Recruitment team.
