The Social and Digital Marketing Manager works closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, Income Generation and Engagement directorate and the Children’s Services directorate to develop and deliver digital campaigns across the charity to increase reach and brand awareness, deepen engagement, and encourage support from our warm and cold target audiences.

As a proactive member of a small and ambitious Marketing and Communications team, you will contribute to both generating content for ongoing communications and upcoming exciting campaigns, in particular planning, creating and publishing content for some key projects - our attendance at and partnership with Carfest, our September appeal and Play in Healthcare Week 2026 (13 to 17 October). You will also be the go to digital expert supporting and advising colleagues, so they are able to ideate and generate content independently where necessary.

Mainly remote (at least initially), with in-person attendance required at monthly team meetings and in-person membership related events which may take place at differing locations, across the UK.

Purpose of the Role

The Membership & Communications Manager is a new part time role at the School Partnerships Alliance, reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with our Executive Assistant. You will join us at an exciting time as we develop our new organisational strategy and expand our current school membership offer. As this is a new position this post does not currently have direct reports, but there may be an opportunity to recruit additional team member(s) as the organisation continues to grow over the next 12-18 months. You will be required to work closely with both our CEO and Director of Programmes and Research to lead on the development and delivery of the membership strategy, both stewarding and growing our membership base year on year. You will also be required to manage our new website, provide support with our social media, and ensure that all member communications align with both our brand values and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a new, robust membership strategy that supports the S.P.A.’s key objectives. This will include new member acquisition, current member retention and ensuring that stewardship of school members is effective and fit for purpose. You will work with the Director of Programmes and Research to help deliver a credible school partnerships CPD programme and collaborate with the wider S.P.A. team to create a tangible, attractive membership offer (both on and off-line) that will bring schools together, challenge existing partnership practice and support new thinking.
• Actively identify, solicit and enrol new schools as members, building and maintaining an evolving pipeline of new membership prospects.
• Plan and prepare for meetings with current and potential members and accompany CEO and/or Director of Programmes and Research to cultivation meetings where appropriate.
• Be the first point of call for all members and with the support of the Executive Assistant to the CEO, oversee the processing of all new membership applications, renewals and invoices and ensure all enquiries from existing and prospective members are responded to in a timely manner.
• Work with the wider team to confirm a calendar of membership events across the school year. These will take place both online and/or in locations across the UK, so occasional travel will be required.
• Oversee the membership budget and provide quarterly income forecasts and reports to the CEO and Trustees, monitoring and reporting against income targets.
• Build and maintain partnerships with wider S.P.A. stakeholders to include external school membership organisations, MATs and S.P.A. trustees.
• Empower S.P.A. staff and our trustee board to support membership development, utilising their talents and networks effectively.
• Lead on the preparation of high-quality digital membership communication and related marketing and event materials.
• Oversee the establishment of an appropriate administration system to ensure effective membership tracking, due diligence, and to ensure that the S.P.A. has a robust, professional approach to member stewardship.
• Ensure all membership delivery complies with our internal protocols and all external regulations.
• To attend relevant S.P.A in person events.
• To be an active ambassador for the organisation and carry out any other related duties deemed commensurate with the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Passionate advocate for young people and a commitment to the School Partnerships Alliance’s central mission.
• A minimum of 3 years non-profit membership/communications/fundraising experience in a relevant role would be desirable.
• A proven track record of securing membership subsidies and/or donations from trusts and foundations, corporate partners and major donors.
• Excellent relationship and people management skills, varying your style to the needs of the audience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

As Finance Manager for The Angelou Centre you will have a key leadership position. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of our finances, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements while ensuring our services are sustainable through sound financial planning. You will work closely with the Executive Director and Trustee Board to provide accurate insights and projections that support long-term growth and resilience.

You will play a pivotal role in reviewing and establishing a robust finance and administrative system and procedures, managing risks and ensuring our charity finances can support delivery of our mission. You will also contribute to the development of funding applications, tenders, and financial strategies. You will play a key role in supporting funding applications, demonstrating impact through financial reporting, and building processes that enable future growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight

• Lead all aspects of day-to-day financial operations
• Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly management accounts to be presented to the Trustees and Executive Director
• Develop and maintain budgets for the whole organisation and departments
• Monitor and report on VAT liability, ensuring accurate submissions and VAT reclaim where appropriate

About the job

The Area Manager (AM) is responsible for the coordination, management, development, and representation of DRC programming in the North or South of Yemen. S/he will oversee program implementation according to DRC strategies in Yemen and ensure that operations are implemented within DRC’s regulations, procedures, guidelines, and strategy; enable a productive and accountable relationship with beneficiaries, communities’ leaders/representatives, relevant governmental authorities, regional coordination teams (RCTs), sub-national clusters, donors, national and International NGOs and UN Agencies.  The AM is DRC’s primary representative with relevant actors in the area of responsibility; s/he is the line manager for all staff with area responsibilities and s/he is responsible for ensuring a result-oriented team. The incumbent will also ensure a safe environment for DRC staff, beneficiaries and assets through a proactive-acceptance approach using DRC’s security framework. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Representation and Coordination  

• Participate in SMT representing Area of Responsibility (AOR)
• Represents all aspects of programs and operations and has overall accountability for their AOR 
• Act as the primary DRC representative at the area level and actively participate in all relevant fora/meetings
• Foster relationships with Government authorities and other relevant stakeholders in the area of operation
• Develop, implement, and regularly revise a DRC engagement strategy aligned to the National Strategy  
• In coordination with the CD, Head of Program, and Advocacy advisor ensure that the DRC program in the area contributes to DRC´s advocacy efforts, nationally, regionally, and internationally. 
• Maintain close working relationships with donors, national and international organizations, and local counterparts.

•  Line manages area support and program staff ensuring inter-department co-ordination; 
• Enable an effective team through result-oriented management systems, providing leadership, on-job capacity building and designing staff development strategies.
• Ensure detailed capacity building plan for staff is in place and regularly followed up on;
• Closely coordinate with the senior management team and sector coordinators ensuring regular information flows, adherence to sector strategies, proposal development processes and safety regulations.

•  Lead the process of adapting DRC national strategy to the local context and circumstances in coordination with the Head of Programme and Technical Coordinators

•  Provide regular analysis on the context and humanitarian situation in the area for the development of project proposals and safety assessments.  

Local Partnerships

•  Lead the identification of local partners within AOR for sector-specific interventions
•  In coordination with the Partnerships & Localization unit, support the capacity assessment of partners and the development of tailored capacity building plans
•  Manage local partnerships at field level (within AOR) and ensure follow-up with partners on quality implementation, in line with DRC policies and procedures.

Safety and Security  

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for DRC staff, beneficiaries, and assets by ensuring the local security procedures are up to date and SOPs are being followed in line with the SMP and DRC policy, promoting regular staff training, providing safety and security analysis, recommendations, and follows-ups.

Accountability 

• Ensure overall provision of and adherence to DRC policies, procedures, guidelines, donor regulations, systems and standard practices. 
• Promote compliance with DRC policies and practice with respect to safeguarding, code of conduct, safety and security, anti-harassment, and other relevant policies and procedures.

Operational  

• Provide leadership in overseeing of all logistical/procurement, HR/administration and office services activities and ensure their timely/efficient delivering, including office scale-up/scale-down based on funding and contextual changes.
• Lead on recruitment of senior staff in coordination with SMT, as appropriate.  
• Maintain oversight of narrative and budget development of proposals and concept notes.

The Role: Family Services Manager

As our Family Services Manager, you will provide operational and strategic oversight of all service delivery at Home-Start Lambeth. You will be instrumental in ensuring our services deliver real value to the families we support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Leadership: Oversee and develop service delivery, ensuring strategic and operational priorities are met.
• Team Management: Line manage and support our dedicated Family Coordinators and Volunteering Officer, fostering a culture of learning and development.

Your role

The Mission Learning and Inclusion Manager will help us deepen how we learn, grow, and reflect together as a global mission movement. In this unique role, you will foster a culture of learning and inclusion across CMS - in the UK and around the world.  You will:

· Cultivate reflective mission practice, encouraging the sharing of insights and experience from diverse global contexts

• Champion diversity and inclusion, helping nurture a culture where all people are valued, empowered, and able to thrive
• Encourage spiritual practices that sustain and shape our life in mission, enriched by wisdom from across our global community

As Project Manager within the transformation programme team, you’ll take the lead on delivering a key strategic project – ensuring it is well-scoped, carefully planned, and delivered on time, on budget, and in line with its intended benefits.

Beyond leading your assigned project, you’ll play an important role in supporting effective resource and dependency management across the wider programme. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues to coordinate delivery, align priorities, and ensure interdependencies are actively managed.

You’ll also be part of a team that’s shaping how we deliver change across the organisation – championing best practice in project management, encouraging cross-functional working, and contributing to continuous improvement as we build a stronger, more agile MS Society.

We are looking for someone with

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, including budget management of over £250k
• Experience of leading project delivery teams
• Skilled in working across cross-functional teams to align around shared goals
• Proficient in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, with the ability to apply a blended approach
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, build trust, and maintain effective relationships
• Strong problem-solving, planning, prioritisation, and time management abilities
• Confident in assessing risks and issues accurately and taking appropriate action
• Knowledge of data platforms and CRM technologies is desirable

Please note this is a fixed term role for 12 months.
