We have an exciting opening for a full time Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser within our friendly and supportive Income Generation Team, based at our site in Farnham, Surrey. This role will see you working with a variety of businesses, large and small, local, national and even multinational companies across our catchment area. You will be helping companies to understand the impact of their support, using stories to engage with contacts at all levels and helping to support them with events, challenges, sponsorship and volunteering. You will have the opportunity to come up with new ideas to engage and build the support of our corporate partners. It’s a fun and varied role and no two weeks are the same, so you’ll need to bring lots of energy to the position!

About You

A successful Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser will:

• Have experience working within corporate charity partnerships or a commercial business development/account management environment with transferable relationship management skills
• Have the ability to work in a busy team, managing conflicting priorities and be adaptable to changing demands on your time
• Be a natural people person with strong communication skills to engage with a variety of corporate contacts at various levels within organisations on the phone, face to face and in written communications
• Have excellent presentation skills and present themselves professionally
• Have experience working with supporters/customers/volunteers to deliver exceptional service and support, with a solution-focused approach
• Be confident in managing your own time with the ability to work independently and proactively
• Enjoy building effective relationships with colleagues as part of a lively team
• Have a flexible approach to working hours as the role involves some evening and weekend working and be prepared to travel across the PT catchment area to maximise fundraiser support
• Possess a full driving licence and their own car

About the role:

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and personable experienced fundraiser to become a valued part of our close-knit team.

Reporting to the Community, Corporate and Events Lead, this role supports our ambition to generate income through community fundraising, corporate partnerships, and a wide range of events. You will proactively manage projects and build strong relationships with individuals, businesses and community groups, while also line-managing two enthusiastic team members.

Alongside maximising opportunities with our existing supporters, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing new ideas, partnerships and activities. Your work will help to grow this vital income stream and ensure we continue to connect meaningfully with the communities and organisations that champion Princess Alice Hospice.

This is primarily an office‑based role due to the team‑management and supervisory responsibilities. We expect most work to be carried out on-site to support new team members and ensure effective collaboration. However, once established in the role, there may be scope to work from home up to two days per week, depending on performance, team needs, and operational requirements.

About you:

For you the supporter is key, whether they’re a running in a marathon, holding a tea party, or a corporate partnership taking part in an international sponsored bike ride.

You’ll be enthusiastic, highly organised, and able to multitask effectively. With strong verbal and written communication skills, you’ll also have some experience in charity fundraising, particularly community fundraising—whether voluntary or paid. Strong in administrative tasks, you’ll be confident in managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail. We’re looking for an experienced Fundraiser to provide maternity cover and ensure the smooth delivery of our Individual Giving programme. In this key role, you’ll help maintain stable income and deliver essential activity across our Individual Giving strategy.

This role is in the Community, Events and Education team who sit within the Mass Engagement department. About the Role

The Senior Community and Events Fundraising Officer is responsible for managing fundraising partnerships with small and medium-sized enterprises, including developing new business opportunities and creating stewardship journeys for employee fundraising. The role also manages WaterAid’s corporate events such as WaterAid’s Dragon Boat Race, working with choir groups to fundraise as part of the Sing for Water event, and stewards the 4Water volunteer network. 

In addition, the role supports the delivery of WaterAid’s virtual fundraising products, including Walk for Water, Just Water and Swim Marathon. This includes delivering excellent supporter journeys and developing fundraising resources to effectively steward and engage these audiences.

To be successful, you’ll need:

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive fundraiser with experience in community, events and corporate fundraising. You will have:

• At least 4 years’ experience working within a community and events fundraising team, with responsibility for corporate or SME fundraising and employee engagement, event management and delivery of charity owned events, and fundraising product development. 
• Experience of managing budgets, analysing data, and reporting on performance.  
• Experience of working on virtual fundraising products.  
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire supporters and communicate the impact of their support.

Supporter Care and Engagement Fundraiser

We are seeking a motivated and organised Supporter Care and Engagement Fundraiser to help deliver an outstanding supporter journey for a national children’s charity.

About the Role

This is a key frontline role within a driven and collaborative Fundraising and Communications team. You will play an essential part in delivering excellent supporter care, managing fundraising systems and strengthening engagement across the charity’s growing supporter base.

About you

Do you want to use your skills to make it possible for people with myeloma to live longer and better lives?  We are looking for someone with experience of delivering high quality supporter journeys and delivering fundraising projects and activities to join our Legacy & In Memory Giving team. Helping to grow income and supporting and delivering the Legacy & In Memory Giving fundraising strategy. 

You will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills with good attention to detail and be able to follow procedures accurately.  Being successful in building effective relationships, self-motivated with the ability to manage a wide range of tasks under pressure and committed to making a difference is essential.

Previous experience of working in a cancer or healthcare charity, talking to bereaved and vulnerable supporters and using Raiser’s Edge or a similar CRM system would be an advantage but not essential.

About the role

The Legacy & In Memory Giving Fundraiser will help support and deliver the Legacy and In Memory Giving fundraising strategy.  You will have compassionate communication skills, especially when talking to supporters who are recently bereaved and you will develop and deliver outstanding stewardship programmes that offer support and drive retention.

This role requires using data and insight to help deliver the Legacy marketing programme, whilst also supporting the day-to-day Legacy and estate administration, dealing with solicitors, legal representatives and executors.  You will proactively develop In Memory Giving fundraising, maximising the fundraising products, channels and messaging already available, as well as identifying new opportunities that are suitable for the Legacy & In Memory audience.

The role will also include working with colleagues, maximising cross team collaboration and ensuring appropriate Legacy and In Memory stewardship across all fundraising specialisms.

The Alumni Engagement Manager is a key role dedicated to nurturing lifelong relationships between the School and its global alumni and parent(s) of alumni community. By leading meaningful engagement, communications, and events, the role supports strategic initiatives that build a strong sense of community and encourage ongoing philanthropic support.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

Engagement and events:

• Execute a successful series of annual alumni and parents of alumni events locally and in the US, ensuring robust attendance, and driving successful event-based fundraisers when applicable

• Plan and support annual milestone reunions

• Schedule and host alumni tours and visits to the campus

• Actively facilitate meaningful networking and connection opportunities among current students, employees, and alumni, including alumni-to-alumni engagement

• Oversee the alumni and Grade 12 mentor program with the Office of Student Advising

• Manage the onboarding of the graduating Grade 12 class into the alumni network throughout the students’ final year at ASL, with event engagement and a fundraising appeal, in partnership with the high school leadership team

• Coordinate with the Director of Development and Giving Manager to annually promote fundraising appeals and giving challenges at alumni events and in alumni communications

Communications:

• Execute alumni communications in coordination with the Director of Development and the Communications team

• Write, design, and publish a monthly alumni newsletter, London Calling

• Research, meet, and conduct interviews with alumni of note in order to write monthly in-depth feature stories in London Calling

• Serve as lead on alumni networking software (ASLConnects, a Graduway site)

• Develop alumni content for ASL social media and online alumni platforms.

• Partner with the Giving Manager to drive success and class engagement during Grade 12 class gift campaign drive each year

• Monitor and provide updates for alumni web pages 

• Assist with copywriting for alumni fundraising around the Annual Fund and other fundraising initiatives as requested by the Director of Development

• Work with the Web Editor to ensure that alumni pages of ASL website are up-to-date, relevant, and compelling

Additional responsibilities:

• Design and occasionally send mass broadcast emails and invitations related to alumni and/or parents of alumni, in coordination with the Director of Development

• In partnership with the Communications team, build monthly London Calling features on ASL (a Finalsite website), including news stories, in memoriam notes, and class notes

• Handle daily alumni inbox communications, including processing web login and alumni portal access requests

• Manage the Eagle mascot volunteers, and select student-facing events 

• Photograph alumni and parents of alumni groups and events

• As requested, provide occasional copywriting and copy editing support to the rest of the Development team, including non–alumni specific projects

• Perform any other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, including occasional weekend and evening hours for event coverage 

Essential qualifications/experience:

• A proven track record of event planning experience with high attention to detail, time management, budget oversight, specific management knowledge of AV and decor, and handling multiple event projects simultaneously

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, highly organized and a problem-solver, positive and friendly, strong people management and interpersonal skills

• Collaborative team colleague and a self-starter

• Ability to adjust to dynamic event environments with ease

• A proven commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children

Desirable qualifications/experience:

• Demonstrable alumni relations experience, building and developing effective relationships

• Educated at degree level

• Independent and/or international school experience

• Knowledge proficiency in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge

• Knowledge proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud

• Experience working with volunteers 

• Fundraising experience as it relates to cultivation and stewardship

• Experience working with effective digital marketing and communication tools including web-editing, social media communications and bulk email marketing
