We are looking to recruit Project Coordinator(s) (Fathers team) you will be responsible for delivering a range of services supporting Future Men’s work with fathers. The post holder will alongisde direct work with fathers, support the Senior Leadership Team with formulating a strategy for developing work with fathers across localities, in line with FM’s vision, mission and values and Business Plan. A key element will be to support new developments, identify best practice in work with fathers and embed these in current services.

This full-time permanent role is based in south London and work alongside statutory services.

 At Future Men, through our practice-led services, we work with boys and men from childhood through to Fatherhood, to help them become healthy, dynamic, future men. From structured school programmes and youth hubs, to individual one-to-one sessions and outreach work, we provide the vital support and advocacy that changes boys and young men’s lives for the better. We focus our work with boys and men who face structural discrimination and disadvantage, including of race, income, and community.

About the role

Join Dementia UK as Head of Governance, Compliance and Risk, where you will help the charity and its workforce comply with all necessary regulations and manage risks to the organisation, its employees, clients, reputation, assets and the interests of stakeholders.

As part of the governance team, you will work with senior managers across the organisation as a trusted advisor, providing day-to-day coordination and oversight of all governance bodies, meetings and working groups. You will also support the efficient flow of information to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services, enabling them to update the Trustee Board effectively.

You will play a major role in making sure that the policies set by the charity are strictly followed by the entire workforce. This diverse workforce includes volunteers, employees, sessional workers and consultants. You will be responsible for maintaining messaging and behaviour that reflect the necessary rules and regulations, providing assurance that the charity complies with both external requirements and internal policies.

Additionally, you will oversee the operational requirements relating to insurance and develop effective plans to manage crises (including business continuity plans) or respond to compliance breaches.

The ideal candidate will hold a university degree in a business-related discipline, complemented by a relevant postgraduate qualification and professional certification (such as IRM Qualification, IA Cert, CIA, or Chartered Internal Auditor). You will demonstrate a thorough understanding of risk and regulatory frameworks, supported by extensive senior leadership experience in compliance and risk management within a public sector or not-for-profit environment. You will also have a strong track record of supporting internal audits from initiation through to the completion of action points, alongside a proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders both within and external to the organisation.

To deliver sessions to children, young people and their families that are diagnosed with or being assessed for neurodevelopmental conditions.

To support the development and delivery of bespoke programmes of support to children and young people and their families, under the guidance of the Service Delivery Manager.

As a practitioner, you will hold a caseload, will work as part of a team, undertaking assessments and delivering a range of evidence-based interventions for those on your caseload focused on neurodevelopmental conditions.

The service is underpinned by principles centred around THRIVE and Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies.

Key responsibilities

· Through a holistic approach, assess the needs and strengths of the referred child or young person and help them and their families identify and implement strategies that will support them, help them identify individual goals (through identification and implementation of strategies) to achieve desired change

· Deliver bespoke programmes of support, to families of children and young people diagnosed with or being assessed for neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autistic Spectrum Condition and/or ADHD. This could take the form of time limited 1:1 or group sessions or a blended approach depending on the needs presenting themselves

· Use creative, engaging approaches and own knowledge along with research-based methods and models to meet the emotional wellbeing needs of CYP

· Record and collect data with various tools and use this to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions

· To take responsibility for own caseload of children, young people and families some with complex and multiple needs

· To involve children, young people and their parents in the co-production of programmes, activities and services

· To keep accurate records of individual engagement, evidence of change and celebrate progress with children and young people

· To provide, record and report the appropriate data to ensure support programmes can be accurately monitored and evaluated 

· To provide written case studies as evidence of the effectiveness of individual interventions

· To take responsibility for the more complex cases/situations presenting within the service

· To assist with the development and progression of the service by adhering to all communication requests and assisting with peer progression development when requested through case supervision

About the role

We currently have 80 staff members using Salesforce daily. This role provides technical expertise to the CRM users and wider charity, while also carrying out vital audits, project support and administrative duties.

The role of Junior Salesforce Administrator works together with the rest of the team, managed by the Database Manager, to ensure users and projects are supported efficiently and that our Salesforce instance is effectively maintained and maximised.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to support tickets from internal stakeholders, performing analysis, information gathering, troubleshooting, and escalating while communicating through our support tickets system. 
• Monitoring on-going processes and correcting/escalating any issues that occur. 
• Managing data and keeping records accurate, up to date and consistent. Performing audits to identify irregularities across the system.
• Building Salesforce reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Create, edit, and maintain Salesforce list views, objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and users. 
• Deliver and support with training and development of all users including their initial induction, as well as follow up training sessions and clinics.
• Assist with testing new enhancements and add-ons from Salesforce releases and custom internal enhancements.

You will conduct Carers Assessments in which you identify the needs of carers to determine the support they require, which may include financial support, respite care for the person they care for, and practical assistance.  You will form Support Plans with carers which show the ways in which support will be provided to improve their health and wellbeing, and help them in their caring role, and you will assist carers to access appropriate support.  Your periodic reviews with carers will monitor the effectiveness of Support Plans to ensure carers continue to receive the help they need. 

You will work closely with colleagues, the charity’s partners and other organisations to coordinate care and support for carers, facilitating introductions with other care providers and ensuring carers receive information to help them in their caring role.  Key to your work is ensuring services ‘join-up’ so that coordinated, highly professional support is provided to carers.

You will maintain a record of your work by using our databases which you will use to produce quarterly reports and case studies demonstrating the impact of your work.

As a Senior Executive, your main focus is to build relationships and connections within the hospital in order to increase the Charity’s visibility, drive income growth and referrals from patient families, visitors and hospital staff.

Key Responsibilities

This is a varied role where you will:

• Engage and develop strong working relationships with hospital staff members.
• Roll out a patient family fundraising training programme, delivering training to staff groups, identifying fundraising champions within the hospital and increase patient family referrals.

• Experience working with the public in a customer facing role. 
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders of all levels of seniority.

At Toc H Newport, we offer co-produced activities, outreach services and practical support to some of the most disadvantaged individuals and families in the area, reaching over 600 individuals in 2024.Our vision is of a neighbourhood where everyone has the strong community life, emotional wellbeing and socioeconomic opportunities needed to flourish.

Our centre for service delivery is the Toc H Community Centre in Eveswell, Newport, where our offer includes our popular Stay and Play sessions for low-income families, and children’s after-school club Active Juniors. Our activities and services are incredibly popular, and we hold longstanding partnerships with local agencies and stakeholders. 

It is an exciting period of growth for Toc H Newport, with a number of new funding streams making it possible for us to reach many more families in need across Newport in 2025 and beyond. This includes a £300,000 grant from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s Community Ownership Fund, allowing us to soon complete a full structural and interior renovation of our facilities.  Following a Community Asset Transfer, our space will soon triple in size, meaning we can offer more activities and services to more local people. When a child or young person is diagnosed with cancer life is turned upside down – for them and their family.  Fear, isolation, extreme money worries, not knowing where to turn – this is the reality for many.

The Role 

We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our London & South East Team supporting children and young people diagnosed with cancer.

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality support tailored to the needs of the children and young people and their families. The work we do is rewarding but also complex and demanding. You will be part of a close-knit Young Lives vs Cancer social work team, working with an established NHS multi-disciplinary team and services in the community.

This role is part home, part site-based. Your contractual base will be both Home and Hospital.

About You

You will be committed to delivering high quality social work support to promote the best outcomes for the children, young people and families we work with. You will need to be resourceful and resilient. You will have a positive attitude and be willing to embrace difference. As part of the wider Young Lives vs Cancer team you will actively engage with the work of the charity and welcome opportunities to get involved.

You will have:

• A recognised Social Worker qualification and current registration with Social Work England/ Scottish Social Services Council/Social Care Wales/Northern Ireland Social Care Council
• Experience working with children, young people and their families/carers in a social care setting.
• Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment, ideally in an NHS setting.
• Sound knowledge of child and young people development.
• An understanding of the impact of serious illness for children, young people and their families.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

This full-time role focuses on children and families, leading the development and delivery of our Creative Outreach Programme and supporting all child and beneficiary engagement. The successful applicant will also help develop and expand our Arts Hub activities; working closely with young people, freelance creatives, and our small, dedicated team to offer meaningful, high-quality creative experiences.

Candidates should be:

· A confident drama teacher/facilitator

· Enthusiastic and passionate about engaging children in arts activities

· Highly motivated, organised and efficient

· A good team player with an ability to communicate effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds

The Children’s Programme Lead is responsible for:

· Developing and delivering our Creative Outreach Programme for children aged 7+

· Supporting all child and beneficiary engagement at Scene & Heard

· Developing new activities under our Arts Hub initiative

· Collaborating with freelance artists and facilitators to co-deliver workshops

· Safeguarding and monitoring child wellbeing during all activities

· Representing Scene & Heard with families, schools, and external partners

· Leading on impact measurement and reporting for children’s programmes

· Supporting our wider creative and organisational work as part of a small, integrated team

· Working evenings/weekends as required for courses, productions and events

The Children’s Programme Lead reports to the CEO & Artistic Director and collaborates closely with all members of the staff team.
