The CST Client Advisor will play a pivotal role in assisting clients transitioning from military to civilian life by providing tracking, referral, and job matching services.
Working closely with the Central Support Team (CST), the CST Client Advisor will offer advice and guidance to both clients and employers, utilising the Meganexus CRM and the CTP internet platform.

LTSB has ambitious plans to grow our income over the next few years. You will be joining our fantastic Fundraising team, which currently has three members of staff who work with trusts, foundations, institutions, companies and individuals to ensure the charity has the funds and key relationships necessary to achieve our aims.
This brand new role will support with developing and growing the number of trusts, foundations and institutions we are working with.
Income from trusts, foundations and statutory sources is an important income stream at LTSB, and you will work closely with the Fundraising Manager to develop and execute a strategy in order to grow and retain some of our existing funders, as well as bring new ones on board through effective research and prospecting.
This role would suit someone who has some experience of trust fundraising but is looking for the next step, therefore you must have experience of grant writing (five figure bids). You will have competent writing skills and experience of building and maintaining strong relationships and searching for new ones, whether online or in person. You will be enthusiastic, driven and creative with a can-do attitude. This role will have periods of high intensity. Being able to manage the highs and lows of trust and foundations fundraising is key.
As we all work remotely, you will also need to be a self-starter and be able to work independently. We would expect a thorough understanding and commitment to LTSB’s vision, mission, and work.

The Family Support Coordinator will assist in supporting family members on an individual basis as well as in group settings as appropriate, together with providing support in the process of identifying, recruiting and training new family support volunteers.
A Family Support Coordinator will be comfortable and efficient with data management and GDPR compliance.
Lived experience of having a relative with SCI is essential, together with sharing our commitment to transform the lives of everyone affected by spinal cord injury.

As a key member of the fundraising team, you will play a vital role in securing transformational income from high-net-worth individuals building strong, lasting relationships that fuel our mission and increase our impact.
The role
As Philanthropy Manager, you will shape our philanthropic strategy, develop a new prospect pipeline and secure long-term support from individuals, family foundations, and wealth intermediaries.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the organisation, to identify funding priorities and opportunities for donors. You’ll ensure we develop and deliver a long-term philanthropy strategy, building and managing relationships with wealth managers, private client advisers and networks that can introduce and connect donors to Family Fund.
You will accurately record prospect and donor activity on our CRM system, maintaining clear pipelines and forecasts, and producing high-quality reports to monitor progress and impact.

We are looking for someone who is passionate and committed to drive our philanthropy strategy forwards. You will be a brilliant communicator, able to influence and inspire, representing Family Fund externally as a compelling ambassador for our work. Supporting over 750 children and nearly 1,000 families annually, Acorns Children’s Hospice is a vital lifeline for families across the West Midlands and Gloucestershire during unimaginably difficult times.
Palliative care for children aged 0–18 is delivered at Acorns’ hospices in Birmingham (serving Birmingham and Warwickshire), Worcester (serving Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and Gloucestershire), and Walsall (serving the Black Country and parts of Staffordshire and Shropshire), as well as in family homes and other community settings. Acorns’ holistic, tailored approach is designed to meet each child’s clinical, emotional, cultural, religious, and spiritual needs.
Corporate fundraising at Acorns is on an exciting growth journey, with ambitions to increase income from £800K to £1M in the next two years. The team is known for its creativity and drive, and the charity has built strong partnerships with high-profile brands including Aston Villa FC, Pinsent Masons, and Tippers. This is an environment where innovation, strategy, and genuine relationship-building all come together to create meaningful, long-term partnerships.
This role offers a warm and well-developed patch, a supportive team culture, and space to be creative in how you grow and uplift corporate partnerships. You’ll be the lead relationship manager for a portfolio of established partners across Birmingham and the Black Country, focusing on stewardship, renewals, and smart uplifts.
While the focus is primarily account management (around 75%), you’ll also contribute to new business through activities like COTY pitches. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager and be line-managed by a detail-oriented and flexible leader who fosters autonomy, progression, and innovation. As Corporate Fundraising Manager, you will:
- Lead the stewardship and growth of existing corporate partnerships, using creative and strategic methods to increase value and longevity
- Manage a portfolio of supporters, including warm relationships
- Represent Acorns at events and lead hospice tours to deepen supporter engagement
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on new business opportunities
- Take an active role in planning and delivering key corporate events, such as golf days and black-tie dinners
- Contribute to cultivation plans for senior leaders within corporate partners
- Use data and insight to report on progress and inform partnership development
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong corporate fundraising or account management background, ideally with experience managing partnerships in the £30K–£50K+ range
- Confident steward and communicator, able to build rapport and deliver excellent supporter journeys
- Strategic thinker with a flair for finding growth opportunities within existing partnerships
- Comfortable pitching and presenting to corporate audiences at all levels
- Excellent organiser who can juggle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Willingness to work out-of-hours at events and maintain regular hospice presence
- Dynamic, creative, and solutions-focused, with a collaborative mindset and passion for Acorns’ mission

Palliative care for children aged 0–18 is delivered at Acorns’ hospices in Birmingham (serving Birmingham and Warwickshire), Worcester (serving Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and Gloucestershire), and Walsall (serving the Black Country and parts of Staffordshire and Shropshire), as well as in family homes and other community settings. Acorns’ Corporate Partnerships team is at a pivotal moment, with a growing income stream and a bold vision to hit £1M within two years. This brand-new role is a game-changing investment in new business. With a huge untapped market across the West Midlands and Gloucestershire, the potential for high-value corporate support is significant – and we’re looking for someone to help Acorns unlock it.
As Acorns’ first dedicated new business specialist, you’ll shape how they identify, approach, and secure high-value partnerships worth £40–50K+. You’ll be part of a supportive team and work closely with your line manager, the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager – a detail-oriented and flexible leader who values autonomy, innovation, and progression.

As Corporate Business Development Manager, you will:
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic new business opportunities across the West Midlands and Gloucestershire, focused on Birmingham/Black Country
- Lead on pitching, negotiating, and securing high-value partnerships (typically £40–50K+)
- Deliver tailored proposals and presentations backed by strong insight and storytelling
- Proactively network and represent Acorns in business communities, identifying where and how to bring in senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with the wider Partnerships team to ensure seamless handovers and outstanding stewardship from day one
- Monitor conversion rates and provide accurate forecasting and reporting
- Secure sponsorship for flagship and third-party events and support stock generation partnerships with retail
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven success in securing significant new business income in a charity fundraising team
- Strong prospect research, networking, and pipeline management skills
- Confident and credible communicator, comfortable with C-suite stakeholders and public speaking
- Creative thinker with commercial awareness and a solutions-focused approach
- Driven, self-starting attitude with the ability to work autonomously toward targets
- Flexible, agile, and happy to attend events and meetings across a wide region (with Birmingham/Black Country as a key focus)

About the role
The Drive Training Coordinator plays a central role in coordinating the planning and delivery of training activities across The Drive Partnership. The Training Coordinator will provide efficient logistical, administrative, and learner support across all Drive workforce trainings. This includes managing training schedules, resources, communication, and data in support of high-quality training outcomes.
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
Contract: Fixed term until March 2026 with potential for 12-month extension to March 2027 - pending funding confirmation.

We're now entering an ambitious new phase, and we’re seeking a dynamic, strategic and values-led Head of Income as part of the Senior Leadership Teamto help drive it forward.
This is a critical time for SEA. With a bold three-year strategy now in place, we’re looking for an experienced income-generation leader to oversee and diversify our income streams — across high-net-worth giving, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and earned income through consultancy and training. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Income will play a vital role in shaping the future of the organisation and enabling us to scale our impact.
The Head of Income will lead a talented team, including our Senior Fundraising Manager (trusts and foundations) and Corporate Development Manager (strategic multi-stakeholder partnerships), and collaborate closely with our CEO, Trustees and earned income delivery teams (consultancy and training) whilst also being hands on in relationship development. Your approach will be collaborative, survivor-centred and driven by SEA’s values. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with strong experience in high-value fundraising and/or commercial income generation.

- Proven success in income generation from high-net-worth individuals and/or corporate partners
- Strategic mindset with the ability to lead and grow multi-stream income
- Experience of working in a small, agile organisation and line-managing high-performing teams
- Experience of working at Senior Leadership Team level, or readiness to step into the role
- A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
