You should be capable of balancing strong attention to detail with the ability to think strategically, and be flexible to respond to changing demands. You should be an inspirational leader, able to motivate a diverse staff team to deliver consistently high quality services to young people.

Founded in 2020, we’ve delivered over 160 projects across London, with extraordinary results: 98% of older adults report improved emotional wellbeing, and 97% of children show significant development in social skills. What you’ll be doing:

Leading the strategic growth, sales and delivery of our intergenerational programme across London

Building and maintaining partnerships with care homes, nurseries and local stakeholders

Overseeing and supporting a team of Session Facilitators and volunteers

Shaping our impact and evaluation approach and producing key data insights

Playing a core leadership role in organisational strategy, systems, and communications

Key details:

Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 depending on experience

We are currently recruiting a trauma-informed, person-centred Counsellor to deliver essential and life-saving counselling for survivors of rape, sexual assault and sexual abuse. The Counsellor will be employed by TRC Sexual Abuse & Rape Support Greater Manchester, working 24 hours a week over 3 days, and will be based at our office space in Trafford. The Counsellor will have a counselling caseload as well as completing additional tasks such as conducting initial assessments, triaging clients, and establishing next steps for each client in line with TRC's safeguarding policies.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Team Leader to deliver our King’s Trust Team Programme—a 12-week personal development course for young people aged 16–25. This is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people who are unemployed or facing personal challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit and support young people through the programme
- Plan and deliver engaging activities, including residentials and community projects
- Provide one-to-one mentoring and support
- Deliver and assess the King’s Trust Certificate in Employment, Teamwork and Community Skills (up to Level 2)
- Work with local partners to enhance the programme
- Promote safeguarding and ensure participant wellbeing
