About the role
This is an exciting time to join our organisation. We have a new strategy and are growing quickly including across our senior leadership team. This is a new role for the Circuit, replacing a volunteer. In designing the position, the Circuit has aimed for maximum flexibility to secure the best candidate for the role. Initially, the person will need physically to attend some meetings to familiarise themselves with the Circuit's operations and ensure a smooth hand-over. Due to the rapid expansion of Day One Trauma Support over the last three years, the charity’s infrastructure has needed to respond quickly to meet its changing demands. This varied role uses event and programme management skills to deliver excellent service in a fast paced environment within the Christian sector as we advance the work of The Maclellan Foundation, one of the largest Christian family foundations in the USA. The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills, with a minimum of 2 years experience, and will be engaged in the Christian faith and excited by the aims of the organisation.
Objectives/Key Tasks:
To provide event and project-specific administrative support in an accurate, timely and professional manner, including:
- Planning and co-ordinating multiple programmes, to ensure milestones are met to an excellent standard
- Conducting research, assembling and analysing data to prepare reports and documents
- Preparing and editing written correspondence, communications, presentations, publicity etc
- Managing booking and registration processes
- Managing and updating various databases on a regular basis
- Onsite event management; helping set up and run events as well as providing delegate support
- Providing customer service support, via phone and email
- Managing and maintaining schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arranging and coordinating meetings, including minute taking
- Reviewing operating practices and implementing improvements where necessary
- Processing expenses and maintaining project budgets in liaison with the Finance Manager
- Providing administrative support to the Director and all projects and events undertaken by NJC
- Website oversight and any other duties as required

The Central Service Coordinator will ensure Gaddum delivers its organisational objectives by coordinating efficient and effective Human Resources, People and Central workstreams.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Finance and working as part of a small but high performing team: They will be a key reference point for the organisation’s leaders to ensure those they manage have the best possible opportunities to thrive during the course of their employment at Gaddum.
The postholder will be responsible for overseeing central systems and processes relating to organisation-wide People Services as required by the Senior Leadership Team and Trustee Board.

A Permanent Customer Relations and Sales Officer to work as part of a centralised sales team, which leads all Autism Know How sales, logistic and customer support enquiries.
Managing all aspects of the customer sales journey, this role will lead and deliver an effective, timely and professional customer journey and experience, maximising income potential and repeat business to ensure performance against team sales targets and to enable the society to continue to improve its offering for autistic people.
This role will work closely with colleagues across Autism Know How, Marketing, CRM and Business Development departments, and other relevant NAS teams where required.
