PROGRAMME DELIVERY

• Programme Delivery: Plan and deliver activities, opportunities and events for young people in line with programme objectives, processes and guidance.

• Programme Content: support and contribute to the development/review of programme content, resources and communications such as newsletters.

• Impact and evaluation: Support the collection of monitoring and evaluation data, facilitating evaluation activities within training sessions and events as required; contribute to ongoing processes of programme learning and review as a member of the delivery team.

About you

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Programme Director to lead the successful delivery of MSI’s global finance and supply chain transformation programme. This programme will transform our capabilities and delivery across MSI’s 37 Country Programmes and Global Support Office (GSO) with the introduction of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology, driving us forward to deliver our vital mission.

The Director will shape the overall programme from the outset, so that it is set up for success. The successful candidate will need deep transformation and ERP experience, delivering full ERP programme lifecycles in complex organisations like MSI. For the programme to be successful, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across MSI’s Country Programmes, Regional and Global Support Offices will be crucial.

The transformation programme has been approved and is currently at the inception stage, giving the ERP Programme Director the opportunity to make key strategic decisions that will shape the programme; such as the selection of an ERP technology solution best suited to MSI’s business requirements, appointing and onboarding a third-party implementation partner and to design and recruit the internal project team required to ensure success of the programme.

We anticipate a 3-year programme cycle with occasional international travel to MSI country programmes as required for the successful delivery of the programme.

Senior CRM Database Officer

Mencap have a fantastic opportunity in the CRM Database team.  We are looking for a Senior CRM Database Officer to work on BAU data process improvements, complex SQL selections, data imports and CRM training.  Mencap are seeking a highly skilled database professional who wants to join a vibrant and dynamic team that is passionate about making the UK the best place to live for people with a learning disability. As the Senior CRM Database Officer, you will combine your strong CRM technical and analytical skills with excellent communication skills to ensure that all our internal & external stakeholders are presented with accurate, accessible data.  You will work within the Fundraising Operations team (FrOps) providing quality CRM data related support and advice to Fundraising CRM users in line with team service levels and performance targets.  In this role, you will identify, implement and write up process improvements; develop & deliver complex data campaign mailing selections & analytics to Fundraising CRM system users for direct marketing purposes; provide support and cover for data import processes and deliver training and procedure guides.  You will also maintain and develop our CRM data systems, ensuring our data accuracy & integrity meets all Fundraising compliance standards.

We’re looking for someone who has a good working knowledge of database systems and who understands their importance to organisations like Al-Khair Foundation. You will be responsible for specific monthly processes, such as organisation income reconciliation and ongoing data uploads and cleansing for the Fundraising teams. Your Role

Al-Khair Foundation uses Salesforce to manage relationships with our donors, supporters, and stakeholders, including recording all donations made to the organisation. Al-Khair Foundation’s Database Officer will be responsible for the monthly delivery of the income and data reconciliation processes for the Fundraising teams, which includes liaising with a wide range of external agencies and the website to successfully download and query files, update and create new supporter records on the database, process cheques and payment requests, and work closely with the Finance team to ensure all anticipated and banked income tallies correctly.

You will also work closely with colleagues in the Database team to support and maintain regular database processes, data cleansing, and other database-related functions that happen on a monthly or quarterly basis. This may include responding to and being responsible for Support Ticket queries in relation to income, data, and/or the database generally and working with external database agencies such as our web platform partners and Salesforce.

Aside from these core duties, from time to time, you may also carry out general administrative tasks on behalf of the Supporter Engagement team. This may include supporting the Supporter Care Assistant during busy periods with customer care via email and telephone and recording updates, processing invoices, and maintaining and updating team rotas and trackers.

Your Responsibilities

• Delivering the monthly data reconciliation and income reconciliation processes, which include downloading and uploading data files.
• Supporting the Fundraising teams with their monthly income recording and reconciliation.
• Liaising with external agencies and the Finance team.

The Chief Executive will be responsible for providing leadership, developing, and implementing Living Well Bromley’s strategic and operational plans, leading on partnership and business development, and being an effective advocate for the charity and its beneficiaries.

GFS is a feminist organisation with a mission to empower girls and young women in England and Wales to live their best lives. Girls as young as 6 tell us that they cannot be themselves. This causes problems for them and society. So, we offer an early intervention service for girls living in areas of deprivation to have the greatest impact.

This is an exciting role with an opportunity to lead the charity into the 150th Year of delivery and with a new strategy to address need. It will involve working with the leadership team and all departments but also the board and their support committees, the ambassadors, and presidents as well as the wonderful team of volunteers across England and Wales.

A great deal has been done to prepare the organisation for such an important time and so now there is a real opportunity for this role to lead in being a figurehead for the charity and representing all that is achieved at GFS in national events and discussions, to best represent the girls of today.

Our new strategy is built around pillars of Impact, Brand and Sustainability with an ambition to grow in delivery as well as reputation. GFS is aware that the work done to listen to and amplify girls’ voices is important because they have so much to say about what needs to change and from a very young age. This role will be key to making this happen.

• Respond to customers on the Housing helpline, managing enquiries, raising contacts in a CRM database, with a view to tracking and tracing, follow up and offering excellent customer Service.

• Deliver the void (unoccupied) property bulletin, using web based systems, ensuring data and information is accurate. Distribute to customers in required format on a scheduled basis as directed by the property team.
• Business Information sharing - Take full responsibility to undertake critical data checks, utilising systems and other documentation, to verify data is reliable and correct. In line with GDPR share data with relative third parties.
• Manage and maintain relevant computer based property and client records taking personal responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of data and recorded information.
• Provide detailed reports and information to produce mail-merge data, stakeholder and business information in line with key deadlines and compliance.
• Managing retention and disposal of information and files in line with GDPR and departmental policy.
• Manage the incoming mail service delivery through electronic means as well as incoming post (Church House), liaising with key business partners to establish a routine method of ensuring correspondence is directed to the correct team / department , cheques are handled in line with financial requirements and documents are returned where necessary.
• Manage standard letters / generic forms / I&R assessments as required, delivering a robust support service across the wider housing team.
• Create new and amend existing third-party details and ensure the accuracy of recorded information

• Liaise with utility suppliers, Local Authorities, customers and colleagues to ensure accuracy of data, including meter readings, void and occupancy date for council tax.
• Provide supporting information to clarify property status and request amended accounts to reflect this.
• Where necessary, investigate and respond to enquiries, including account queries, this may include enquiries from contractors, suppliers and other third parties.
• Challenge where necessary, to ensure value for money and quality of service from suppliers.
• Manage meter move requests and arrange prompt payment whilst liaising with all involved parties.

• Take responsibility for the day to day processing of payments across the Business team to include all departmental accounting functions in relation to works orders, purchase and framework orders, credit notes and invoices across charity and administrative company accounts, with particular focus to void costs, within required timeframes and in line with Service Level Agreements.
• Produce data uploads for finance transactions, ensuring accuracy of data and sign off completed data.
• Working collaboratively alongside our Finance and Resources partners to ensure prompt payment and when required, investigate queries that arise.
• Escalate issues and problems to managers when necessary to ensure payments are made on time, thus avoiding late payment fees and charges.
• Where necessary, engage with suppliers, contractors and customers ensuring that information is clear, concise and understood to achieve resolution.

• Support the management of the legacy mortgage scheme, supporting the Business Services Team Leader and Business Administration Officer (Mortgages), providing clarity and support on a range of queries and tasks.
• Manage quinquennial inspections in line with stakeholder agreements, refunding customers and producing monthly update reports.
• Develop knowledge and skills on mortgage redemptions, working closely with solicitors and customers to progress and complete sales and redemptions promptly.

• To ensure that data held in QL / SAP is complete, accurate and reliable through regular assessment of data using analysis and cleansing where necessary and to take personal responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of data and recorded information across all business streams.
• Produce stakeholder reports, business reports and information to enable transparency across the business, in line with agreements and compliance.
• Data management and entry for key information relating to insurance revaluations, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure insurance values are periodically reviewed.
• Produce and take responsibility for mail-merge data to enable communication to customers and stakeholders as and when required.

• Provide administrative support services to the business team whilst maintaining effective internal communication across all teams to ensure information is shared and understood.

• A salary of £33,382 plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of salary.

Our client is a small public services body which is seeking to recruit a Finance Director to lead the operational running of the organisation.

Working closely with the Chief Executive, this post will be responsible for providing financial and strategic guidance to the Board, overseeing the development of the corporate plan, and also crafting a robust digital strategy to enhance operational efficiency.  Of course, this will also include leading on financial initiatives, managing budgets, overseeing financial submissions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, whilst upholding robust governance and compliance, and employing internal control and risk management mechanisms.

The successful candidate will be a CCAB qualified accountant with financial acumen, experience of managing budgets and complying with sector regulation.  Exceptional team leadership skills will also be important, with a key attribute being the management of multi-disciplinary teams.  Strong understanding of corporate management processes and digital technologies will also be required, plus first rate interpersonal skills and the ability to rapidly build working relationships across an organisation.
