Job description

Fixed Term Contract until 31 August 2027

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data and CRM Administrator to support the management and quality of data across our programmes and operations, using our suite of Zoho resources.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their data career who is keen to develop their skills in data management, reporting and CRM administration within a purpose-driven organisation. 

This role is 15 hours per week. You will be working from home with the expectation of occasional travel for in-person meetings with your manager or for organisation-wide team days (which are in London - considered commutable travel). 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Impact and Data Lead with data quality and CRM support
  • Administrative tasks such as supporting the wider TTF team with guidance documents, utilising the CRM and its functions across programmes, finance, outreach and marketing
  • System improvements
  • Reporting and analysis
