Responsibilities of our Corporate Partnerships Account Manager:

• This is a key role within the Corporate Partnerships team. We work with a range of valued corporate partners and have ambitious plans to grow sustainable net income each year enabling Cats Protection to help the thousands of cats that need us. This role is key to the Partnerships Team achieving its income targets by providing high quality account management for current partners, partner engagement and excellent stewardship.
• The role is responsible for account managing and developing existing corporate partnerships, supporting the implementation of the corporate partnerships fundraising plan and increasing sustainable net income for Cats Protection.

About the Corporate Partnerships team:

• We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate.
• The corporate partnerships team is split between new business and account management, made up of driven, passionate and dynamic corporate fundraisers.
• We currently have a team of one full time Corporate Partnerships Manager, a Corporate Partnerships Account Manager and a Corporate Partnerships Officer, in addition to a Lead Corporate Partnerships Manager who oversees the entire corporate partnerships team.
• You will be managed by the Corporate Partnerships Manager.

What we are looking for in our Corporate Partnerships Account Manager:

• Significant experience in charity fundraising
• Significant corporate partnership account management experience
• Extensive experience of developing strong relationships with supporters/ clients/colleagues

• Experience of using a CRM database

About the role:

The Senior Director of Finance is the most senior finance professional at Parenting for Lifelong Health (PLH). The role provides strategic financial leadership and ensures the organisation meets its fiduciary, regulatory, and governance obligations as a UK charity, while enabling responsible growth and global scale.

Acting as the organisation’s senior finance lead, the postholder will support the CEO and Board of Trustees to meet their statutory duties under UK charity law, including duties of care, prudence, and accountability, while building robust financial systems aligned to PLH’s 2026-2028 Strategic Plan and country implementation model.

The role ensures that PLH’s resources are used exclusively to further its charitable purposes, safeguarded appropriately, and managed transparently in the public interest.

Responsibilities:

Charity Governance, Fiduciary Oversight, and Trustee Support

• Act as the primary source of financial advice to the CEO and Board of Trustees, supporting trustees to fulfil their legal and fiduciary duties under UK charity law.

• Support the effective functioning of the Board Finance Committee, including preparation of high-quality financial papers, scenario options, and risk analyses.

• Ensure trustees have clear oversight of:

  • Financial performance against approved budgets

  • Liquidity, reserves, and solvency

  • Financial risks and mitigations

  • Long-term sustainability and going-concern considerations

• Ensure financial decision-making aligns with PLH’s charitable objects, governing documents, and public benefit obligations.

Financial Strategy, Planning, and Sustainability

• Lead the costing and financial modelling of PLH’s 2026-2028 Strategic Plan and country implementation model, ensuring affordability, sustainability, and strategic coherence.

• Design, implement, and institutionalise a three-tier scenario planning framework (base, growth, and downside cases) to support prudent and adaptive decision-making.

• Develop a long-term (3-5 year) financial sustainability model projecting:

  • Revenue by source (restricted and unrestricted)

  • Expenditure and staffing growth

  • Enterprise risk management (ERM) contributions

  • Reserves, liquidity, and risk exposure

• Develop, maintain, and regularly review PLH’s reserves policy, including target levels, rationale, and planned use, in line with Charity Commission expectations.

Financial Management, Reporting, and Controls

• Provide strategic oversight and assurance over organisation-wide financial reporting, using management accounts and dashboards prepared by the Finance Manager to inform executive and trustee decision-making.

• Ensure proportionate internal controls, segregation of duties, and approval frameworks are current and implemented by the Finance Manager.

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive financial risk management framework covering:

  • Liquidity and cash-flow risk

  • Donor concentration and funding dependency

  • Currency and foreign exchange exposure

  • Contractual and grant compliance risk

  • Contingency and downside planning

• Ensure effective coordination between in-house finance staff and outsourced accounting and payroll providers, maintaining clear accountability and quality assurance.

Audit, External Reporting, and Transparency

• Oversee the annual audit process, supporting the Finance Manager’s role as primary liaison with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of statutory accounts.

As Treasury Manager at Alzheimer's Society, you'll ensure we can confidently meet our commitments to people affected by dementia by managing our cash flow, income streams, and reserves effectively.

About the opportunity

As Treasury Manager within our Finance & Assurance directorate, you'll own our Treasury and Accounts Receivable functions, playing a vital role in our financial sustainability. You'll monitor our cash position, forecast cash flow across diverse income streams from online fundraising platforms to direct donations and community collections, and manage banking relationships to ensure we optimise our working capital and invest our reserves wisely.

This isn't a back-office role. You'll be a highly visible partner to budget holders and business partners across the organisation, providing the treasury insights that enable confident financial planning and investment. You'll ensure we have the liquidity needed to support our work as income flows in from our incredible fundraisers, navigating the complexities of restricted and unrestricted funds to safeguard every pound raised and maximise our impact.

Using data and metrics as your tools, you'll drive performance improvements while supporting the development of our Accounts Assistants team. Your ability to balance rigorous treasury controls with collaborative partnership will be essential to success in this role.

This role will focus approximately 80% on Treasury and 20% on Accounts Receivable.

You're an experienced treasury professional who enjoys using forecasting and data to provide strategic financial insights. You excel at optimising cash positions and working capital, and you can translate complex treasury information into clear, practical guidance for budget holders and business partners. You'll have:

• Proven treasury or cash management experience in a medium to large organisation, including cash flow forecasting, cash positioning, and banking relationship management.
• Effective forecasting and analytical skills with the ability to model scenarios and provide strategic cash insights to support decision-making.
• Experience managing banking relationships, optimising cash deployment, and working with multiple bank accounts and treasury systems.
• Track record in managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoice generation, reconciliation, and collections.

My client, a well known charity, is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Accountant to join them for a period of 18 months. Working as part of the financial reporting team, your role will be to work on a project focused on providing financial expertise and support to the team with the 2026 Charities SORP, based on updated FRS 102, which introduces mandatory changes for accounting periods. The role is being offered on a fixed term basis and will be focused on the transition to new accounting standards and statutory reporting.

To be considered for the role you will need to have a recognised accountancy qualification and be a strong team player with analytical skills. You will also need to be well versed in the FRS 102 changes, including Income Recognition, Three Tier Reporting and Leases.

AHF is seeking an England Development Manager (Heritage Revival Fund) to co‑lead our core grants and advisory programme across England. This role has been created following the recent announcement of significant new investment, which will support the expansion of the Heritage Revival Fund through to 2030. This investment will enable AHF, in partnership with DCMS and Historic England, to provide grants to hundreds of communities across England, helping them bring neglected historic buildings back into use.

Ideally based in southern or central England with focus on southern half of the country. The postholder will work jointly with the current England Development Manager (HRF), who will focus on the northern half of England. Together, they will oversee activity and workflow across the whole country. The role also includes joint management of the England grants team (who work remotely) and programme budget, working flexibly and collaboratively to ensure the successful delivery of AHF’s core programme.

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience across the key responsibilities of the role, including team management, programme budget oversight, and reporting. Ideally, they will bring a proven track record of leadership within the heritage or charitable sector.
