The role as the Behaviour Consultant Lead will be to:
- Work closely alongside our support teams to conduct comprehensive assessment, intervention, and evaluations over the long term, developing positive behaviour support plans that enable therapeutic support to be delivered within a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework.
- Deliver PROACT-SCIPr-UK® training to our support teams.
- Coach our support teams how to deliver excellent support, using approaches such as Active Support.
- Support the team to develop skills in monitoring and evaluating outcomes, for example using the Periodic Service Review.
- Support the business development team with new referrals, ensuring that we are working within our defined model of support and developing that model to meet new needs where appropriate.
- Work with the families of the people we support to continue to build open, honest, and transparent working relationships.
- Ensure that your work is always delivered through a trauma-informed lens, upskilling the team around you to consider the impact of trauma on their practice.
Our Clinical Assessment & Intervention Team (CAIT)
Led by a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst and UKBA(Cert), we have highly specialised team of clinicians, including rehabilitation workers for the visually impaired and behaviour consultants. We assess functional vision and test for cerebral visual impairments, which can often be an overlooked establishing operation for behavioural challenges. As well as direct assessment and intervention to work to increase people’s opportunities in life, we train our support teams to meet the people we supports’ unique needs. Our team members are committed to joint working with families, support teams and our NHS and local authority colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.
We work as partners with the residential or supported living teams to build plans that are accepted, operationally achievable, generalisable, and sustainable.
Your experience & personal characteristics
As you will be working with people in their own homes, residential and group supported living services, you must be confident engaging with diverse groups of people, family members and multi-agency professionals. You need to be passionate about equality and equity, being able to see the potential for improvement and knowing how to guide the person we support and their team to achieve the best. You will already have experience working directly with people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, multi-sensory impairments, and people who may present behaviours that challenge. You will be fluent in the use of applied behaviour analysis to devise ways that are simple but effective to measure baseline and on-going development. You will be able to support our teams by putting plans into action through your direct modelling.
Your qualifications
This position requires a minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a related field (such as Positive Behaviour Support) with at least two years of applicable experience; or Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, with one year of professional experience.
Candidates wishing to work towards their BCBA or UKBA(Cert) qualification will get their supervision as part of this role.

Main responsibilities will include:
Administration
- Be responsible for securing contracts by confirming booking information and working with the Head of Budgets, Contracts & Policy to ensure freelance trainer contracts and Service Agreements are in place
- Oversee the general administration of all APD functions including responding to customer queries and feedback
- Process course bookings made via Thinkific and other platforms, ensuring all requirements are noted and passed on appropriately

Finance

- Produce budget forecasts for APD and provide monthly updates on current financial position to the Deputy CEO and Head of Budgets, Contracts & Policy
- Chase debtors and regularly report any overdue payments to the Finance team
Strategy
- Contribute to the APD growth strategy through ideas and practical solutions
- Work with the APD team and Deputy CEO in the development of new programmes, routes to market and audience development
Communications
- Help to maintain strong communication channels with all partner organisations and customers
- Provide administrative support in developing regional networks, contacts and partners
- Assist with the engagement of employers and partners for projects and programmes

The Data Analyst: Geo-Spatial position will play a key role in the implementation of a new digital Information Management System (IMS) for the organisation’s monitoring and evaluation data. The system is in place and is in the process of being refined by a consultant. The new post-holder will have a handover with the consultant in order to take on the management of the IMS.
The role includes data management and analysis of all geo-spatial indicators across all projects. This will be done in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

About LMK
Good relationships shape our health and happiness, yet we are taught so little about them. LMK is a registered education charity on a mission to change that. We run workshops educating young people about healthy and unhealthy behaviours, so that they can avoid abuse and thrive in relationships.
Using film and guided discussions, our workshop leaders support children and young people in honest conversations about relationships and leave them better equipped to spot the early warning signs of abuse and inspire them to enjoy healthy, fulfilling relationships. We explore the 10 signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships and include practical lessons young people want to learn about (like consent) and practice scenarios in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.
LMK is a learning organisation and prides itself in supporting leaders to develop their skills. We offer training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunities, as well as peer-to-peer learning and reflective practice sessions.
Job Description
LMK is looking for passionate and organised educators (LMK Leaders) to run community workshops, aimed at young people aged between 11 and 24. Through engaging, relatable, workshops you will help young people identify signs of healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviours, provide strategies for them to recognise the early warning signs of abuse and give them tools to keep themselves and their friends safe.
The minimum hours required per workshop is 3 hrs. This includes arriving 30 minutes before delivery, 1.5 to 2 hrs delivery and then remaining back 10 minutes and being accessible to young people who would like further information or a one-to-one conversation, surrounding the subject of relationships.
There is also 30 minutes admin, which is usually completed off-site, such as inputting student surveys and a Leader survey.
Responsibilities

Always adhere to LMK and partner safeguarding practices and procedures.

Respond to comms (emails/WhatsApp) sent out by LMK core team members, in a timely manner, to support planning and organising of sessions.

Meet with co-facilitators to carry out pre-session planning, minimum two working days before delivery.

Plan and deliver interactive LMK workshops in educational, sports and community settings in line with LMK delivery style and ethos.

Use your experience and knowledge of the issues affecting young people to tailor the workshops accordingly.

Ensure all youth participants and the adults in school/community organisations who attend a LMK workshop complete the post session feedback surveys.

Complete reflective post session Leader surveys to support practice and programme development, after each workshop.

Debrief with LMK’s Programme Manager and provide ongoing feedback about your sessions, through LMK’s reflective practice processes.

Undertake relevant training associated with LMK’s work including but not restricted to child protection, safeguarding, violence against women and girls (VAWG).

Continue to learn about and develop your skills on the issues affecting young people’s relationships including domestic violence, abuse, adverse childhood experiences, trauma informed practice, gang culture and grooming, mental health, sexual exploitation, consent, sharing of nudes /sexting, bullying in person and online, tech and online safety, pornography.

Provide feedback and co-design training and educational resources on issues affecting young people and their relationships, including opportunities to share your knowledge and expertise at peer-to-peer learning sessions.

Attend termly virtual Leader huddles to remain connected to peers and organisational values, mission, and purpose.

Contribute towards and keep up to date with LMK internal/external communications platforms, such as LMK Newsletters and social media.

Engage with LMK’s Youth Advisory Board Members, if and when invited to do so.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Extensive experience of teaching or working with young people (9 to 24 yrs old) in an educational, sports or community setting.

Minimum 2 years’ experience co-designing, delivering and evaluating group sessions, consisting of minimum, of 12 and maximum of 30 participants.

Experience or co-designing session plans and co-facilitating with others; able to collaborate equally with others.

A strong commitment to young people and knowledge and understanding of issues affecting their relationships.

Transition Together is seeking to continue the work of deepening connection and growing the voice of the Transition Movement in England and Wales through the freelance engagement of three Network Weavers. You’ll be joining our brilliant team in the HR Office in the House of Lords as the Learning & Organisational Development Consultant. The HR Office is responsible for all things people, and our L&OD team is responsible for organisational development, design and learning interventions. We’re looking for someone who wants to come in and make an impact by driving a learning culture across the organisation.
This is a position where you will be working at the heart of Parliament. In this exciting role you will have responsibility for designing, delivering and evaluating impactful and engaging learning and organisational development to support career development, are well-equipped for the future and deliver excellent services.

You’ll be responsible for –
- To provide a proactive learning and organisational development consultancy service across the organisation to support change and delivery of priorities.
- To lead the design, development and application of organisational development approaches, diagnostic tools, interventions, and techniques to improve performance through behaviour, process, or structure change.
- To lead and manage learning and organisational development projects including:
- Project scoping and definition
- Stakeholder engagement/management
- Project delivery and reporting
- Evaluating effectiveness
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure staff and teams have the development support that they need and provide a seamless, co-ordinated service. This includes responsibility for working in partnership with a “client group” of Heads of Office to identify and meet local learning and OD needs.
- Work closely with the Inclusion & Diversity team to design and deliver a blend of development opportunities and to support a diverse and inclusive working environment and values-led culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and organisational development.
- Drive a culture of coaching and continuous professional development.

What we’re looking for
- Experience of delivering successful learning and organisational development interventions from initial consultation to evaluation, delivering change and career development to meet strategic priorities
- Demonstrable experience of using a consulting approach to diagnose learning and organisational development needs and identify and develop options to meet those needs.
- Proven ability to plan and manage multiple priorities, allocating work for yourself and others, meeting deadlines, using proportionate project methodologies and adjusting plans as circumstances change.
- Demonstrable self-awareness and experience of influencing a range of managers, senior leaders and colleagues, adjusting your approach and promoting an inclusive working environment.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing, engaging individuals and groups and tailoring messages to diverse audiences from procedural specialists to corporate services and estate-based colleagues.
- Establishes and builds trusting relationships both internally and externally; motivates, develops and coaches others, providing feedback and enabling personal, professional and organisational growth.

About us
World Jewish Relief has been successfully delivering our refugee employment programme, STEP, for over seven years. Research into this programme showed that women were dropping out more often than men, not moving through the programme as fast as men, and not getting the same level of job outcomes. As a result, STEP Forward was created to specifically address the barriers to integration faced by women.
The aim is for women refugees to make informed decisions about their lives and their continued pathways in the UK. In April 2023, a new phase of the programme was launched with a target to support 315 women until April 2026 in Coventry, Bradford, and Leeds.
Project Details
We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation consultant(s) to assess STEP Forward programme effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancement. The consultant(s) will be responsible to produce three monitoring reports between 2024 and 2026.
Specific tasks:
- Conduct a thorough desk review of all relevant project documents.
- Design and implement a systematic approach for data collection, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Engage key stakeholders, including partners and clients, through surveys, focus groups, and individual interviews, including site visits to Coventry, Bradford and Leeds.
- Leverage various data collection tools to gather quantitative and qualitative data.
- Compile comprehensive reports that synthesise the consultancy's findings and recommendations.
- Deliver presentations that effectively convey the consultancy's findings to a diverse audience.

Role overview.
Complete international grant expenditure audits for a diverse range of projects (grant recipients) funded by international donor institutions ranging from emergency aid, to long term development in areas such as agriculture, health or infrastructure or technical research. Assignments are 1-3 weeks in length and based across the European mainland and the developing world. These are offered on an assignment by assignment basis, one to two months in advance.

Requirements
- Qualified ACA / ACCA or equivalent – 5+ years post qualified experience
- Grant management and audit and reporting experience with international institutions. Preference given to individuals that have worked on UN or EC grant assurance assignments
- Diplomacy and cultural sensitivity while working with a hugely diverse range of clients and beneficiaries
- A real interest in international development and associated funding structures
- Ideally but not essential fluency in a second language such as Spanish, German, French, Arabic & Portugese
- Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills in English.

- At least 5-10+ years of relevant audit experience
- Ability to work under pressure; Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
