Very sadly in August 2020 Joe passed away in totally unexpected circumstances at just 31 years of age.
During Joe’s life he brought a cheeky spirit and constant laughter to all those that met him. His selflessness and commitment to helping others touched so many, and in loving memory and as a legacy to Joe, his friends and family set up Joe's Buddy Line in January 2021.

The successful candidate will bring a track record of effectively overseeing the day to day service delivery for a small charity, prudent financial management and an innovative approach to source and secure new opportunities for the Charity.

The Talent Set are delighted to be working with London's Air Ambulance Charity, supporting them to recruit a Deputy Head of Philanthropy (Trusts) maternity cover. This role will start at a key time in strategy development and long term planning, as they enter the final phase of their incredibly successful Up Against Time Appeal to replace their two helicopters.
As they enter the final phase of the appeal, having raised £11.5m of their £15m target (with a number of further pledges confirmed) this role will focus on developing the long term Trusts fundraising strategy. As Deputy Head of Philanthropy you will be tasked with considering the opportunities presented by the new 15 year organisational strategy, and contributing to the wider Philanthropy, Partnerships and Events team plans to ensure they have a strong footing as they look to the long term and next 15 years of London's Air Ambulance Charity.
As Deputy Head of Philanthropy you will not only lead on strategy development but also build and develop the Trusts pipeline, leading and developing the Trusts and Prospect Research teams to improve internal processes and influence/respond to upcoming fundraising opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Trusts and Prospect Research teams and programmes through a year of maternity cover, ensuring both areas are in a strong position on the return of the substantive postholder.
- Act as LAAC's Trust and Lead Gift (£500k+) fundraising expert, leading the Trusts and Prospect Research teams to be ambitious and consider the long term funding opportunities for the charity.
- Lead the team through the transition from the Up Against Time Appeal to focus on the new 15 year organisational strategy and opportunities it presents to develop the pipeline for new projects.
- Take ownership of the Trusts, Foundations and Statutory pipeline, leading income generation from these sources with a personal focus on £100k+ opportunities, while informing the organisation's approach to restricted fundraising opportunities.
- Support the development of direct reports and wider Philanthropy, Partnerships and Events team.
Person Specification:
- Strong sector knowledge and technical expertise of Trust fundraising, with experience of securing £100k+ support from trusts, foundations and/or statutory sources.
- Demonstrable experience of developing and fundraising for restricted projects, monitoring income and expenditure budgets.
- Effective pipeline development skills and the ability to support a Prospect Research function to identify new opportunities.

Mid-Level Giving Officer
Position Objective:
The Mid-Level Giving Officer will support PETA’s impact and growth through their work with an exciting portfolio of mid-level donors typically giving £250 - £999 size gifts. The Role

Role:The Senior Development Officer plays an integral role within the Development Team at Forces Employment Charity (FEC). You will work with the Head of Development to produce high quality, bespoke proposals, and reports to demonstrate impact and outcomes to help drive the delivery of FEC across the UK. Who we are
Arts for Dementia is a small charity but a leader in our field. We work with artists, galleries, museums and community spaces to offer inspiring arts programmes for people in the early stages of dementia and their companions. We train facilitators from around the country in early stage dementia awareness and how to deliver effective arts-based activities for people living with dementia. We also raise awareness of the value of the arts for people affected by dementia through our advocacy work.

Key responsibilities
Working with and supporting the Programmes and Communications Manager, alongside the Charity Administrator, to deliver creative programmes for people affected by dementia, including:
· Community research, specifically identifying potential partners and referrers for our creative programmes, including older adults organisations, arts organisations, NHS and memory services and community centres
· Community outreach and development, including contacting, building relationships and working with potential partners and referrers, with a key focus on improving the diversity of our network and participants
· Recruitment of workshop participants, particularly identifying key referrers and those working with people with dementia, visiting relevant organisations to raise awareness and share information, and gathering contact details of potential participants
· Participant communication and relationship-building, including reminding participants with dementia and family carers of upcoming sessions, being main point of contact for some programmes
· Co-ordinating creative programmes, including working with host organisations, artists and volunteers to set up the space, welcome participants, support them throughout the session, and ensure their enjoyment and safety
· Assisting at and eventually delivering our training to artists and learning teams from cultural organisations
· Supporting the work of the wider organisation, including our weekly online Art Wednesday sessions, events, exhibitions, fundraising events etc, as needed
· Assisting the Programmes and Communications Manager with volunteer and artist management as needed

About the Role:
As our Supplier Partnerships Officer, you will look to understand and influence the fundraising operations of WaterAid, including the part our partners play in the print and dispatch of fundraising campaigns, the management of supporter phone calls, the handling of physical donations, and the processing of our online donations.
In this role, you will ensure the successful fulfilment of WaterAid's fundraising campaigns by briefing requirements to our supplier partners as well as monitoring & evaluating their performance in carrying out these requirements.
You'll also:
- Support projects aimed at achieving the most cost-effective and efficient response handling solutions; (in-house vs. outsourcing) contributing towards achieving improved and high-quality supporter experiences
- Ensure invoice spend is accurately charged to WaterAid by reconciling fees and costs against fulfilment reports and tracking ongoing spend
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, ensuring an integrated approach, mutual learning and effective use of resources
About You:
- Experience and/or a sound understanding of account management, working closely with our internal teams and our suppliers
- Excellent time management skills. Proven ability to manage & prioritise own workload, conflicting tasks/ deadlines effectively and successfully

We’re seeking a skilled corporate fundraiser to lead on a portfolio of significant, strategic partners on a maternity cover contract. You will deliver a high level of stewardship to grow and develop existing relationships, line manage a Corporate Partnerships Manager, and contribute to the development of the corporate partnership strategy.
As Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate partners at the six-figure+ level, ensuring effective stewardship to strengthen engagement and drive incremental income
