We are looking for a Fundraising Officer to lead the administration of CCT’s tiered membership programmes, annual and church-based appeals, legacies, and fundraising events. The Fundraising Officer will also support in the creation of marketing materials to support these initiatives.
Following the growth in audience development through online events and digital activity, CCT welcomed younger and international members and increased the number of donations. We have since witnessed decreased retention rates and are looking to implement methods to increase member and donor acquisition and retention.
The role of the Fundraising Officer is vital to maintaining excellent service delivery across our core fundraising programmes and providing strong supporter care.
This role will support the organisational-wide aim to build a collaborative fundraising culture and ensure CCT’s buildings at risk are sustained for the appreciation and benefit of future generations.

Purpose of Job:
The postholder plays a key role in managing the alumni network, with a specific emphasis on events and volunteer management, to actively engage alumni and stakeholders with Queen Mary’s Grammar School. The goal is to continuously enhance the value and contributions from stakeholders in alignment with Queen Mary’s Grammar School’s strategic priorities.
Ultimately, this role is designed to support the school’s strategic plan by delivering philanthropic income and other forms of financial and non-financial support from alumni and other stakeholders. Main responsibilities:

An exciting opportunity has come up to join the Community Fundraising team at Cystic Fibrosis Trust. You will be joining a dynamic community fundraising team at an exciting period of growth in our fundraising programme. You will work along side the Community Development and Fundraising Manager and the Digital and Social Community Fundraiser and be responsible for providing a high level of administrative and triage support for Community Fundraising activity, with specific responsibility for accurate data inputting and exceptional initial stewardship of community fundraising supporters.

The Community Fundraising team all work from home and regularly keep in touch with weekly online team meetings, individual catchups as required, as well as in person meetings throughout the year. As Net Zero Carbon Statutory Fundraising Coordinator, you will work in The Giving Directorate and operate across the whole Church with a focus on supporting parishes and dioceses to access statutory funds. You will share your knowledge and insight to support with identifying, researching and applying to funding from a range of government sources. - Develop a national plan to secure statutory funding at parish and diocesan level
- Acting as a central point of coordination between the schools, housing and parish fundraising workstreams to oversee statutory funding
- Working specifically with the Regional Fundraising Officer in the north west cluster of dioceses to identify and support applications to statutory funding sources by parishes
- Working with Net Zero Implementation Manager to support statutory funding applications for clergy housing
