About the role:

This is a chance to step into a role that has the power to transform lives. At Single Homeless Project (SHP), our Health Team has expanded and strengthened over the last five years, and we are now looking for someone who can help drive its next stage of growth. Working across our hostels, TST and Housing First services, you will be at the centre of a service that brings health support directly to those who need it most, removing barriers to care and giving people the tools to take control of their own wellbeing. Leading our Specialist Health Leads, you will guide a team who are pivotal in helping clients recognise their health needs, engage with essential services and build lasting independence. Alongside this, you will forge strong working relationships with GPs, nurses, occupational health professionals and psychologists, ensuring that our clients are supported by the very best of both SHP and our external partners.

No two days will be the same. You will combine leadership with hands-on collaboration, from supporting staff development to building partnerships, to ensuring our approach is informed by robust data. Collecting, analysing and presenting this information will be key in demonstrating our impact, shaping practice and strengthening grant applications with our fundraising team. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience developing team members
• Highly organised and detail oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills

JOB PURPOSE

The Director is involved in every aspect of the running of INSPIRE, which includes raising funding from a variety of sources, formulating a winning strategy to grow INSPIRE, husbanding resources in the most effective and efficient manner and leading a small staff in their support roles.

SCOPE OF THE JOB

As Director, you will have a large amount of freedom to drive change, grow the charity, set the strategic vision going forwards and use your talents and leadership to ensure INSPIRE thrives. You are to ensure the charity has sufficient funds to cover all routine day-to-day expenses, to pay invoices quarterly for current projects and to plan for taking on medical research projects which are vetted by the National Science Committee (NSC) and agreed by the Board of Trustees. You will be actively supported by a Board of Trustees, to whom you report in your role as Director.

You should be qualified to degree level, ideally with an MBA or an equivalent business qualification. Some knowledge of spinal cord injury and its effects on an individual or of disability more broadly would be advantageous, as well as having a proven fundraising background from working in the 3rd Sector. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Financial management or accountancy knowledge

• A high level of written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to interact with people from all backgrounds

• Standard keyboard skills including the ability to summarise meetings succinctly and clearly

Overall purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the national development and delivery of our relationships with the private sector to maximise income and impact to support refugees into meaningful employment.

The main purpose of the Partnerships Manager role is to deliver first-class account management and development of corporate partnerships to drive Breaking Barriers mission.

Working closely with Senior Partnerships Managers, Head of Corporate Partnerships, and members of the Income & Engagement and Services Directorates, you will be responsible for launching, retaining and developing a portfolio of partnerships ensuring we deepen and strengthen relationships whilst identifying opportunities for growth.

You will play your part in delivering and developing strategic relationships to bring value to our refugee clients and our employment and education programmes.

The successful candidate will have experience managing corporate partner relationships, including making fundraising asks and managing external communication with donors and partners at all levels of seniority. You will deploy your influencing skills and ability to build profitable relationships to great effect as you take a leading role identifying and nurturing future strategic partnerships. An understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility would be advantageous.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in Wills, Probate and Trusts, or legacy administration, whether that’s from a legal practice or a charity environment. Strong knowledge of inheritance tax, estate accounts and the wider legal framework is essential, along with excellent attention to detail and the confidence to make decisions on complex issues. You’ll also need to be highly organised, resilient under pressure and able to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.

You will be contracted to our London hub. You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines. You’re also curious about new technologies and keen to explore how AI can be used safely and effectively in a charity setting. Importantly, you’ll also be interested in and aligned with Jamie’s Farm’s mission and values.

This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as Head of Corporate Partnerships – Business Development.

The Corporate Partnerships team at UNICEF UK secures and manages long-term, multi-million-pound partnerships with major UK companies. Comprising two distinct teams, the Head of Corporate Partnerships – Business Development will lead the Business Development function, driving the acquisition of new corporate supporters. Alongside the Head of Corporate Partnerships – Partnership Development, you will jointly lead the overall Corporate Partnerships team, ensuring a unified and seamless approach to the corporate partnerships strategy.

You will bring proven experience in team leadership and inspirational line management, alongside a strong track record of securing and developing six- and seven-figure corporate partnerships, including overseeing end-to-end contractual processes. Your strategic planning and implementation skills will be well-honed, and you will be adept at managing and leveraging budgets to drive income growth and monitor expenditure effectively.

The Senior Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in leading Alzheimer's Research UK's social media function, driving supporter growth, brand awareness, engagement, and income; as well as significantly advancing our influencing and advocacy goals. This role is a key investment in transforming our social media output, aligning with the broader Digital, Data and Technology and Strategic Marketing plans that are developing our future operating model.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a compelling, integrated, proactive and reactive organic social media strategy that positions Alzheimer's Research UK as the leading voice in dementia research in the UK. This role will ensure our social media presence consistently reflects the highest standards of quality and creativity, while driving our strategic roadmap across platforms. Beyond responding to conversations and trends, this role will help the charity contribute to discussions, shape narratives, and influence public dialogue in ways that support our mission and values. You will lead a talented and passionate team, continuing to build a high-performing environment and acting as a visible ambassador for our socials both internally and externally.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:

Strategic Leadership

· Social Media Strategy Development: Build on an existing comprehensive, integrated social media strategy aligned with our fundraising, brand, communication, influencing, and advocacy goals, ensuring it contributes to our organisational strategy.

· Team Leadership & Management: Provide strong leadership and line management to the Social Media Manager, continue to build a high-performing social team of five others, setting clear objectives, and supporting their professional development.

· Cross-Organisational Integration: Work closely with senior colleagues across the organisation to integrate social media into wider marketing and organisational objectives, ensuring a fully prioritised, holistic 'engagement-first' approach.

· Future-Proofing & AI Adoption: Lead the strategic exploration, development, and implementation of AI tools within the social media function, identifying opportunities for AI while ensuring human guardianship for brand consistency and strategic alignment.

· Performance Reporting: Be accountable for social media performance, providing detailed and accurate reporting to senior stakeholders, using data and insights to drive optimisation and inform future strategies.

Operational Excellence & Innovation

· Content Strategy & Oversight: Oversee the development and delivery of proactive social media content that resonates with a range of audiences across multiple platforms (e.g. people with dementia/carers, decision-makers, supporters, wider public). This content should come from multiple teams and sources; and this role will focus on ensuring the highest levels of quality.

· Breaking News & Responsiveness: Ensure the team can react quickly and appropriately to breaking news and channel-specific trends, developing and executing robust processes and protocols for rapid, impactful responses.

· Community Management Excellence: Champion and oversee best-in-class community management, ensuring empathetic, timely, and on-brand interactions with our supporters, stakeholders and the public.

· Target Audience Engagement: Work with teams across the organisation to develop and manage processes to engage with key target audiences including celebrities, influencers, politicians and fundraisers.

· Out-of-Hours Coverage: Implement and manage a formalised structure for out-of-hours cover, ensuring consistent responsiveness and shared responsibility across the social team.

Collaboration & Empowerment

· Internal Training & Upskilling: Drive internal digital and social literacy by providing expert guidance, training, and support to other teams across the organisation, enabling greater shared ownership of social media best practices.

· External Partner Management: Provide strategic oversight and guardianship for any outsourced social media support, ensuring high standards of service, brand alignment, and value.

· Stakeholder Influence: Influence and collaborate at the highest levels with senior stakeholders across the organisation, advocating for social media's critical role in achieving campaign and organisational goals.

· Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, experimentation, and optimisation across all social media activities.

· Passion for the Cause: Demonstrate a genuine interest in dementia research and a commitment to our mission, enhancing motivation and engagement within the team and with supporters.

· Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content strategy and performance.

· Organisational Ambassador: Act as a visible ambassador for Alzheimer's Research UK's values and mission, representing the organisation at internal and external events.

· Out of Hours Cover: Prepared to provide pro-active support during weekends and evenings at key launch times for major initiatives, stories, and campaigns as required.

What we are looking for:

· Proven experience in developing and delivering comprehensive social media strategic plans within a complex organisation.

· Extensive experience in managing social media functions across multiple platforms, with a strong understanding of platform-specific nuances and best practices.

· Expertise in social media listening, data analysis, and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights to inform strategy and optimisation.

· Experience in managing and optimising social media management platforms and analytics tools.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate at the highest levels.

· Experience in developing and delivering social media training and upskilling initiatives for non-specialist teams

· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with organisational goals.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

· Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Proactive, results-oriented, and able to drive change and innovation.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Additional Information:

Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals.  This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.

Salary: Circa £53,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Our Campaigns and Communications Manager will play a key role in identifying strategic opportunities to make change through empowering and engaging our clients and local network, building and communicating a strong case for change. You will also play an important leadership role within LRMN, sitting on the management team.

Key responisibilties include:

• Leading the development and delivery of media, communications and campaign strategies and activities within LRMN to establish and maintain a consistently high and positive media profile.
• Working closely with LRMN’s Fundraising team in producing core messages and other relevant documents to support LRMN’s fundraising strategy and activities.
• Enhancing visibility and reputation to attract funding, future staff and policy changes.
• Effectively managing the Campaigns and Communications Officer and Community Engagement Officer, ensuring relevant assistance is provided to meet targets and goals.
• Developing a core set of impact evidence and relevant marketing materials that will promote the work of LRMN, show its success and the experience of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants.
• Ensuring engagement of clients in influencing local and national campaigns with their lived experience.
• Provide strategic lead on LRMN’s Borough of Sanctuary campaign, in Lewisham, Greenwich, and beyond, and other local and national campaigns.
• Developing strategic partnerships with key local, regional, and national partners in shaping and promoting campaigns most relevant to LRMN’s client base.
