Sue Ryder’s specialist teams are there when it matters, from caring for those with a terminal illness to helping others manage their grief. They also offer bereavement support nationally as well as campaign for change so that everyone who is approaching the end of their life or grieving has access to the right support, at the right time.

This is an exciting and integral role at Sue Ryder who are seeking an experienced legacy and in memory fundraiser to lead a programme that brings in c£7.5-8million a year. You will develop and implement an innovative fundraising strategy that is focused on sustainable growth and providing exceptional stewardship.

Legacy and in memory giving are both priority income streams for the charity; you will work across the charity to inspire and empower colleagues to promote these income streams among supporters, service users and their loved ones.

About the role

As Senior Legacy and In Memory Manager, you will:

• be responsible for legacy and in memory income of between £7.5-8million a year;

Title: Legacy Marketing Manager

Salary: £40,000 to £43,000 per annum

Key responsibilities

These include but are not limited to:

• Develop and manage our legacy fundraising, setting and achieving agreed targets to help us to grow our long-term legacy income.

About the role

The Senior Event Manager is a pivotal new position within the Advancement team. You will play a leading role in planning, executing, and overseeing events and experiences which will not only build momentum towards and launch UCL's next fundraising campaign in 2026, but will also maintain stakeholder engagement with the campaign during its duration.

Globally, you will build and deliver a programme of insider and teaser experiences, launch events, tours, reunions, and gatherings around campaign themes. This will involve travel to regions where UCL builds important philanthropic relationships, including countries in East Asia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East, approximately 2-4 times per year.

We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE - equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).

This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site.

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with The National Eczema Society to recruit their new Individual Giving Lead. This is a newly created role as they seek to grow engagement and support from people affected by this condition. They are a relatively small and agile organisation who punch above their weight and have big ambitions.

This charity is dedicated to making life better for people with eczema and their families. In the UK, around 1 in 5 children and 1 in 10 adults live with eczema, so lots of people look to the charity for hope and support. Their mission is to empower people to live well with eczema, to become 'expert patients' supported by a charity that puts their needs first. Through growing their research, campaigning and awareness-raising, they are working to improve eczema care now and in the future.

Fundraising underpins all of the charity's work and is crucial to their success. As Individual Giving Lead you will be responsible for driving donations and supporter engagement using personal, story-led communications.

Some key responsibilities will include;

* Managing individual giving activity - including activities such asregular giving, one-off donations and appeals, digital fundraising and payroll giving
* Developing and implementing a supporter engagement programme - create a multi-channel communication programme to optimise supporter retention and deepen engagement
* Leading on supporter appeals - working with other function leads to ensure activity is integrated and optimised
* Managing challenge event activity - including promoting and allocating National Eczema Society Gold Bond places in key events
* General management activities - such as budgeting, planning, strategy development

This would be a great opportunity for an experienced and ambitious fundraiser to take ownership of and drive the future direction of fundraising for this small but mighty charity.

Benefits include;

* Salary £40,000 - 45,000
