The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for leading on the delivery of our Letter from Santa campaign, since its launch in 2001, this product has facilitated the delivery of letters to over three million children around the world and raised over £19 million, to help keep children safe. The Senior Fundraiser – Products will be responsible for:

• Continuously developing our Letter from Santa product, improving the efficiency of how we use our budget and staff resources.
• Through the delivery of Letter from Santa and other products managed by the Individual Supporters team, ensuring we raise as much money as possible every Christmas by meeting our targets, KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Communicating with the plus stakeholders across the NSPCC involved in delivery of Letter from Santa have all the information they need and the opportunity and can bring their expertise to the product.
• Ensuring that all supporters who engage with Letter from Santa are having the best possible experience we can offer.

As well as working on Letter from Santa, the Senior Fundraiser – Products, will be responsible for the management of other existing fundraising products and support the development of new ones, playing a vital role as we expand our portfolio of ways in which supporters can give.

• Work with a range of internal and external contacts to identify, cultivate and manage prospective partnerships and existing relationships across all appropriate levels, including CEO's, Directors or Trustees.
• Manage risks across the Trusts sub team by following internal governance procedures, including where relevant SMT briefings, working with media/PR/internal audit/compliance to flag risks and manage mitigation strategies.

About You:

• Demonstrable track record in managing a successful trust and foundation income stream, ensuring team performance indicators and income targets are met.
• Proven ability to personally manage a successful trust and foundation portfolio raising funds from existing and new supporters (£500k+).
• Confidence in representing WaterAid externally at events, conferences and developing co-creation opportunities.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Duties Include:

Fundraising and project development:

· Lead the implementation of Bexley Mencap’s Fundraising Strategy; reviewing existing fundraising strategies, identifying opportunities for development and introducing innovative strategies to achieve fundraising goals. 

· Research and pursue new funding opportunities; including grants, legacies and social enterprise/earned income opportunities.

· Develop compelling cases for support, tailoring funding bids and applications accordingly

· Develop and maintain funding pipelines, providing reports to the Trustee Board

· Support and line manage part-time member of the team (may be required to support more staff if the role grows/adapts)

· Support the Chief Executive in extending and strengthening relationships with existing partners and developing new relationships

· Identify and evaluate opportunities for new projects and initiatives aligned with the mission and objectives of the organisation.

We’re looking for an experienced prospect researcher with strong analytical skills and an excellent knowledge of the global philanthropic space to join our Private Sector Fundraising team. You will be joining a growing major gifts programme with ambitious goals and a strong new business focus.

Someone with prospect research experience in a global health, scientific or medical non-profit setting, and the ability to move comfortably between the worlds of research and philanthropy and to identify opportunities beyond the obvious will be ideal.

Specific responsibilities focus on:

• Assist in developing a proactive and growth-focused prospect research strategy that aligns with DNDi's fundraising plans and strategic priorities.
• Contribute to developing a visibility strategy for DNDi through the identification and tracking of prizes and relevant philanthropic and global health conferences.
•  Identify, track, and report on prospective donors for various funding priorities, ensuring they meet fundraising ambitions.
• Make data-driven recommendations to support the cultivation of new prospects and the management of key donor relationships.

An interesting candidate would be someone with

• A deep understanding of the global philanthropic landscape and strong in-depth knowledge of the philanthropic landscape in at least 3-4 countries (US, UK landscape is vital and knowledge of additional markets (Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands or Sweden) highly regarded) with some focus on prospect research experience in developing markets.
• Master’s degree or equivalent with a Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in prospect research experience or a strong equivalent (eg other roles within fundraising) for international NGOs, scientific organisations or organizations with global public health relevance. Some experience with medical research or neglected tropical diseases would be highly regarded.
• Someone who is driven and able to work effectively in a remote team environment and matrix structure

This role joins our Fundraising Team to inspire members and donors to support Surfers Against Sewage and protect the ocean.

Leading our membership, donor development, and legacy programmes, you’ll help raise +£3mil in total each year as a team, to fund our ocean-saving campaigns. You’ll develop and deliver the membership programme, ensuring members feel valued as an integral part of the SAS community, and communicate the impact of their support.

Taking an insight-led approach, and working closely with our Senior IG & Supporter Engagement Officer (Acquisition), you’ll ensure new members and donors have an exceptional onboarding journey, as well as ongoing stewardship. You’ll also work together to plan and deliver annual appeals, collaborating and coordinating with teams across the charity to raise significant unrestricted income.

You’ll nurture relationships with our legacy pledgers, in-memory and mid-value donors, both reactively and at key moments throughout the year. And in the longer term, you’ll continue developing and marketing our legacy offering.

We seek a Development and Grants Senior Officer to support our funding applications and grant reporting for Blue Ventures’ Indonesia programmes. We are looking for an experienced individual to support grant application management and the production of high-quality narrative and financial reports. The Partnerships Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial and fundraising accounts totalling c.£250k, as well as some new business development. The portfolio includes a £60k per annum CRM relationship with Plum & Ashby, focused around the Wave of Light candle campaign for Baby Loss Awareness week, with lots of influencer and comms engagement. The new business element will support the Senior Partnerships Manager and the Head of Corporate in their new strategy for increased brand, strategic and coty partnerships.

The Role:

The Partner Engagement Lead is responsible for key account management, and specifically developing and supporting relationships with programme sponsors and partners within the WorldGBC network.

The Partner Engagement Lead will work closely alongside the programme/projects team subject leads, taking responsibility for day to day management of activities that relate to sponsors or stakeholders, including partner relationships, external collaborations and fundraising.

Working cross-functionally within a matrix-style organisation, the Lead will work collaboratively on the engagement pillar of WorldGBC's fundraising team alongside the Partnerships Manager and the Strategic Partnerships Lead. This team coordinates closely with all WorldGBC departments, in particular where sponsors are involved with initial focus on the programme/project partners.

Well-organised and a great communicator, this individual will ensure that key relationships are managed effectively across the organisation, and be detail oriented in their reporting and accounting of opportunities. The Lead should also be willing to represent the organisation in relevant external opportunities relating to the programmes as need arises - including fundraising meetings, external working groups, events or conferences.

The Partner Engagement Lead will report to the Director of Programmes Strategy.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Account Management: Be primary point of contact for new and existing programmatic sponsors and partners, overseeing engagement with the network and accounting with detailed reporting to ensure up-to-date partnership records. Work alongside the programmatic team leads to deliver all agreed benefits to partners, ensuring a uniform balance of benefits and opportunities across sponsors engaging in all areas of the organisation.

2. Fundraising and Budget Management: Work alongside the programme leads to secure funding and manage relevant programme/project budgets (with guidance from the Director of Programmes Strategy), including supporting grant application and reporting responsibilities where necessary.

3. Stakeholder Engagement (members and partners): Engage with stakeholders to ensure that our programmes/projects align with their goals and needs, working with the Director of Programmes Strategy and wider programme team to explore best practice engagement tactics throughout 2024.

4. Subject Matter Expertise: Stay current with the latest trends in sustainable buildings and WorldGBC programme outputs, ensuring the Lead can communicate knowledgeably about WorldGBC strategy and work areas as required.

 

5. Communications: Support communication for WorldGBC on topics related to sustainable buildings in relevant programmatic areas, representing the team at internal or external events or industry working groups and collaborating with Marketing & Communications on accurate messaging for publications and campaigns.

6. Supporting Programmes team: Be a committed member of the WorldGBC team and offer support, training and expertise to wider members of the team. Participate and engage in wider WorldGBC campaigns, events and deliverables, such as COP, World Green Building Week and Leadership Summit.

About the role:

As the Supporter Experience and Journeys Lead you will collaborate closely with fundraising and support teams, managing the supporter panel and implementing new initiatives to enhance supporter experiences. You’ll update the supporter experience toolkit and ensure alignment with organisational best practices.

• Experience of developing best in class user journeys and experiences in the commercial or non-for-profit sector.
